it’s cozy

the walk that has to be done from where the hotels and stores are was uphill and with luggages and the heat it was rough. On the description it says that it has AC but it didn’t specify that one out of the two bedrooms DIDN’T have AC.

Location is great.

We requested 2 rooms. 1 room was made up, the other room the bed was not made, and no soap/shampoo in 1 of the bathrooms. No treats were left in room and kitchen as reservations stated.

the property is very central and very comfortable. there is plenty of light and absolutely spotless. Loredana, our host went over and beyond what was required and ensured we had the best stay. highly recommend Casa Rubina!

The house is super neat and clean. It has a very home-like spirit mixed with local colours and design. Very stylish. The place is very bright from all the sides and the master bedroom has an access to lovely terrace where you can enjoy the calm sunrise. I absolutely loved it!! The host is one very authentic and charming local from Capri. I absolutely loved her energy and her eagerness to support me with getting-around local tips. It was a pure treasure for me.

Very good location, especially for Capri. Just up from the main square where you catch the busses. And wonderful views. Everything was perfect, we just wish we could have spent more time there. Plus it is an incredible value and such lovely decor. Thai Poo is close by and a great little grocery for vegetables and fruits… both before taking the stairs down to the main plaza. What a charming place!

Literally everything, the location was close to the Plaza, size of the entire property was massive - 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and a large balcony/terrace area. Its impeccably clean and the room fragrance is spot on with its seaside vibes. Theres also a portable speaker in the property which make my solo stay just a tad more enjoyable.

I'd be nitpicking at this point but I'd appreciate items like an umbrella to be provided in the property and for the coffee machine to be the easier to use variant (or provide instant coffee in addition) instead of the Mocca pot variant which is not a problem for me but I can foresee to be a problem for many other guests from Asia where such pots are extremely uncommon View of the ocean is also largely obstructed so those hoping for an amazing sea view, this property might not be the best for you.

WE LOVED THIS VILLA!! we have stayed in so many places this past month and Casa Rubina was by far our favorite! the views were stunning, the kitchen was fully equipped and the entire home was bright, breezy and beautifully furnished not to mention extremely clean! Lauri, the home manager was exceptionally helpful, she helped us book a private boat tour and made sure the prices were fair and reasonable. We will be bringing our family back to this residence!

We loved the location and decor of this beautiful and spotless villa. Lordana met us at the property when we checked in and when we had to leave. Lordana was also very helpful with information about things to do and how to get around the island of Capri. We could imagine living in this villa for a long period of time as it felt like a place we would want to live.

The only thing that we felt was missing is a TV. But it wasn’t an issue for us as we were enjoying the area and really didn’t have time for TV.

Casa Rubina is a beautiful newly renovated apartment. The location is superb - 5 min. walking from Piazzetta on a charming quiet street. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and has all the amenities anyone can wish for. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 very clean bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! The host is wonderful and makes you feel completely at home. We will definitely stay at Casa Rubina next time we go to Capri!

Top location with nice terrace and clean rooms. But Loridana ‘ blue eyes ‘ is the max: she takes care of you before you arrive, during the stay and even after leaving. She provides in everything, finds all kinds of solutions and helps you making this holiday unforgettable

Loredana met us at the property on time, showed us what we needed to know about this lovely house and its amazing location. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and had spectacular views from its terrace. It also had a fully equipped kitchen which we used during our stay. It was close to Capri Town which gave us easy access to walks through the town, through bushy areas and along the cliff tops. It was also close to the buses that go to the marinas and Anacapri.
