I like the lay out of the inside. I like the doors locking for kiddos not be able to open them.

I like to have more of a beach view. The TV’s didn’t work to good to get them on most time.

Decent view and roomy

The rules for check out and the amount for the cleaning fee when the property was left in good standing with only need for linens and towel change. The couch was dirty and stained. And the pillows were horrible and flat.

Homelike, spacious, and bright!

We were NOT let know that they had construction on the property every single day of the week starting at 8 AM! We were unable to use our balcony the whole trip. The comforter of one of the bed rooms had a weird fluid on it, did not look like it had been washed.

- no posted info signs on parking inside covered parking. no one knows if they can use that parking or not…. - apartment 317 needs furniture cleaned or replaced - cleaners showed up and came on in apartment at 9:50 while we were still hauling everything out and taking out garbage: we understand the strict 10 o’clock check out…but we don’t appreciate being rushed out before 10am and cleaners blocking the narrow hall with their cleaning cart. - we understand locked gates to pool and beach….but you need to make sure the locks ALWAYS work right every time. gate lock from beach to pool rarely worked. fix it or keep gate open. - our closest elevator broke down. when it worked, way too slow.

First time in 13 years on the coast and my daughter's (who is 8) first trip ever to the ocean - she was so happy and excited. Our room and the view were beautiful. And it was very easy to check in and check out, and the welcome bag with the card, directions, contact info for anything we needed to know and the few little happy gifts waiting for us on the kitchen counter was a great welcome. We will definitely be back as soon as we can squeeze in another last minute vacation week
