Brilliant location for Airport, Knossos and archeological museum. Modern spacious rooms.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit gutem Lichtkonzept. Die Nähe zur Altstadt und zum archäologischen Museum. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht und waren unangenehm überrascht, als wir im Erdgeschoss direkt am Eingang ein Zimmer bekommen haben. Die Terrassen sind einfach nur Teile der Hauptterasse an der Hauptstraße und laden nicht zum verweilen ein (siehe Fotos, Terrasse hinter den Sitzgruppen). Die Lage ist einerseits gut - aber in der Nacht leider überhaupt nicht erholsam. Lauter Verkehr bis in die frühen Morgenstunden und der Flugverkehr haben uns eine sehr schlechte Nacht beschert. Die Verglasung der Fenster war hier für uns nicht ausreichend. Ähnlich unglücklich sind die Vorhänge. Denn obwohl es zwei Arten Vorhänge gibt, sind die festeren Vorhänge nicht ausreichend abdunkelnd (siehe Foto). Die begeisterten Bewertungen können wir leider nicht teilen.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Klein und fein.
Ca. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles ist Fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist natürlich auch top.

Location - it is just close to the KTEL bus station, with a taxi rank just outside. A short walk up a gentle slope takes you to the centre of Heraklion, it is also on the city bus route for a number of other options to explore and discover this beautiful and historic city.
Room - the beds are comfortable, the decor is beautiful and if you get a suite with a sea view you can watch the life of the port with the Athens ferries arriving and departing.
As always Dimitris and Mary are helpful and welcoming.
We have never had breakfast as we are normally up and about early for a travel connection or to explore Heraklion.

Everything! Place was great, room was amazing, beds and pillows so comfortable and the staff were just the best, so friendly. Communications fantastic. The little treats like the homemade lemonade and spirit were just taking things to next level.

Mary had waited for my late arrival so that she could meet me and explain all the room facilities, which was so lovely. The room itself was spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable. The wine and snacks are such a kind addition. When I checked out, I was offered home made lemonade. The service is outstanding.

The property was not in the middle of town but was only 5 minutes walk away, close to the port and pretty quiet at night.
The staff were fantastic, very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was large, clean and very comfy and the shower was really great.
The small hotel was 1 minute away from the bus to Knossos and the bus to the airport. there was a supermarket a few minutes walk away and a cafe and a bakery within 50 metres.

Great location in Heraklion, especially if you plan on traveling by bus.
Well equipped and stylish suites with everything you’ll need for your stay.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wifi/shower/bed/TV - all excellent. Nice personal touches: a bottle of wine, water, sweet figs and tasty Cretan sweet drink.
Excellent and thorough communication.
Bathrobes are a bit small for bigger guys.

Look no further. This accommodation ticks all the boxes! From the exquisite decor and appointments to the location opposite the bus station and ferry port, this hotel has it all for convenience and comfort. We particularly appreciated the welcome refreshments on arrival and thorough induction.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, reaching out on Whatsapp before arriving with all the details. The breakfast was served in the room, with a great variety to choose from. They would ask every day at what hour you would like to get your breakfast the next day. All possible things you could think of, even a very helpful luggage scale for when you stack up with gifts for family. Walking distance to Old City center about 10 minutes. You have about 3-4 restaurants and bars right near the location and a huge supermarket 2 min walking.

Everything was great! the room was beautiful and super comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We even got some lovely welcome snacks! Also, there are private parking spots available, which is very convenient. Highly recommended!

A stylish, modern, new studio, fully equipped with everything one could need. Pictures are nice but in reality the room is even better, a bottle of wine was a nice surprise too. Close to the airport and easy to find on the road to the town.
The building has a private parking but its very small, 3 places only, so be prepared that you could find it difficult to park straight at the entrance. We were lucky.

Great little hotel if you're looking for a short stop in Heraklion. It's conveniently close to the port (max 15 minutes on foot) but not too far from the old town of Heraklion, which is worth visiting if you haven't yet. A great option if you have to take a ferry to Santorini or another beautiful Greek island; just saying :)
The room was fairly small and did not have a window per se, just a wall of glass bricks. Frankly, it's not such a big deal.

The room was new, beautifully furnished and decorated, and comfortable in all respects. The breakfast served in the room was outstanding. Wonderful location close to the museum and the port. We loved it.

Everything. The suite was exactly as depicted in their booking.com photos. What wasn’t depicted was the parking spot immediately in front of the hotel where you can park for free in this busy, congested area. The photos of the room service breakfast don’t do justice to the generous, interesting array of food brought to you precisely at the time you indicated you would prefer it. And Mary! Never has there been a host running a hotel with more passion & kindness than Mary; she was so attentive, so good at her job, that we were sure that she must be the owner.
