The apartment was new, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Quite close to the old town ( 20 minutes walk ). We used a car to reach Val de Lesso beach but another one was only 7 minutes walk from the apartment. The house is located in a quiet area, the balcony overlooks a garden, in the distance you can see the sea.

Good location. We were on the 2nd floor in a very nice, big and clean apartment. The owner is very friendly. Fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned apartment, big balcony for kitchen and rooms. New furniture, very comfortable beds. I recommend it !!!

Great apartment, a little out of the old town so nice and quiet. Nice little outside seating place, and good kitchen facilities. The nearest beach, and a bakery/restaurant/bar are 5mins walk away, while Rovinj centre is 15-20mins walk. The owner was very friendly!

The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious with a couch and little eating area. There is also a table and two chairs on the patio outside. The kitchen is on the small side but has everything you need to easily cook meals. Overall, Rovinj can be an expensive destination and this apartment is definitely one of the more affordable options.

We were fine with the walk to town, but the location may be too far for some people. If you have a car, you can easily drive to one of the parking lots on the outskirts of the old town.

Excellent apartment approx 20 mins walk from centre of Rovinj and well placed for exploring Istria. Well equipped with all you need. Host gave us some grapes from her vine😁. Comfortable bed and quiet AC unit.

Although mentioned in the details, there was no bidet! This was not a great hardship as we were able to find alternative ways to wash our feet!😁

We spent a very good time here, everything was clean, the WiFi was good, the host also. I highly recommend this place, it is worth the price. The accomodation is about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center, but there is a hypermarket close. We will come back someday, for sure.

Beautiful apartment, perfectly sized for a couple with a nice balcony. Great hosts, very clean, parking in the shade included. We would love to come again. Easy 10 min walk to the nearest beach, 15 minute walk to old town
