The only thing I didn’t like was the hoon‘s in the street at night time and the local idiots screaming for two hours?

Wonderfully welcoming with a comfy room and bed (advertised as a single bed but much bigger than the usual). Breakfast tray brought to the room was really good, and having a fridge (fresh milk for tea and coffee!) was a nice touch. Great shower.

As expected from the location (on the high street), it can be noisy outside. The double windows do block this but then the room is very hot in summer weather. So it's a balance between feeling hot or noise (there is a ceiling fan which does help).Even so, it's a lovely B&B in a great location for visiting Glastonbury 😀

Breakfast was brought to the room and picked up again. Great and varied, lovingly prepared breakfast. Room is small and therefore it was a little cramped with large suitcase. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Wi-Fi interruptions was a temporary problem on the two days.

Steve was very accommodating and answered all questions very quickly regards our needs. The room was exactly what we required and super clean!! I liked that we had a full sized fridge to keep our water etc in. It was perfectly situated for our long weekend needs. Breakfast was served in our room with a smile and tasted fabulous!! Will definitely come back to The Overlook✨️

Great location, friendly and helpful owners with such attention to detail. The duvets are wonderfully soft. And they have Netflix! Love it. I have been at 4 or 5 times now - maybe more. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The place was amazing!!! Location on the high street of Glastonbury. The owner was so friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast was AMAZING!!!! Definitely go again and highly recommend it to others. Recommended an amazing tapas restaurant. The room was much bigger than expected and fantastic decor and facilities.

LOVED EVERYTHING

Great location in the main street in Glastonbury. Bed and room were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. My vegetarian breakfast was satisfying, fresh and brought to my room. So many cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from all do great food. Everything was great!

What’s not to like? It’s so comfortable and the location is perfect. The breakfasts are absolutely incredible!

What’s not to like! It’s my favourite place to stay in Glastonbury.

Steve, the owner was friendly, cheerful & all round great guy. Nothing was too much trouble, but never intrusive. Bottle of water and a bottle of real milk in a fridge that was allocated to the room...a WHOLE fridge to yourself if needed. The walls were fairly thin, but the other guests next door were mostly quiet. Only 3 rooms in the place. Breakfast was brilliant and all items on the tray as needed. I enjoyed the high street and LOVED The George & pilgrims that I could see from the window. Period features and lovely and clean. The bed was more comfy that the Premier Inn I'd been to the days before.

I found it unusual to be asked what I wanted for breakfast, the day before, but that's because Steve brings it to your room. I'm not used to that level of attentiveness, though not saying I didn't like it.

Great location, and really personal service. I was made a packed lunch as I was out early and didn't have time for breakfast. Lovely details.

I loved it because I had a very welcome reception and as a lone traveller felt safe and comfortable. Thank you for a great short break in the centre of a super town ☆♡☆

I’ve said before it’s the best place to stay in Glastonbury and it still is!

The overlook is the Perfect location in Glastonbury, rooms are spotless, comfortable with excellent facilities. Couldn’t fault the breakfast at all it was perfect and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Definitely somewhere I will stay again when visiting Glastonbury.

Fabulous stay! The owner is a gem; so kind and helpful. I was helped with my luggage and was even provided a space to keep my suitcase after checking out so I could explore the town more before leaving. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the room and bed were so comfortable. My view over the High Street was beautiful and exciting but also surprisingly quiet. I slept so well. I will definitely stay here again!

Unbelievably good. Not many people can make scrabbled egg and this had a sprinkling of chives on top which the owner asked me if I would like this and I said yes, You couldn't get a better location but I imagine it could be noisy in Summer however, they have extra glazing to cut down on the noise. They have thought of everything and then some.... I would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing, everything exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended this B&B to the lady who I went to see and who told me that it was good for her to get my feedback as she has recommended this property to other people visiting her in Glastonbury. I had already found this B&B and booked it before she sent me any information.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of Glastonbury town with everything within easy walking distance. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable and breakfast (which was delivered to our room exactly at the time we requested) was lovely - one regular and one veggie. Host was helpful and very pleasant.

Steve! He was the best most generous caretaker! Of course the property itself is quaint, clean, and right in the center of town! I was in room 3 that overlooked the shops and street below. The Full/Queen bed was comfortable and the heating worked well as it was chilly outside. The bathroom was the perfect size with a glasses in shower and hot water. I had aces to Netflix on the television and after long days of walking, I treated myself to an episode or two of Derek, with Ricky Gervais! Too fun. I had my own rather large refrigerator right outside the room where I kept some leftovers and where Steve put a large bottle of fresh water daily along with a small bottle of milk for my morning coffee. My favorite part of course was that he brought me breakfast right to my room every morning at the time I wanted! What magnificent service and charming company he is! I will stay there again next time I’m in Glastonbury!

Perfect location, Steve checked us in as we arrived and was full of local information. Absolutely lovely breakfast in bed (what more can you ask for on a birthday celebration. ) Everything we needed!!!

The place was so clean, even the stairs up to the room were very clean. The room was very pleasant and welcoming. We had a tv with netflix and a freeview. There was a fridge just outside the room with a fresh bottle of water and some milk in it which was just for our room. The beds were very comfortable and clean, plus the bathroom and the shower cubicle were quite large. The shower was nice and hot with shower gel, etc. We had an arranged breakfast and it was delivered right on time. It was a lovely, full English breakfast with orange juice and a pot of coffee nicely cooked. If I visit Glastonbury again, I would certainly stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone else.
