What a beautiful hidden gem! Great stay with all the amenities you need (and some lovely extras in the fridge). Great communication with Kevin and the property was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend this property and will be back.

Great comfortable spacious apartment with many modern amenities. Host friendly and available. Close to lake for runs, walks and meals. Train line is at rear of property though mostly quiet during sleeping hours. Highly recommended.

What a gem of a property! Fully contained, private, spacious, spotless studio unit with all the amenities and comforts of home. The property owners were onsite to meet us and we were welcomed with fresh bread rolls, butter and jam. Such a treat after a full day of travelling. I can’t recommend this properly enough. I have nothing to say on areas for improvement. It was perfect. Thank you.

The property well exceeded expectations in all areas - it is a hidden gem. Check-in process was seamless. I felt welcomed by the host who were very helpful with suggestions of local attractions and places to eat. It is centrally located to Lake Wendouree and Wendouree Village. As a sole traveller, I also felt quite secure and safe because of the location and yard. I will definitely be staying again.

the accomodation was perfect for our group, it was clean and set out beautifully. the little extra touches like fresh rolls some butter some chocolate in the fridge and selections of tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. this is my second time staying and will definitely stay again.

Kevin’s property is probably one of the best we’ve stayed in. Modern, super clean with all the conveniences you need. Thoughtful touches with milk, butter and chocolates provided. You couldn’t ask for anything more. A true home away from home. Thanks Kevin for being such a great host !

Very handy to Lake Wendouree, we walked every morning. There is a railway track behind the property but it was fine in the evening. Property very clean and quiet. Hopefully the owner will add a plunger or pod machine. You may need to check as we had to buy a cheap one for our stay. Other than that fantastic.

Accommodation was everything we expected and more. Communication was great as well. The extra little trests for us upon arrival were greatly appreciated by kids. Would definately stay there again.

We decided to stay somewhere as s family instead of staying with family members, wanted our own space. We found this property and we decided to stay here well omg it was the best place I’ve stayed in in a long time it was the best. They have set it up so u have everything thing there. From soap and shampoo to a few little things in your fridge. It was heaven. We came to ballarat for a family reunion it was perfect. :)

This property is well laid out, comfortable and situated on a quiet road. The studio was clean, warm and a well equipped kitchen. It was well situated for the Lake and Botanical Gardens; including, being near to shops and a pub. Highly recommend the property to anyone who wishes to stay for business in the city or access to the bypass for other towns near by

We were pleased with our selection for our two day stay in Ballarat. The accommodation was convenient, very clean, and we found the modern, high quality fittings added to our comfort greatly. The surprise 'gifts' in the refrigerator of essential items a very welcome surprise.

Lovely double story studio apartment near the lake with off street parking. Well provisioned and very comfortable. The train passes by the rear of the property (with a short toot and a brief engine noise as it passes). Off great interest to our small child and but not annoying.

The Studio was well equipped and very clean. It had a very modern style and was extremely comfortable. Walking distance to the Wendouree Lake and the Botanical Gardens. Would definitely love to stay here again for our next visit to Ballarat.
