Peaceful Cottonwood Ranch-Style Home
Geräumige, ruhige 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder nach Hause. Keine Schlafzimmer teilen sich Wände. König Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen gemütlichen Kamin und zusätzlichen Wohnbereich. Queen Schlafzimmer 1 verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und Französisch Türen zum Garten. Queen Schlafzimmer 2 bietet viel Platz und ein Sofa mit Ausziehbett. Minuten von Sedona, Jerome und der historischen Altstadt von Cottonwood. Sehen Sie tagsüber die schönen, ruhigen roten Felsen von Sedona und gehen Sie abends in Old Town Cottonwood zur Weinprobe. Lokale Weingüter machen es besonders schön. Weniger als eine halbe Stunde zu vielen State Parks und Nationalmonumenten wie Red Rock State Park (mein Favorit) und Tuzigoot oder Montezuma Castle National Monuments.

When i arrived we found out the AC was not working, in Arizona in July that is a big issue. After houts of conversation with the host and vrbo.com the host agreed to refund me so I could try and find somewhere else. Vrbo would not help in anyway even though they said they would. I had to pay a lot more to get hotel rooms for my family and after hours of searching found rooms. Vrbo still uas not contacted me or tried to make things right. Host was wonderful this was unfortunate that the AC didn't work. The problem was vrbo 100 percent.

The area is nice and quiet and the house is beautiful itself. Very close to downtown area and also a family friendly duck park that we liked to visit from time to time.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable after a day of travel and a lot of sight seeing! The host was very accommodating and easy to work with and the price was affordable! I would highly recommend this location. It was perfect for our family of five!

The carpet was so dirty and stained. Needs to be replaced to rented to the public. The mattresses were like cots on bed frames and the tv did not work. We were disappointed

House was big and homey. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is big enough for an extended stay. Close to shopping and food. We would stay again.
King bed is comfy, but a mattress topper may be needed for the other bedrooms. Not a deal breaker at all, just a suggestion. 😉

We stayed here for almost 3 months and were very pleased with the facilities. There are 3 big bedrooms and lots of space in the home. The hostess is very attentive and is available if you need anything. We would absolutely stay here again. Very nice quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time with our family. The house was clean and neat with plenty of room for us all. Some of the family were able to to some hiking and exploring Cottonwood. Our host was very responsive to my questions and requests. We will keep this property on file for future visits!

This is a great house for families or groups, very private bedrooms.
There is plenty of space - in all the rooms. To get to the back yard from inside the house you do need to go through a bedroom.
The home was fine, the carpet needs replacing desperately- but although it was old and worn, it was clean except for a large stain.
The neighborhood location was off a main road, so it’s easy to drive to wherever you want. The neighborhood itself was a mix of nice homes and junky homes. The home next to us had a side yard full of junk and trash, which you could see from some of the windows.

If you want to hike in the Sedona area, this house in Cottonwood is a great choice. There is good hiking around Cottonwood and Sedona areas are 30 minutes away. Plenty of places to eat in Cottonwood and Jerome.

We had a great time staying in cottonwood. The home was perfect for the 4 of us. It did not have any extra linens or towels. Also alot of cabinets were locked so there was not much for cooking items. The front yard and back yard had not been landscapes in atleast a few months. There were lots of weeds out front and the grass in the back was mid shine heighth. It needs some attention. But luckily we were only there to sleep and shower.

It's about 10 minutes to downtown Cottonwood and about 25minutes to Sedona driving. There's a lovely duck pond within walking distance of the house. I was there for a meeting and the large table was perfect for my small group. The neighborhood is quiet. I loved it and would definitely stay there again. I would have liked to check in an hour earlier and probably could have but I didn't ask ahead of time. Sedona is so busy nowadays that staying further away s great!

Spacious home, responsive owner, convenient location. Second time we have rented this home and look forward to staying there in the future. Recommend this for anyone needing a rental in the Cottonwood/Sedona area.

There are few small items that would have been helpful. More towels, wash clothes, dish towels, dish clothes, pods for dish washer, regular toaster, light bulbs. Also for an extended stay like our's of 3 weeks washer/dryer, which we could do bedding and towels. But for us that's what Walmart is for. Overall very Nice place.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood
Home is located in a conveniently located, quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious with lots of bedrooms and sitting areas. Although there were only two of us the extra room was relaxing and the washer and dryer were appreciated as we had a longer stay. We are looking forward to renting the home again in the spring.
