Love location It to many golf courses National parks town the layout is very good with the four king bedrooms and large Bunk room, **** eight grown men, easily easy walk to the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to get around already booking for next year. having an on-site management team makes it easy if you have any questions or concerns with the property

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and we love it! It’s a great place to stay with a group of families for the soccer tournament. Our only wish is that we had a couple extra blankets for the kids that got cold.

We had 4 couples stay in this unit very comfortably. 3 couples from Montana and 1 couple from Arizona. This was our 2nd stay in this unit and we love it. Golf Courses were amazing. Ledges course was in fantastic shape. Once again Dan Dekker worked hard for us to make our stay enjoyable! Thank you! We will be back soon!

It is our second visit to this residence, it is perfect, super comfortable, it has indications everywhere, it is very well supplied with what we need. This time we left behind some airpods and they mailed it to our house, it was amazing.

This was a return trip to Ledges for an entire family vacation. Three generations which includes 11 grandkids had a great time hanging out, swimming, biking, roller skating, and climbing Angels Landing! We made some great memories… thank you!

Inside decor was so cute and modern, beautiful furniture, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and so many outdoor relaxation areas. Bunk bed room comfortably slept kids, teens and newly marrieds. Everyone got a great nights sleep which was a family vacation game changer. Loved dining outside, relaxing by the fire pit. Loved the proximity to the pool and pickleball courts. Can’t wait to book this property again!

The property really has everything you will need. My family had s great time, loved that we were 5 min away from the business of st George, but felt like we were out all by ourselves. Will go back for sure

It was a little rough when we first got there because the door code wasn't working but we got it figured out after awhile. Really nice place to stay and loved that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. Just wish it was a little closer to everything.

I took my 2 kids (18 and 21) and 6 of their friends to St. George for Spring Break. They loved the loft area with all the bunk beds and the ping pong table, pool, and hot tub were huge hits! The kitchen was well appointed and the property manager was extremely helpful on a couple of occasions.

Beautiful location, a little further from town than I had anticipated. House was beautiful. Only compliant was it was very poorly stocked in comparison to any other rental we have had - ran out of garbage bags, no laundry soap, propane tank empty in fireplace, wifi didn't work.

The Ledges never disappoints when we stay there in St George. We have been there 4 times in the past 3 years and enjoyed every time. Work with Dan Dekker ever trip and he does an amazing job setting up our courses and tee times as well finding us the perfect place to stay

Looked for 9 beds and atleast 4 bathrooms. Pleasantly surprised at how nicely furnished and how clean the townhome was. A/C repairman sent out immediately to fix A/C unit. Very comfortable house. Would definitely book it again!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! The kids LOVED all the bunk beds up stairs and their own TV. The deck was fun to sit around the fire at night . Each room is spacious and decorated so cute!!! We seriously loved this home and we will stay again for sure ! The pool is across the street and down just a few homes and so we walked to the pool each day easily ! Our family highly recommends this place ! Thank you !!

Our favorite part of the house is the sleeping accommodations, ping pong table, and fire pit feature on the outside patio area. It would be perfect with a hot tub. Overall it is the perfect layout for a large family to get together and we enjoyed our stay. We were rushed to get out by 11:00 a.m. A 12:00 noon check-out would be helpful for large families with little children. I think it would be the little extra that would make the difference and I would have given it five stars had I heard back about a later check-out. Overall they were responsive and when we needed ping pong paddles and balls they dropped them off at the front door right away. We are impressed! It is a beautiful property!
