Character bach in toller Lage .... Wir sind nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum des schönen Raglan Township (denken Sie schrullige Läden, tolle Cafés) und 1 Minute zu Fuß zum Hafen und zum sicheren Schwimmen. Der Strand, der Spielplatz und der Skatepark sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang über die Fußgängerbrücke entfernt. Der Strand von Ngarunui ist nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Sie können diesen zentralen Ort nicht schlagen. Zwei Schlafzimmer (beide Queensize-Betten). Komplett mit Spaß im Retro-Stil eingerichtet. Verfügt über alle modernen Geräten, Besteck und Geschirr für Ihren Aufenthalt fern von zu Hause.
Wickeln Sie um Deck, den ganzen Tag Sonne und kühle Außendusche, um den Sand abzuspülen. Stereoanlage, CD-Player und Fernsehgerät, auf dem nur DVDs abgespielt werden (Sie sind doch im Urlaub). Spiele in Hülle und Fülle. Sitzsäcke, Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirm.

Had a great time. Ate at Ulos and did yoga at the space. Sunday morning cold dip at the bridge! Raglan coffees as good as ever. Great little break. Great little property. So convenient.

Good location close to centre of town. It's a prettybasic bach, but no surprises as it is accurate drscribed on the website. Good bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Living room furniture is a bit flimsy - really needs a decent sofa and a coffee table for games. Bach appears to be completely un-insulated - it loses heat rapidly - we had to have 2 heaters running - and there is a lot of condensation in the mornings. Lack of insulation means its also not at all sound-proof. A good budget option but not what I'd call cosy in winter.

We enjoyed the authentic Bach experience and the decor in the home. Beds were super comfy and location was excellent. Town, harbour and reserve all easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

This property is in a great location to walk to the local township, wharf for fish n chips and head to the bridge and over to the seaside for a walk. It has a great relaxing vibe to it with the deck getting a lot of afternoon sun.

My sister and I stayed for a family 70th birthday. The house was really suited to our needs and we enjoyed every minute of it.

First of all apologies Clint for our early arrival, previous accommodations had been check in at 2pm and we didn’t check your times properly. Great location for this lovely, older Bach- only one downside for me was the higher step onto the terrace with a Grammy leg! Beds comfortable and all items supplied great. Thank you both.

Was really great !! My 1 concern was that getting up and down off the deck was a little difficult for 2 older ladies but everything else was top notch

Had a fabulous time at this gorgeous property. A week with no tv, no wifi was bliss & the property is so well set out that the teen & tween were easily entertained, even managing to complete a 1000 piece puzzle. The reading nook is perfectly positioned to read, relax & watch those in the garden. Would definitely come back to this house if in Raglan again. Teegan & Clint were super helpful with all my questions and gave great recommendations.
Also shout out to Raglan kayaks who helped us with a kayak for the teen to accompany us three on our two paddle boards for a couple of occasions so we could all get out across to the beautiful pancake rocks. Their guidance on tides etc was invaluable.

Needs a little bit of TLC curtains are difficult to pull up and down in lounge as bracketing/sticks comes out. Would really benefit from a step down off front deck as it was wet when we were there and had to be careful getting up and down. Otherwise great affordable stay, ideal spot, close to town.

We had a lovely stay. Kids loved having the playground and waterfront so close. Easy walk into town and the bach was well equipped.

Sometimes you stay in places that feel like they've been *deliberately* decorated to be "shabby chic" or "boho" or some other fashionably quirky style. But this spot didn't feel like that. No cheap wannabe kitschy decor from Ikea, but real actual cute, vintage and personal thing that made it both delightful and cosy. Exactly what we needed for our 2 nights in Raglan - hopefully on our next tour, the sun is shining!

Absolutely loved staying here. Best location, two minute walk to play in the water one way, two minutes to Raglan Roast coffee the other way.
Our two year old absolutely loved the two big baskets of toys awaiting him and the awesome selection of DVDs (we watched Frozen every day, just like being at home 😂) the owners even messaged to let us know there was a clam shell under the deck if he wanted a wee splash.
The decor is so cute - a perfect 1950s bach. We loved everything about our stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.
