We stayed in this condo for a month and it was wonderful. Easy access to property, grocery, Disney, everything!! Condo was comfortable and quiet during our stay. We'd definitely stay here again!!

We were happy with our condo that had a great view from our deck overlooking the beautiful pool area. The condo was nicely updated, and had everything needed to live there for the month. The location was great being in walking distance from a Publix, AppleBees, IHOP, and other small restaurants. I was a little nervous about previous reviews stating negatively about the cleanliness of the condo, I was pleasantly surprised to see everything cleaned and ready for our visit…..that was HUGE for me. We were so pleased we have booked the condo for next year.

This rental is attractive with comfortable beds and beautiful surroundings. It’s located in a quiet area with lots of shops and restaurants within a very short distance. And not too far from all the theme parks. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for two weeks. This condo was beautifully decorated. Very clean. In a great area close to supermarket and restaurants. Lots of dishware, etc. Only minor complaint is the pillows in the beds were very flat….really need to be upgraded! Also AC wouldn’t cut in at night making for a stuffy sleep at times. Overall though I would stay here again and recommend it to friends!

This was our first trip to Disney and it was perfect! The condo was only about 12 minutes from Disney world and was so close to everything else! The condo was beautiful and quiet! Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! Right behind Publix so that was very convenient! It’s very close to a ton of shops and restaurants! We Will definitely be staying again when we come back to the area! 10/10 recommended if you don’t want to stay on Disney property but want to still be close!

The condo is very nicely decorated and spacious. The location is also very good. However, if I were the owner(s) I would be checking on the cleaning crew. There was a pile of dirt near the laundry area that looked like it was swept there but never picked up. The bedroom bed tables were very dusty as were the floors beside them. One side of the bed had some Tums or Rolaids on the floor amongst the dust. The counter had something sticky all over it with some leftover food particles. The worst was the toilet that had the urine splashed around the bottom. The clock in the living area has a broken second hand. Maybe just new batteries are needed? We weren't informed that the pool would not be open while we were there. I did contact the owner(s) and they did tell me that we could access the pool on the other side of the street, but never mentioned we needed a key card to get in. I guess that is what the card hanging inside the door is for. They did refund some money for the inconvenience. One thing that did bother us was the fact that before we even arrived, one of the owner(s) - I reference owner(s) because we spoke with three different people, never she same one twice - asked when we would be leaving. We hadn't even arrived and it felt like they were in a hurry to get us out. The day before we left we were texted and asked again what time we were leaving. Check out is listed at 10 a.m. We will leave at 10 a.m. Maybe we would have left sooner if they hadn't kept bothering us about it. Again, it's a nice area, and the place could have been a lot nicer if it weren't so dirty. The dirt was a real turn off. I wish there was a place here to include photos because I took several of the dirty areas, but this format does not permit photo attachments. Perhaps I will review on Yelp and add them there.

Beautiful apartment that looks just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood close to a Publix, a bar, a couple restaurants and more. We enjoyed our stay and if we ever happened to be in Orlando again, wouldn’t mind a second stay! :)

Stayed 4 nights with my daughter for Disney trip. Property is very well kept with nice landscaping. Condo is tastefully decorated and updated. Overlooks the pool area, which is very nice. This is the best Orlando property we have rented, and I will rent it again without hesitation.

The best part was the patio off the living room and bedroom. Since the weather was nice I was able to open the doors and enjoy the fresh air. It looks right over the pool. There is easily enough room for a family of 4 here. Everyone around the property was really nice. It is also a quiet area as I never heard anyone.

The check in process ended up being a bit stressful. The property management company never sent us a check in email so we didn’t have a code to get into the condo. I attempted to contact the property manager through VRBO and couldn’t through the confirmation. I actually found it to rebook it and sent the manager a message letting him know there was a problem. He contacted me Quickly after that but I had already been on the phone with VRBO customer service who was setting up a cancel bc they couldn’t reach him initially either. Either way it worked out but I’d contact the property manager the day of check in early or you’re going to be staying in a hotel. After checking in the property was as pictured. Extremely quiet which I was looking for. The bed might have been the most comfortable I’ve slept in at any VRBO property. The bbq pictured is charcoal so if your looking to bbq with gas that isn’t going to happen. Everything in the condo was clean and worked properly it was def worth the money and I’d stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time down in Orlando! The condo had everything we needed, was clean, and in a perfect location! Publix and Walmart are right down the street for anything that you forgot. We would totally stay here again!
