Fantastic location, great swimming/plunge pool, very quiet neighbourhood, spacious house. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Darwin - thank you!

Great location and beautiful home.

The location was perfect. A short drive to the CBD and far enough away to feel sheltered. Darwin CBD can be a little scary at times, however the location of the townhouse is in a lovely estate.

The place was very nice and could only be improved by larger coffee mugs (See how picky this is, I purchased my own and left it there for next time). A television in the master bedroom would have been great. My kids took control of the one tv provided. Perhaps more than one towel each would have been helpful as we stayed for two and a half weeks. Nothing negative to report.

1st two days pool was green. owners fixed when contacted, public holiday increased time factor. dishwasher broken & owners knew & waited till after we arrived. not enough gas in bottle to cook one meal on the bbq for a 11 night stay. can opener broken. empty jar of coffee still in pantry. cockroaches in pantry on lids of items, & in toaster. 1 small worn bath towel, one smaller thinner bath towel for pool. There were no mats near entry onto tiles when raining (wet season) so tiles were very slippery. sheets were worn badly fitted and paper thin on beds. ensuite bathroom taps & holders need extra elbow grease for a proper clean- including cup holder for toothbrush. for 11 night stay 4 toilet rolls for 5 adults & 2 kids! light bulb near bed didn’t even fit the casing& was left beside bed. blinds missing on sliding doors & when trying to open or close many would fall off. owners were attentive when rang, but overall lack of genuine commitment to upkeep & presentation. I was hoping to have family come for dinner most nights and thankfully they were locals. not enough mugs, or cutlery. just disappointed overall. my in laws who stayed have A/B in Western Australia and were shocked & disappointed, peak prices @ peak time. if your after location - great. just don’t forget your gas bottle, pool towels, decent bath towels, quality sheet set that fits the bed, extra cutlery & mugs. oh a quarter scourer to clean for a week. 4 dishwashing tablets for 11 night stay. the pool photo shows the adjoining property pool (same owner) & the colour of our one.

had everything we needed, owners provided mozzie spray to glad wrap , things you wouldn’t expect.

Quiet location. Beautiful views out to the water. We seen fish coming up close to the edge of the water. Great spa/pool with extra pool towels. Drive in lockable garage with entry to the house was so handy. Plenty of air conditioners to keep us cool on hot days. The beds where really comfortable. Good quality mattresses. Plenty of everyday items eg: washing power to do washing, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets, household goods to meet our needs. Cold water in the fridge upon arrival.

The stairs, I got a good work out going up and down.

no bath soap provided, not enough toilet roll, not enough towels, no spare blankets, accommodation is old and tired, compared to other short stay accommodation in Darwin this is a little under done for the cost, old budget furniture, including only 1 small tv, noisy neighbors/children in next door unit meant we couldn't get children down to bed before 9.30pm without moving them to the front of the building
