Dieses schöne, gefliest, geräumig (300 sq. Ft.) Studio mit großen überdachten Veranda und Blick zum tropischen Garten ist eine von mehreren Studios in unserem Guest House. Wachen Sie am Morgen zu Vogelgezwitscher und holen Papayas von Ihrem Lanai. Unser Studio verfügt über ein komfortables Doppelbett, Schlafsofa, Kochnische, Bad und Kabel-TV. Wir bieten kostenlose WiFi, bequeme Parkplätze, Liegestühle / Handtücher, Kühler & Boogie Boards. Tolle, zentrale Lage, auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf die Kona Coast, 7 Meilen nördlich von der Innenstadt von Kailua. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen (kein Lärm) für jene späten Flug. Eigentümer wurden Big Island Besucher seit über 25 Jahren Hosting, sprechen Deutsch und freuen uns, Vorschläge zu teilen und Fragen zu beantworten, wenn die Gäste es wünschen.
Wir bieten alles, damit Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Nach einem Tag voller Spaß, entspannen Sie sich auf Ihrer privaten Terrasse und lauschen Sie dem sanften Rauschen der Bananenblättern.
Unser Studio bietet eine Küchenzeile, so dass Sie Mahlzeiten kochen. Die Küchenzeile ist mit Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, elektrische Pfanne, Reiskocher / Gemüsedampfer, beweglicher Herd mit Topf, Wasserkocher und Geschirr.
Geschirrspülen und Wäschemöglichkeiten sind auf dem Flur befindet. Es gibt eine kleine Gebühr für Waschmaschine / Trockner und Reinigungsmittel enthalten ist.

Need floor fan, also the elder lady of host entered our room on second day without any notice and said this isn’t right, then left, leaving the door open and walked away. Not sure what was she was doing.

Well-appointed apartment with a large and lovely wrap around balcony surrounded by jungle. Minutes from downtown. Perfect for a couple looking for a special quiet place.

The walls were very thin, the plumbing very noisy. Roosters and turkeys next door, plus the noise of other guests talking detracted from enjoyment. The kitchenette was minimal at best and had no easy place for washing dishes. Best for making toast, soup and similar simple dishes.
The units were clean and larger than expected which was good. Overall, a weak four star.

We booked and paid for this studio for 2 weeks and only stayed 3 nights. Unfortunately the interior furniture and bed were uncomfortable and in need of upgrades. We just could not get comfortable at night while hanging out inside. It is not advertised as being downstairs. Noise from the upstairs unit was disturbing; you can hear normal talking voices, toilet flushing, water running, and kitchen appliances being used. We have rented many VRBO's and travel extensively but this unit is not worth the money. It should be priced at about $80/night for what you get. We asked the owners for a partial refund and they declined to refund a cent even though we vacated the studio after only 3 days. We rented a nice hotel in town for the same cost for the remaining 12 days of our vacation. Renters beware; the place looks cute, but it is not worth the money. I've stayed in hostels that had better accommodations for a lot less cost.

Our view of huge hibiscus flowers, banana and papaya trees was just lovely. The room was clean and large, our bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to eat in. Truly we wanted for nothing. Two days in and I was planning our return. The location is great; easy to get to Kona and points south and getting to points north. Nanette and Anne are warm and welcoming, I enjoyed our conversations. This room is perfect for couples. It is obvious-loved it!
