This house is in a perfect location, just steps from the beach. The decor is really great, it keeps us coming back. Love the beach wagon, chairs, & towels. Hosts get back to you immediately if you have questions. Another perfect stay!

This place was amazing. The owners were super helpful and accommodating! Responded very quickly too. The house is immaculate. They thought of everything!! Can’t say enough about the whole experience. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay!

This was our second girls trip to this house and I’m sure we will go back next year. You walk out the front door, turn right and are a few steps from the boardwalk and beach. The property is so nice and clean. The front porch is great for just sitting and watching the world go by but the back patio is the best. Very private with lots of space for just sitting and relaxing. There is also a large table for outside meals or playing cards. Great restaurants are within walking distance. You can’t go wrong with this property.

This was a great house at a great location - very clean and very close to the Broadwalk / beach. The kitchen was well-stocked, the house had plenty of beach towels, and there were lots of beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, an umbrella) in the storage bins on the side of the house. It's also a big plus that there are 2 parking spots at the house, since all the other nearby parking is paid-parking. Lisa and Andrew were very responsive when we asked questions of them. We highly recommend this property!

Literally steps from the sand and this house had every detail thoughtfully taken care of! We loved the ability to unplug, and not have to get into a car to grab coffee, meals or enjoy great live entertainment. Truly the best VRBO property our family has experienced.

We rented (group of 5 women, mid 30's-late 40's) Lisa's place for our annual "moms gone mild" long weekend to escape the northeast weather. On our last day at the beach, we all agreed we'd rebook this place, 100%. It's centrally located to everything on the Broadwalk, but the side street is not a throughway, so traffic is very minimal. And even with the proximity to the Broadwalk, it's not loud! We were pleasantly surprised. The house was perfect for 5 of us with THREE FULL BATHROOMS! Let me repeat: THREE.FULL.BATHROOMS. It's so clean, wonderfully decorated, and just really comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked (we're breakfast eaters at home base, pack lunches for the beach, and out for dinner) and we were impressed by the spice drawer! The beach is so close to the house, we walked back to use the bathroom when we needed to. Lisa's responsiveness to a few issues (resetting wifi and us not being patient enough to let the fridge cool off after dumping 4 days worth of groceries in it) was amazing. A+++++ Would recommend.

You will not be disappointed staying here! Our flight arrived before check-in. Lisa graciously offered to allow us to change our clothes and store our luggage in one of the bedrooms that they had already cleaned, while they finished cleaning the rest of the house. This allowed us to eat lunch at the Broadwalk, and enjoy the beach, until the house was ready. The house was extremely clean and very well stocked! We did a Walmart click-list and had it delivered right at the 4:00 check-in time. We uber’ed and did not rent a car. The Grant House is only 20 minutes from the airport and the Hard Rock Casino. Everything else was within walking distance. The Broadwalk is literally a 3 minute walk….we spent most of our time there and the beach. We had 3 couples in our group and had ample room. Would definitely stay at the Grant House again.

We've been to Hollywood beach around 10-12 times. It has become one of our favorite places for a nice change of scenery and a place to relax. This property was absolutely perfect, the location is the best you can ask for and the Broadwalk is right there. The house is very tastefully decorated and makes you feel good the moment you walk in. They have done a great job maximizing space and maintaining privacy. Everything you need is right there. From the back yard, to the amazing kitchen to the beach chairs that we used. Hoping to bring a few more friends to stay at this amazing property again. We didn't want to leave!!!!

This house was wonderful! It was so comfortable and location was amazing. It was well stocked if you choose to cook in. Extremely clean and beds were very comfortable which is a hugh plus for me. There was enough space that my 3 grown children and their significant others could spread out. I loved that they supplied some family games as we played a few. We enjoyed the sunrises everyday and just sitting on the porches. The washer and dryer was a life saver and the 2 parking spots were really nice. The decor was so cute and made the place extra special. Great job! I will definitely be keeping this on my list when we head back to Hollywood. This provided a spectacular Christmas vacation for my family.

This was my first time booking a Vrbo, and I am so glad Lisa and Andrew made the process so easy and efficient. My family and I loved the property for many reasons including the location to the beach, the privacy of multiple rooms and bathrooms, and especially all the accessories that were on hand for the beach and other activities. I wish Lisa and Andrew could be our hosts for every Vrbo we book in the future, they are true professionals and helped create memories that will last a lifetime and for that, I am so very thankful.

The house was beautiful, just as described. The location is very close to the beach, a few houses back. They have beach stuff and enough beach towels and bath towels. They provide everything you need, we didn't have to buy anything other than what we consumed. Lisa was extremely accommodating with my last minute booking. Would definitely book again!

We have been to Hollywood Beach in the past. The location here is awesome. Great suggestions in Guest Book on some new place to try. We did...and we loved 'em. The place is well-kept while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend and will be back.
