We were feeling like at home. Comfortable, clean, very big flat, with full equipment. Garage and a bus stop Infront, 10 minutes to the city center by bus. Taja was very helpful, thank You! The house rules were.....too much. But RS may be have their own reasons. One hour before our check out I broke a glass 😞

The apartment was clean, bright and modern. Good kitchen facilities. Shower rooms were very nice. Access to shared washing machine/dryer. Underground parking area is helpful and Ljubljana is a short drive away.

Deposit deductions list caused us to worry too much about keeping the apartment super clean.

My card was charged by booking.com few days prior to our check-in, yet we were asked to pay again when we were checking in. Worried of loss of booked accommodation I made a second payment. I have no idea whose fault it was and I wish the issue was resolved sooner by the apartment owners instead of me because there was no effort made to resolve it with booking.com and we were asked to resolve it ourselves. The whole communication with the property owner and booking.com cost me some of my valuable vacation time. Fortunately the issue was approximately a week after our check-out resolved by booking.com who re-funded us.

Very modern, clean and spacious place on quiet border of the town with a view to the greenery. Easy access from the highway, public transport and shops within the walking distance.

Good property with a lot of facilities. It is near the international airport and Ljubljana. Closed parking lot is nice. It is quite clean and big.

The hosts are not at the property, there is no front desk. They do not answer the messages or phone quickly. However they were quite polite.

Absolutely immaculate apartment in a beautiful new complex. Everything was impeccably clean and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome in Ljubljana.

Distance from the city.

Amazing. This is a true luxury apartment. Large rooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equiped. Beautiful Bosche kitchen. Secure pzrking, elevator. 75" TV. Couldn't ask for more. Proprietor very capable.

15 minute drive to city center.

The apartment is modern (only three years old), exceptionally clean and well equipped, and the staff tremendously helpful. The apartment has a high level of security, a bit too much for my liking, but should please most guests. The advantage of the location is that there's a bus stop right in front of the apartment building, you are in the middle of Ljubljana in 11 minutes for €1.30 (get an Urbana card at the airport or train station for €2.00, and tank it up with money (all local rides in the inner area cost €1.30)

The apartment lies right on a loud main road, so you can either have peace and quiet or fresh air, but not both; book an apartment to the rear of the building. While the equipment provided is of a high quality, if you want to cook, organise your own knives, the ones provided are too flimsy to cook properly, even cutting bread is a bit of a struggle. The property is owned by an investment company, so nothing is really personal, but the service provided by staff is highly professional.

The apartment is new, perfectly equipped and absolutely clean. It's farther from the city center, but the public transport stop is a minute walk away and the journey takes 15-20 minutes. We used our own car for transportation and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us in every way. If you are looking for comfort, peace and a feeling of luxury this is definitely the best choice!

Wonderful stay at Regentova Suites. The 1 bedroom suite was just perfect for us. The bedroom was very quiet, the kitchen was all set up for cooking, the combined lounge area was very comfortable. A wonderful stay with parking facilities and very close to town.

The flat is very modern, clean, and spacious. There is secure underground parking as wellas a bus stop right in front of the building to go into the city. Check in and our was very easy and the staff was very friendly. All in all, great spot to stay for a few days and explore Ljubljana as well as the surrounding areas.

The mattress on the bed was very soft

A large, new build apartment, with big kitchen, high quality furnishings, excellent bathroom and garage parking in the building. One of the best apartments we have ever stayed at.

One major issue for me was the bed. I have a bad back and the mattress was the super soft and did not provide adequate support. I had to sleep 5 nights on the rug in the lounge

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was modern and very clean. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bus stop is right next to the house and you can easily ride to the center. In the entrance of the building there were flyers with informations for city tours (even free tours). Last but not least the man from the office was very nice and helpful! He even borrowed us a card for the bus which we then could charge with money to ride a few times into town and back.
