We completely enjoyed our week, it was a perfect home base….we traveled to Boston, Provincetown, Newport, RI, visited sites in Plymouth. We would highly recommend this house.

We had the most amazing two week stay !!! During our time we walked the beach two times a day, took a ferry ride to Nantucket, Zip lined in the White Mountains of NH, visited with family, shopping and took a whale watch!! This location is just amazing ! Don, the owner had everything you could possibly need !!!! He was so thoughtful in planning for his guests!!! He met us the day of check in to inform us of how everything worked and where to find everything ! The live chickens provided eggs that were delicious for breakfast !! The fenced in yard was such a great feature for our little golden doodle ! The beds were super comfy!!! The outdoor grill was great to have as well ! Just a superb stay .. could not have asked for anything better !!! Thank you to Don for his amazing hospitality!!!! We will be back !!!

Loved the property. Well kept and spotless. Owner was overly helpful. Truely made our experience a 10. Outdoor TV and stereo system amazing.

This little beach house was perfect for the weekend. It has plenty of comfortable seating and comfortable beds. We loved using the back patio to grill and watch football on Sunday. Plus the chickens were quiet and cute to visit. Our only oops was not realizing there isn't an oven before grocery shopping, so note that before your stay.

we really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Pricilla Beach was by far my favorite beach. The beach house was very comfortable, quiet and very relaxing.

Don was an amazing host, greeting me and showing me the home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The short walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes, and I was bringing my dog. Every night we (my dog and I) had dinner on his beautiful deck. The chickens are great! Don has thought of everything and then some! I highly recommend this retreat into beach bliss!

The house is in a nice neighborhood convenient to day trip on Cape Cod. The back yard was nice. The refrigerator is very loud. Wish there was a clock on back bedroom where we slept Overall would recommend

This was an adorable house and served us well for the few days we were in Plymouth. The host Don is very kind. He took the time to show us around the property and all the the fun amenities that it offered. The walk to Pricilla Beach was two minutes and the beach was wonderful. Thank you Don!!

This was my family’s first vacation since we had our son and it was fantastic. The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. An added bonus was the chicken coop with 5 lovely ladies. They gave us fresh eggs to eat every morning. Our son loved to say good morning to them each day. Close walk to the beach and short drive to downtown Plymouth. We would totally stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The place was immaculate, everything you need is there for the stay. Don was great at showing us the place, very friendly and accommodating. The chickens in the backyard were a treat as well. The neighborhood was beautiful and so close yo the beach and Plymouth! Thank you Don!

Don was a fantastic host, his home is comfortable and relaxing with everything you need plus a lot. The yard was fantastic for our dog. Spending all my summers as a kid on this beach and on this street it was such a treat to be able to stay in this neighborhood again and remember lots of old memory’s and make a lot more new ones!

I stayed last summer around my daughter’s 4th birthday. 4 of us plus our dog, Manny, had an incredible time there. The porch, the beach, and the host were as good as it gets.

Was my second year back and was thrilled to be there again. The chickens are so sweet and their eggs were so yummy! The house has amazing inside and outside speakers. The ac works great too! My dog was safe in the yard and the house comes with a bed for him he loves! The beach is serene at low tide… gorgeous view down there. I recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Don's house. It literally has every amenity you could possibly think of. We DID NOT want to leave. It was so cozy and just perfect for my guests. Looking forward to returning next year!!

House was beautiful. Fenced in yard which the dog loved. Private beach was amazing!

Don is a most gracious host! His cottage is a short distance from the main entrance to beautiful Priscilla Beach. His property is well equipped and has all you may need- very little need to bring much more than just your food & clothing for your stay. It is clean and has all the beach themed touches that one could want. Very happy that we stayed here!

Cozy house, welcoming host and a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The chicken coop was a highlight of the trip for my younger son. Thank you for having us.

The property and experience was excellent! It blew away any and all expectations. To start, Don is an excellent property manager. Made the check in and workings of the house go super smooth. The house has everything you would want. The great pictures on this site do not do it Justice. The entertainment options make the stay fun and relaxing. The backyard is a dog’s dream. Nature was everywhere and my dog loved watching and occasionally chasing. The chickens are fun and the eggs taste amazing. The house is super close to the beach entrance so walking there and back is a cinch. The house is also close to all fun Plymouth has to offer. The area is perfect for runs, walk, swims. We would to stay there again. Thanks Don!

The house was actually bigger than I thought from the pictures and super cute. Stocked with everything we could have needed and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the deck and yard. We have friend and family in Weymouth and Abington and we’re able to have them over on several evenings. The pictures in the listing do no do the house justice. Fresh eggs for breakfast were a bonus! The location. Very convenient for us. We spent a day in Provincetown. We took the hingham ferry into downtown Boston for a day and shopped Quincy marketplace. We took the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard for a day. We spent a day in Plymouth. We visited mount auburn cemetery and arboretum. We spent another day touring beaches from nantasket to race point. This house was centrally located to allow us easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The host. Don was awesome! He left fresh flowers for us and his fiancé filled a pretty blue vase full of souvenirs (some of which we saw in shops in Plymouth and they were not cheap). He checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. He responded quickly to my questions. He even gave me a tour of his RV when he stopped by the feed the chickens. The beach. OMG. I cannot say enough about this beach. It’s nothing special at high tide but at low tide it’s one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. And I’ve seen a lot. The sunrises are spectacular. You must see a sunrise on this beach. I brought home several bags of shells (look in the seaweed), a couple bags of sea glass (look in the rocks and go slow) and every time we left the beach I did so with pockets full of rocks. The rocks are so pretty!

We (Carol and Pam) rented this property for a long weekend. It was fabulous! Don, the owner, met us at the cottage to check us in and provided info on Wi-Fi, stereo, tvs, fire pit, and more. Very welcoming person. The cottage is homey and nicely decorated. Lots of amenities! We highly recommend this rental. The location is also great. Just a short block to Priscilla Beach. You can see the ocean from the driveway. Also toured Plymouth and the Cape. Lots to do in the area.

This is a wonderful property with lots of extras for a couple romantic backyard and if you like chicken this is the place for you. Every day we had fresh eggs and our dog loved the yard and deck. Very convenient to the beach you even get a little cart to transport everything. Very thoughtful owner! Very nice neighbors, just be kind and do not play music very loud in the backyard. It was great to be there watch out for the tide clock!! We wish we could have stayed longer. Just perfect!!! Thank you Don

I have already booked again for next year it’s the perfect lil house and location .The beach at low tide is amazing and the people there are all so friendly . The beach is dog friendly and so is the town we take our dogs to down town to eat they love it they also allow the dogs in some of the gift shops I always ask first before entering . From the booking process, communication, check in and stay it was an easy no stress experience. The place is clean and comfortable. The kitchen and air conditioning made it wonderful for a long stay, three weeks. The beach is classic New England and is a short walk down the street. The area is beautiful with much to explore. Over all a wonderful time!
