It was very nice for cash per room I enjoyed our stay

It was for my sons basketball tournament plenty for the kids with pool and pool table

Everything was great

It was clean. All the staff were very kind. We went to the pool just to look and it looked well maintained and it was warm!

The room its self didn't have any curtains and the rod was missing. There were fixes made to the wall that looked like it was a quick fix. The bathroom door also wouldn't shut. None of which is a just problem but I would have thought it would be better since it is a new hotel.

It was clean. Beds were comfy. Nice rooms. Smelly good soaps and shampoos. Was super convenient for our trip to kings island and I liked that the checkout wasn’t until noon. Nice pool

The pool hours kinda made it hard to have time to swim. But it was still nice. Breakfast could have offered more types of pastries or muffins and such.

Had issues with a/c and keys to 2 out of three rooms stopped working. However the problems were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Awesome breakfast choices, servers kept bringing out fresh food and the "to go" box was a great add on. One of our favorite, most likeable and accommodating employees, was Sai, who demonstrated great customer service skills in addition to the above mentioned attributes.

Our first room, the bathroom was filthy had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was feces on the wall. However, upon notifying management, they quickly moved us to another room that was fully cleaned and appropriate.

They were kind enough to let us check in a couple hours early. The staff was very friendly.

In our room the bathroom door needed to be adjusted so it didn't drag on the floor. You can't open the door all the way. This was another shower with a weak stream. I think this is a trend in the hotel industry. The other trend I don't care for is no housekeeping unless you're there for four or more days. Maybe I'm just old school but when you're paying close to $200 a night. Fresh towels, a made bed and some empty garbage would be nice.

We hit our leg off of the bed constantly. Breakfast was average

close to restaurants and our event venue. breakfast had several options, had a pool and fitness center

weird clicking/buzzing noises in the hotel- I think they were coming from the refrigerator. heat was off when we checked in so the room was cold, room could have been cleaner.

Clean hotel all around. Nice rooms

The elevator was broken half the time of our stay. We were on the 4th floor so it wasn’t fun getting in and out. Also, the property has no microwave in the rooms. This is a huge inconvenience and it’s not ideal to have a shared microwave for the whole hotel.
