The parking! why have parking then make me pay for it?

it is a truly nightmare if u pick this hotel for ur vacation. the check in process will make u mad and destroy u fantasy of ur holiday. a helpless , information-less , so call “check in guide” is challenging ur EQ and IQ , totally not suggest u to book this hotel, if u want to have ur wonderful holiday in Okinawa.

The hotel is in a great place with plenty of restaurants nearby, its easy and simple to get your apartment key and get into the building and the rooms come with everything you could need, they provide you with toiletries and a lot of trust consireding that they store extra in the rooms/room that i stayed in.

The toilet roll was single ply :( The sofa was a little on the short side for taller people, its quite a way down. I asked and was told that the apartment uses US type B plugs but it was actually type A, this wasn't a problem for me in the end but not very useful if you pack with this in mind.

Price except paying for parking.

1-It is very difficult to check in, and one guest said he slept the previous day somewhere else 2-The bed has only the springbox, and no mattress. You get back marks in the morning when getting up. 3-Parking is not for guests and nearby are 660 yen coin parking. I stayed 21 days and added quite a lot. 4- Wifi is useless, very weak and most times don't work. I rented a wifi router at Haneda airport.

The room was clean and spacious, and there was a manual with explanations for the amenities etc. Once I got into the room, it was a comfortable stay.

I was surprised to find that there were no staff support on site, and couldn't get in touch with the contact person when I wanted to ask to drop off my bags earlier than the check-in time. I spent at least half an hour in the heat figuring out the digital self check-in system but realised I wouldn't have much luck until the designated check-in time, and ended up contacting the previous hotel I stayed at, which allowed me to keep my stuff there.

In the area where the hotel is, there are basically no other decent options. This is the only one. The rooms are clean and well equipped, with a washer/dryer and a decent bath tub for those who fancy the same. The check in process is automated and works well for those who read instructions, and check out is super smooth.

The bed is a bit too soft, and the base of the bed has gaps so sleeping is not very comfortable. Also, stuffing in two beds into the room feels like a misuse of space for those living alone. The room can be better organized in my opinion. The wifi was not working at all for me, and on contacting the property about this they didn't reply for 36 hrs, after which they simply said there is a 3 GB limit, but I'm pretty sure I didn't use even 100 mb before it stopped working. Maybe the neighbor was using my wifi and consuming my limit everyday. Anyway, this was unusual and quite inconvenient. I probably won't go back to the same hotel unless I have absolutely no choice, however because of the clean facilities I'm giving them a half decent rating.
