Love love loved it it's absolutely beautiful location amazing waking up in the morning to the view of kangaroos playing in the big fields to just relaxing by the pool or perfect walk along the beach just what doctor ordered pure bliss been at this property before and will be back again it is our families favourite get away

Great place for a girls trip away!

We had a great time, really enjoyed the proximity to the pool and lawned area, and the additional gear in the garage (especially the trailer for packing up gear on trips to and from the beach!

I’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve enjoyed a weekend at Villa 25, but it is always perfect. Thank you, Warren.

Clean and complete with everything you need for a holiday. Nice to be on a hammock and enjoying the view of roos hopping. Warren was quite responsive to our needs when we were there.

NOTE: NO SHEETS ARE SUPPLIED, THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE HAD WE BEEN ADVISED. This property also wasn't very clean and all kitchen ware required a clean. It's a lovely location, but I would give this unit a miss.

We had an amazing time at this Villa! The location, the view from the balcony and the whole South Shore Villas was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We love Normanville and The Villa at South Shores has wonderful facilities, the pool is perfect for all the family, our villa had bikes we borrowed and rode into town on. The deck was private and opened up to the dining room. Beds were super comfy and bedrooms spacious. A great little weekend getaway.

The apartment was beautiful..it was in a great setting with lots of things for a family to do without having to leave the complex. I can say that the view from the balcony was great. The only thing I could comment on was having such lovely views of kangaroos in the grounds next door was disturbed by not being able to see through the windows. For hand prints and dirt. It it was a shame. Other than that the host was very helpful and the check in was very straight forward.. would definitely go back and stay there again… Regards Sue B🤗🤗🤗🤗

Such a beautiful location, cup of tea out on the deck each morning watching the sunrise and kangaroos in the adjoining paddock. Few minutes walk along the board walk to the picturesque beach and nice clean pool for the kids. Really enjoyed our stay!

This was a perfect house and location for a girls weekend away. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality utensils so we could cook throughout the weekend. It was nice to eat out on the decking with great open views, including lots of birds and kangaroos. The beach was a short distance away- very easy to walk to. 5 stars to everything, including the host who was very helpful when we were organising the stay.

Great location, close to the beach, shops etc. House was perfect for us, amazing views, plenty of room, quiet and private. Handy having green space and playground right next to the house. Communication with the owner was easy! Would stay again, super relaxing and easy holiday.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely time. It was peaceful, the surroundings were well kept and the it was overall a relaxing experience. As for the property, it was spacious, clean and very well equipped, especially in the kitchen! Thanks for a lovely stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa 25. The villa is very well equiped and clean and tidy. The view of the paddock with kangaroos and cows was lovely. We will be back!

We've stayed here before, and we'll stay here again! Always love a trip to Normanville. 2.5km easy walk into township where there's good coffee and well stocked Foodland

I have always avoided accommodation that doesn't supply linen as I figure it's holiday and I don't want to worry about bringing our own and making beds, washing etc. But due to covid we had a last minute change to holiday plans and needed to book somewhere quick smart! Warren was super accommodating and got back to all of my emails with lots of information. The room sizes are amazing and the master bedroom feels so luxury! The beds and pillows are comfortable and warm enough (I often struggle with the cold on holidays, even in summer!) Although we brought our own, the supply of shampoos, soaps and washing powder made us feel completely at home! The internet works better than ours at home and didn't struggle at all with the 8 of us having "down time" within the house. We loved the constant visiting from the magpie family on the balcony most of the day, and they hand fed meat from us on several occasions. The view of the cows and kangaroos in the paddock behind us was also lovely. The only thing I would say is that the hot water was not hot enough and would completely run out after just one shower. So it meant cold showers when returning from the beach and pool. And if we are being fussy, a second tv would have been nice for night time. There were 4 South Shores apartments available at the time of booking this trip and I was tossing up between them but I am so glad we booked Warren's! Perfect location and had everything we needed as a large family. Oh, and the tea towels, bath mats, quilts, quilt covers and pillows are provided, plus with a washing machine and dryer- it actually wasn't as painful as I was expecting taking our own :)

Loved South Shores amenities... The Villa we stayed was great, the view was superb and we had a comfortable stay. We will be back!
