TOP Lage, Meerblick und Komfort. 2 Minuten zu Fuß die Straße hinunter zu unserem Café-Kultur in einem unserer Funky Cafe `s zu erleben. Dies ist ein tolles kleines Häuschen mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken. Setzen Sie sich auf dem Deck und sehen Berg Karioi steigenden majestätisch auf der Südwestecke. Informieren Sie sich über die Mündung mit allen Booten und Schwimmer. Hören Sie die Leute haben Spaß am Strand, die Sonnenuntergänge einfach fantastisch, zeigen Sie die Kite-Surfer auf den Hafen. Sehen Sie all die kleinen Flugzeuge landen und starten auf dem Flugplatz. Mieten Sie sich ein Kajak und an dem Spaß jeder Körper sonst noch mit auf dem Wasser. Buchen Sie in für ein Pferd Wanderung am Zauberberg. Fahren Sie 10 Minuten die Straße hinauf zu Manu Bay und beobachten Sie die surfer`s oder man könnte sogar einen oder zwei zu verringern. Erklimmen Sie den Berg. 2 Minuten zu Fuß, um unsere schöne Geschäfte und einige Einzelhandel Therapie. Nehmen Sie eine Hafenrundfahrt. Fahren Sie 40 Minuten, um in den heißen Pools genießen. Wir haben einige schöne Wanderungen hier in Raglan am Meer. Kommen Sie und finden Sie die Dinge, die ich didn `t Ihnen erzählen. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über allen Komfort, den Sie mit einem schönen gemütlichen Ambiente brauchen. Ideal für Familien, Paare oder einfach nur alte Entspannung mit Freunden

This was a very cute old world bach/cottage with the best views over Raglan.
It was very quaint and well catered for.
Extremely thankful for all the heating provided which kept the cottage warm and toasty.
The Cottage is getting on in years but was a great stay. Would recommend it as a place to stay.
My only negative was that the second bedroom was a bit tight with double bed as well as bunk beds.

Very comfortable and qwerky cottage in a great location and views. Only downside was the lounge furniture could have done with a clean and inside the shower door. But overall a great place to relax in.

Just stayed here for the weekend with a couple of friends. What a awesome little place to stay in. Cosy, comfortable and warm and has everything you need. Beds are comfy, the views are great and only 5 min walk to the shops and cafes. We'll be back.

Awesome little house, comfy beds and nice and close to town. My only negative would be it was cold, the heating wasn’t really that wonderful. All in all awesome little place for the summer time but maybe not so much for winter 😊

We enjoyed our stay in Raglan, the cottage is well-located and has a lovely view. It is, however, very old and not well set-up for colder months i.e. there are no electric blankets; there was only one functioning heater; the windows are very cold and drafty; the shutters in the bathroom don't close. It also wouldn't be good for anyone with pet allergies as it is very obviously a pet friendly cottage.

The four of us loved our weekend stay at Sunnynook Cottage. Bedding configuration suited us, and it was such a treat to have all the linen not only supplied, but beds made up and bathroom stocked with quality towels. Perfect location so close to town, with beautiful outlook. Would thoroughly recommend, and definitely rebook!

While an older property it was lovely and light. Had a gorgeous view and short walk to town.
Kitchen was stocked with everything you need and enough crockery, cutlery, cooking dishes and glasses for a good size family.
Woud definitely recommend this property if want a bach type and homely feel.

We had a fabulous stay in this cute character bungalow which is perfectly located just a very short work to the shops and the many cafes of Raglan. The owner has great communication and made our stay easy with clear instructions on how to access. We partcularly enjoyed the well equiped kitchen (and oven), the spacious living room with comfy seats and the general cosy atmosphere of the house. The deck has a stunning view of the ocean and we enjoyed amazing sunsets while sipping some wine and planning our next days. The beds are very comfortable as well and the bedding is great quality natural fibre.

The best holiday ever and also a gem of a place to stay. The location is central, amazing sea vies. Sunnynook is a special house and has been fitted out tastefully and is very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone and the host was excellent to deal with. Thank you from all my family.

This place was perfect for me and 3 teens, my son loved the sleep out. The weather was great and we enjoyed the decks which got both morning and afternoon sun. Had everything we needed, although I did have to get some body wash for the shower. The beds were very comfortable and I had the best sleep i’d had in ages so felt very rested after our weekend away from the city. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunnynook. It is a wonderful location and it suited us well as a place for 2 couples. The cottage is quaint and is obviously full of history. A real bonus was having Sky TV so we could watch the Rugby World Cup!! Maintenance wise there a few things that need fixing that would help with the overall experience but we still enjoyed our time there. Just a little note - it would have been really helpful to have a pot scrubber of some sort, thank you.
