Great property for a family get together. Pool to keep kids busy when not at the beach. Plenty of room for spreading out and taking a break also.

House was sized prefect for our group. The property manger was very helpful. We had an A/C problem and he did his best to correct it. Good location on 11th street also

Our family and friends had a great time in Port A and this property was able to provide enough space for everyone and most importantly enough parking for a large group. Having two kitchens was wonderful and essentially two separate living areas allowed for better separation for folks who wanted to stay up late to not bother others going to bed earlier. I will share one unique aspect that was not a big deal for our group but others should know is that the big MB with Master bath and the queen room are joined by a short hallway with two doors and if you want to get from one end of the house to the other you have to walk through both rooms if you don't want to go outside and downstairs. So keep that in mind for however stays in those rooms they need to be understanding that it is the main traffic area inside. This property is essentially two homes joined together which is how it can accommodate so many and provide the great parking that other properties cannot. With all of that said we would definitely stay here again and more than likely will. Thank you to Mark the owner and Curtis from the property management team for helping make my wife's 50th birthday special.

This was a very nice place. I was impressed with the attention to detail. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

We loved Parrot Cove and how close we were to the beach. The house was ideal for our large family. Plenty of room and the little pool was perfect for the kids! Would definitely book again! Grandkids can’t wait to come back and stay at “the blue house”

We had a great stay in Port Aransas at your house. There was plenty of room for all 13of us! The pool was great to have and walking distance to the beach! We all ate at the house the whole time and we had two fridges for all the food. Plenty of towels and paper products and a washer dryer. We really had a great time and hope to come back some day!

Me and my family have been going to Sandfest every year. This place was by far the best place we have ever stayed in. Although we took our own hygiene the house had it all from soap to q-tips felt like home. We will definitely be staying here again. thank you for making our experiance so nice and easy :)

The place was clean and decorated nicely. When I booked the place it listed it as having 2 kings 2 Queen, but it was only 1 Queen. That was fine because we just rearranged where everyone was sleeping. Pool is small, but worked out. We did have an issue with AC unit on one side. Called and someone came right away. That first night AC went down to 76 degrees, but after that it stayed at 80 to 84 degrees. I spoke with Mark and he made a suggestion which we followed, but never got it below 80 degrees. All meals were cooked outside except one breakfast, so we didn’t heat up house that way. Plus we stayed gone to the beach all day both days, yet it was still hot. This was our last night so I didn’t bother calling. The house is great for a big group. You do have to walk thru two bedrooms to get to other side. That wasn’t an issue for us. I would stay here again.

Great size to the house, the ample space was great for our kids and three sets of adults. Pool was a great need to have with as cold as it was at the beach in mid March. Great kitchen and firestick and directTV combo made sure our kids were never bored. Good access to the beach and to town, only downside was being on the main rd (11th) with small kids, but the yard is fenced off in parts so not the biggest issue. Absolutely loved our stay!

The property was in an awesome location. We were able to walk to the beach during the beach closures. The pool was a super fun hang out spot for an after beach cool down. The property had two kitchens which was nice to be able to store all the food and drinks in two fridges. My only complaint was the larger kitchen had some dirty dishes in the cabinets and the floors could have been a little cleaner. Other than the minor housekeeping issues we had an awesome stay! I highly recommend this place for the location, space, and the pool!

This property was very clean. One of the kitchens is very large which made it easy to cook our family meals in. The owner was very helpful when we could not get the internet to connect. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works great!

The 2 bedrooms with bunk beds in the two bedrooms for the kids worked nicely four or five kids. Having the small pool premises great with family. Grilled out redfish place or a family

We had the best time and cant wait to go back!

The property was super clean , had everything we needed for a great vacation, and was large enough for our needs. It was close to the beach and town.
