Great Location - really convenient when based around Margaret River.

Was very clean, stylish, and colourful! close to Margaret River but only if you drive. Quiet, bedrooms are roomy, separate toilet and bathroom. Hot shower. BBQ in nice backyard. Diaan is lovely and very helpful.

Property was located in a housing estate Rapids Landing and is actually part of a larger house with the back area sectioned off to create the staycation. The kitchenette is a conversion of the laundry and very small. Really not suitable for a family. But it did suit us.

It was clean, tidy & comfortable. Had everything you needed.

Well located, well decorated, very clean, plenty of facilities, modern and well-equipped. the guide was thorough. Hosts were quick to respond to our questions. We have been travelling for over a week and this was the best overnight rental we stayed in. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and modern. Beds quite comfy, pillows and bedding were just perfect. good shower and bath, separate toilet. we didn’t use the cooking facilities.

kitchen is small. only a mini fridge ( not a proper fridge). for one day was fine, but more than that for a family of 4 I reckon won’t have space enough

The instructions given by the owner before arrival were very helpful. His concerns during our stay and messages to check if everything was ok and with more instructions on how to use the house appliances were also excellent. The beds were comfortable and all the spaces of the house were clean and beautiful. I wish I could stay there longer.

Kitchen was inadequate, no tea towels and more utensils needed . No indoor communal space , other than couch in bed room. Outdoor communal space makes a good summer accommodation but not ideal for winter

Too small in the kitchen area no dining and had a lovely outdoor setting but needed a heater as it was too cold to sit out there

Nothing exceptional to like. However, there is a Google speaker that kids used and had fun. Nice touch!

This is a subset of a house (AirBnB style), not a managed hotel/motel. Possibly, the owner lives in the other half: no washing & dryer, no kitchen or family dining space. For one night, it was okay, but for an extended stay, it was difficult as we needed to washcloths. I am worried about the bed-sheets, and pillow covers as not all of them are washable. The Air Con takes time to kick off and turns off after a short time (auto-regulated). During our stay at Margaret River, the temperature climbed 40dc. The only entertainment for the kids was the TV which we wanted to avoid during the holiday.

I really liked the layout of the accommodation - everything you would need in a compact unit.

The location is excellent, quiet street, close to Margaret River. The accommodation though small is perfectly adequate for a getaway. The hosts have decorated the unit in a modern and inspiring way. They've provided everything you might need to enable you to have light meals in the accommodation. There is a funky kitchen and a bench to eat at, while the garden courtyard is quaint and colourful.

Extremely clean & welcoming, a cute little personalised welcome sign upon entering. Diaan checked in on us to ensure we had settled in ok. Very detailed instructions provided for arrival. Comfy beds.

I definitely skimmed over the listing when I was booking which was my own fault - I missed the bit where it said it was an apartment attached to a dwelling - which was absolutely fine. Diaan didn’t make a peep next door. It just wasn’t what I was initially expecting - once we arrived I double checked the listing & realised it did state this - my own oversight. The “apartment” is located at the end of the house owners hallway, blocked off. So the kitchenette is a converted laundry. It had everything we needed though and a completely private courtyard with a cute table & chairs out the back (would’ve been lovely to sit at if good old Margs wasn’t raining haha). The only other thing was that it was quite warm inside with the heaters on, my (very pregnant) friend was overheating during the night & we couldn’t find the heating controls - and didn’t want to bother Diaan later during the night so she just opened a window. (but I am sure she would have turned it down if we actually asked, but we felt it was too late). Overall was a comfy stay though!

Host was very accommodating over text message so that all of your needs were met whilst your privacy maintained. Great location just outside the main strip.

A gorgeous little place - perfect for our weekend getaway! Super clean and comfortable and set up with everything we needed (all the little things were thought about and provided.) Host was lovely, checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were warm enough with the colder weather. Location is great - a few minutes drive out of town and in a really quiet estate area.
