The owner was very very friendly and helpful, met me on the arrival at my comfort time, helped me to choose the room that suited me best, was flexible with check out time. The room has all the basics you need, incl conditioner, fridge, fresh linen, small kitchen, shower, toilet, mirror, different lightning, trash bin. There were also two complimentary bottles of water and free shampoos which was very nice. Its situated outside of the busy and noisy night area but only just 7 min walk from it and from the main beach.

The building is situated near the road so you can hear cars passing by, can be tricky if you have sensitive sleep. Building is not the most new one, but it's clean and got all the basics you need. Also it's very close to the sea, but the sea right near the hotel has not the best approach. But you have the public beach in just 7 min walk, in the centre of Kavos.

The place is in a nice position close to kavos but far from all the noises of the night life. The house is big and with all the comfort. There is a lot of space where you can park your car.

The a/c is not included in the price. Dogs are not allowed in the upper floor in the rooms with sea view.

We spent a very nice week at Casa del Mar. Maria and her daughter Polixenia were very nice, polite and helpful. They always helped when something was unclear to us. The room was nice and well equipped. Very close to the house is the entrance to the sea, where we spent long hours. The beach is interesting, you can wander long hours in the water as it is still shallow quite far from the shore. So you don't need anything else in Greece to rest. Nice room, sun and sea.

Maria was very helpful and welcoming and warm, she introduce where are the shops, best places to eat and what to eat, where to find help and was ready 24 hours for help. They are engaged and always there for support and help. I found everything I need.Value for money choice !! The location is also great near to the main street. I liked the fact it was located close to the beach and minutes away from some mouth watering restaurants, easy to find place with parking spots,. Also ,I lost my flat keys and she gave me her own spare duplicate without even asking single question. Great communication and working wifi.

Unfortunately it’s not what you expect. We booked an apartment for three people but it was a room with three beds put inside. A kitchen was a counter with two small stoves. The refrigerator was not cold and there was a small table to eat on where 3 people couldn’t fit. The room had to be a 26sqm studio but it wasn't. When we arrived they charged us for air conditioning even though it was not specified and the facilities that were included in the list were either not available or you had to get it from the "reception" such as the hair dryer. Most of the time they weren't there. We only stayed two days out of four because we were very disappointed. We tried issuing a refund but the property decided to only refund a small amount of the payment, that equaled to the extra payment that we didn’t have to spend for air conditioning. Very disappointed and not what we expected seeing the reviews and the photos.

Fantastic apartments and owners Once again an amazing time spent with our wonderful Casa Del Mar family - from the moment we arrived we felt so welcome, The apartment was extremely clean and a lovely place to stay this wonderful family can never do enough for you and it never ends! The gardens and outside of the apartments are well maintained and were beautiful and some of the apartments have fantastic sea views - within a stone throw. I cannot wait to return and will be booking again soon for another stress free holiday . A big thank you to Maria and Fanis the owners - You will not regret booking here 😊
