The property owners were fantastic. The property itself was clean and well stocked. The backyard was fantastic, especially if you have kids or a dog. The adjacent old building next to the property is an eye sore but we felt safe staying at this house.

The beach house exceeded our expectations. It was decorated so cute. They thought of everything you would possibly need in the way of dishes and comforts of home. The deck & hot tub were nice. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a blast staying here. We loved the backyard with the fire pit, bbq, and outdoor shower after the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable place to stay for our getaway!

This is not supposed to happen but we were double booked for our vacation home. We booked on VRBO and the other party told us they booked on Air B&B. We called the listing agent and asked her to correct the situation. She quickly agreed to come up with another property and to call us back. When she called us she informed us that she was able to provide a different house but not for the first night so she had booked us into a hotel room for that night. We agreed. The substitute house was much nicer and bigger. All at no additional cost to us.

The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable.

Just right! We were able to relax and visit family in a very comfortable environment

We had a great getaway here with our dog. The beach was just a short drive and not at all crowded. The house was super clean and had everything we needed (and more!) It felt very homey and well-cared for and we especially appreciated the cleanliness of everything.

Loved this place! The minute I stepped in the door, it felt like home. Very nicely, yet comfortably, set up and decorated. The pictures currently on line do NOT do it justice. There kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. I did have to contact the owner when I first got there because of a misunderstanding with regard to the door code. The phone was immediately answered and my problem solved. A hot tub was installed shortly before our visit, and it was very much appreciated after an 11+ hour drive. I would definitely stay here again!

A friend and I stayed at this house with 2 dogs. The well fenced yard was a big selling point for me. The house was spotless, charmingly decorated and well stocked. It was nice to sit out on the deck in the evening and watch the dogs play after a day enjoying the beaches and exploring Westport and Grayland. I would stay here again.

We were really impressed with both the house and the fenced backyard. It was clean and everything was at it was described in the listing. You can tell that the owners actually spend time at the home and don't use it as only a rental. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The firepit brought lots of excitement for my son being able to make s'mores. The owners created a nice "welcome book" that includes restaurant tips and things to do in the local area.

The house was really cute with a great beachy theme. The backyard was amazing. My teens loved the fire pit. It was a super short drive to the beach.

We had a great but way too short weekend stay here. Such a cute and cozy house that met our needs completely. Within walking distance to the ocean. We hope to come back here soon.

Traveling with pets can sometimes be challenging, yet the owners were welcoming of my dogs with a few house rules - all easy to follow. The house is very nice and cute. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need and more. There is a nice deck and the backyard is fully fenced for the dogs. That made it so much easier. There is ever a warm water shower outside to rinse off after the beach. And the beaches -- no matter which direction you go - there are ample beaches that you almost have to yourself. I think this may become an annual trip.

I love this property!! This is the second time my daughter & I are staying at this property & I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Grayland! The two bedroom property is so cozy with a fireplace you can switch on, a nice front & backyard with a deck, barbecues & a firepit! The decor is beachy, the whole house is so clean

We stayed here now for the second time and thoroughly enjoy the house. It’s decorated very nicely and everything is provided. Super clean. Great backyard for the dogs.

My sisters and I felt this home was the cleanest vacation home we have ever stayed in. All around our visit was wonderful. We were able to visit points of interest in your area and enjoyed every minute.. Due to the covid situation most everyone followed the suggested restrictions and that made us feel more secure in our adventures. Thank you for your hospitality. This house was a perfect spot for a quick winter weekend at the coast. It is cozy and quiet but close to beach access and Westport. We cooked fresh seafood and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plus our dogs could lay in the sun in the backyard. Will definitely be back as this suited our needs perfectly.
