Westlage mit herrlichem Blick auf das offene Wasser. Diese Einheit mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Queensize-Bett und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa für 6 Personen. Voll ausgestattete Küche, WiFi und ein dedizierter Bootsbeleg!
Diese Wohnanlage befindet sich in einem neu renovierten Gebäude. Im April 2019 wurden ein neuer privater Swimmingpool am See, ein privater Sandstrand und ein Pavillon am See hinzugefügt. Neben See, Pool und Strand stehen Ihnen auch Paddleboards und Kajaks zur Verfügung!
In günstiger Lage innerhalb der geschlossenen Stillwaters-Gemeinde befinden sich mehrere Restaurants und Yachthäfen in der näheren Umgebung.

This is my second time to this property but it certainly won’t be the last!
There is so much to do for all ages!
The property is beautiful and so well groomed. The unit is well cleaned and very well equipped. The addition of Lake Martin Grocery is HUGE!!

We loved our brief stay at this nice condo. It was the perfect location with lake views and close to the pool. The only negatives were there were not any hooks to hang up our bath towels. I ended up putting mine over the chair which I hated to do. I can't imagine what people do when there are more than 2 people. Probably wet towels all over. Also It would be nice to have at least one luggage rack in each room. Not fun to put your suitcase on the floor. Also when no luggage rack, people will put them on beds which can be very dirty considering that suitcases have been on planes etc. Also the closets need more hangers and not ones that people obviously left there. Otherwise a nice place and I would recommend it!

We loved our week at Sunset Pointe for the 4th of July! The host was awesome and answered every question we had. The pool, grill and beach area were great and the perfect setup. This specific unit walks straight out to the beach and pool area with the most beautiful sunsets. We sat on the beach and watched multiple firework shows. We will be back!

Very nice location but many items did not work. The dishwasher & washing machine were broken. The box where you entered the entry code was dead. Luckily, there was a patio door with key code access. We contacted the host & he responded. He stated he would be over to look at the issues but never came.

All in all, it was terrific! The Owner is VERY responsive! Renting the Pontoon boat and dinner at Niffers were the highlights!!!

The property was as beautiful as advertised. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The drive to Auburn University graduation was only about 40 minutes. Our afternoons and evening on the lake was very relaxing. Checking out was difficult only because we didn't want to leave. It was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at sunset pointe condos! We went up on fall break and had the place to ourselves. The condo was super clean and had everything a family could need. We will be back.

Nick's place is adorable and steps away from the pool and small, sandy beach. Paddleboards and kayaks were right outside our patio door. Nick was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend renting from him!

All very nice but we had trouble finding the unit. It is in building 200 and down dark stairs which didn't feel so great at first but it gives the ground-level patios. We enjoyed everything about the stay.

We chose to stay here because it has a little beach close by for our 3 year old son to safely play in the water. He loved digging in the sand too. He could safely get into the water and splash around. We enjoyed the kayaks and the outdoor pool.

Wonderful lake community with all the amenities!! Enjoyed sandy beach, kayak, and walks around the neighborhood. Only drawback was that the washer was out of balance and make a terrible racket. Otherwise, a terrific place to stay.

The property had the pool and beach. Unfortunately the pool wasn't heated. The rooms are nice but the pots all need to have handles fastened and they need to add a dresser to the main bedroom and hooks in bathrooms for towels. Definitely will consider again when it's warmer.
