I don’t like the smell within the room. I feel like someone sweat smell. The staff told me that she will change towel but it didn’t happened.

Proximity to Asahibashi station. For capsules the layout was brilliant unlike others

- Excellent value for money, probably the best while I was in Japan - The capsules here are of the best type - half-height bed area + desk area is perfect for solo travelling (just a capsule makes it annoying to get to your stuff and a full room is more expensive) - The relax room was a very nice place to chill out after a day outside. They have an excellent manga collection! I got to practice my Japanese by re-reading some of my favourites after a nice bath. - Speaking of which, the public bath was pretty good - The breakfast was also pretty nice since it let me try out some local food

good location near monorail, new place, clean, cabins are perfect, if you need more space, take a cabin room

Very convenient from the airport - 6 stops on the monorail (~¥270). Across the river is the main bus station and 国際通り which is a lively street of shops and restaurants. The bath and private room were very comfortable!

the fact there’s a sento to relax in at the end of a day of hard traveling is fantastic

They complied to my request for a quiet Deluxe cabin. The wellness and sauna for females only, is an extra bonus. The provided leisure wear came in handy to drink great coffee downstairs in busy, noisy TV lobby. Perfect location to bus terminal monorail shops convenience stores and downtown Naha while quiet at night.

Young staff without any knowledge of English by which communication after a week became tedious. Impersonal atmosphere for non-Japanese guest. Bed was too hard; my back/body could not adjust even after one week. Yet cabin was the only quiet place. Even inside sauna disturbing music till midnight so no RETIME!

I will give it a 5 stars. The hotel is definitely one of the best I have stayed. The hotel location is near the monorail station. The area is quiet but its near to a convenience store. The staff are kind, the hotel and its amenities are topnotch thats includes the capsule room. I really like the public bath with hot and cold onsen and the sauna. I'll definitely stay again on my next visit. Thank You.

The loft bed! It was perfect for the kids. We stayed at many different resorts in Okinawa but my kids liked this loft the best. Parents liked the ofuro - good for a hot soak. The location is very easy to find because of the tall bright sign. Good value for money. Staff does not speak English but was good at using Google Translate.

Someone stole my platinum shampoo in the public bath. I hate it coz i don’t use regular shampoo and i need to find that shampoo in a drugstore but unfortunately i didn’t find same shampoo that i used to have. So i was very disappointed! How could someone stole a shampoo?

Simply incredible value for the money. I am booking another week right now, don’t want to leave to be honest. Cabin rooms are just great, location is perfect and the public bath is all you need with the sauna. Perfect, 10/10.
