You can't beat the location (5-minute walk to either the Shark, or Sunriver Village). The house had every amenity we needed (plenty of kitchen dishes, games, CD's, air conditioning, Shark Passes. We would rent again.

This is a beautiful home that has been well cared for. Kitchen is nicely supplied. It’s location is within a short walk to both The Village at Sun River and the SHARC aquatic center. Would definitely stay again.

We've been vacationing in Sunriver for years and my family all agree that this is the best house we've stayed in. Very comfortable for our family of 4. AC worked great since temps were in the 90's. We were so pleased to save money on bike rentals since there were many to choose from and all in great shape. Kitchen had everything. Nice big tvs in living and main bedroom. Hot tub and big deck were amazing. Location was close to everything. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Location, comfort, and all the details they put into making this the perfect gathering spot to create those memories in Sunriver that will last a lifetime. Kitchen is completely stocked, furniture is comfy, and linens are crisp. The ONLY negative thing is that the upper bunks do not have side rails. I had the boys sleep on the bottom only (which they were disappointed about.) I highly recommend putting in rails for safety purposes. Overall, a great little place and we will be back!

Great little vacay home!
This home is in a great location in regards to walking distance to The Village, and walking distance to the SHARC. Home has a nice hot tub, separation of space with bedrooms, and was clean upon arrival. Bikes were great, kids bikes are pretty outdated, but our kids still managed! SHARC passes were included! Only downfall is, no place to store the food/snacks you bring... Literally - none. Just counter or table space. It'd be great to have a little portable pantry added for guests to keep their food if they decide to bring food to make:)

Fantastic week spent in Sunriver!
The house was super clean and perfect for 2 families with 3 kids. Location was GREAT! 5 minute walk to either the village or SHARC. While the house feels a bit small it worked fine for 4 adults, 2 teens, and a 7 year old. Would be happy to rent this again in the future!

Great location for busy families
If you want a well stocked kitchen with a location an easy walking distance to Sharc and The Village…this is your house. Bunk room is great for kids and teens alike! It would have been great to have a powder room or 3rd bath…but we made it work. I would recommend it’s best for single family units. Hot tub, corn hole game, deck seating and bikes were all in good condition and wonderful touches. In desperate need of a new gas grill on the deck. Great time overall!!

We have stayed at this same house every year for nearly 10 years. An easy walk or bike ride to the village and SHARC water park. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. Master bedroom has king bed and private bath. Second adult room with Queen bed and shared bath with third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Easy access with few steps, but toilets are very low for an older person with bad knees. Could use firmer pillows in the bedrooms.

Would stay again!
We had a great stay at this property! Everything we needed. Enjoyed riding the bikes and the sharq passes. Hot tub did not have water in it and not able to use it the first night. However made one phone call and it was repaired the next morning and ready to use later that night. Looking forward to staying again!

Perfect for us
We stayed 3 nights & was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids; ages 13, 10, & 5). All kids were in the bunk bed room so we had an extra room which turned out great since we used it to keep all our snow clothes out of the way and my husband used it to dial into a work meeting without being disturbed. This house is super close to the village and SHARC which was awesome since we could easily bike to both places even with a 5 year old. This house came with plenty of bikes of all sizes which was key for our varying ages! The kitchen was stocked well with cookware, etc. we only needed to bring some ziplocks & a few plastic take home containers to put leftovers in. This was our first time to sunriver with kids & this house worked out well. Vacasa was also great to rent through. We did it all online and the whole process was very clear and understandable of how to get in and check out, etc.

The kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Good location. Close to the village area and getting on the highway to Bachelor.

Just ok
The pictures of this property made it seem like it would be a bit more spacious than it is in the main living area. Upon arrival, there were a few housekeeping items that we had to bring to the attention of the owner right away. Thankfully, they waived the cleaning fee (which was the least they could do). The house is nice, but not great. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect stay!
I booked this place based on location, price and description. I wanted a private hot tub and this one had a great one. Photos were accurate, a very clean and quiet place with everything I needed. Walking distance to SHARC and the village. Comfortable bed, and shower that worked well! Washer and dryer worked well too. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again. The only thing I could recommend is an update in the toaster, a very small thing. All else was above my expectations!

This house was perfect for our family of four, with 2 young kids. It was bright, with high ceilings, clean, nice back outdoor space that connects to the bike path, and hot tub. The location is perfect, short walk to SHARC and bike ride to the village. The bikes provided are okay for cruising around the village, but pretty old and creaky and I wouldn't rely on them for long rides or mountain biking. We brought the kids bikes. Kitchen and laundry were well-stocked. We never stay in the same house twice, but we will probably book this one again!

Bachelorette Getaway
We had a great time at this property! It was clean and slept all six of us girls for the weekend. All the ladies thought it was a very cute house and in such a great location. We were able to walk down the street to get coffee in the morning and just a 20 minute drive to Bend for great shopping! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect house for a family wanting to get away. We really liked the layout. Master was on opposite side of the guest rooms. Kids had their space and we had ours. Location was also excellent. Very close the the Sharc and the the market. Very much would recommend.

Great house and location but LOTS of dog hair
We really loved the house and location being so close to the village, but there was so much white dog hair that just about all of the clothes we brought was covered in hair once we left. We expected a pretty deep-cleaning beforehand due to COVID-19, but was surprised to see so much visible dog hair everywhere.
