In dem gemeinsamen Raum gibt es einen halbprivate Schlafboden mit einem Doppelbett, eine Leseecke mit einer Doppelmatratze und einem weiteren in vollen Größe Schlafsofa. Der gemeinsame Raum verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen TV und ein Badezimmer.
Das Haus verfügt über eine große 600 sq ft Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf dem Ozean, Stühlen, Liegen und Grill. Sie werden nichts wie es in der Gegend - speisen, hören die Wellen in der Rolle, oder eine erstaunliche West Coast Sonnenuntergang von Ihrem eigenen privaten Raum sehen.

We had 3 adults and 3 kids and this was a great location for beach accessibility, good local restaurants and central location to downtown.
Communication with Pedro was good when we had questions. Hope they do a thorough review of electronics, shampoo, etc as summer some to an end!

A very cool house... feels a bit like an adult treehouse... lots of stairs/ladders. Not appropriate for small children, elderly, or otherwise impaired. We grilled on the rooftop, which has a view of the ocean in the distance. Easy walk to casual restaurants & bars (mostly dive bars...it's Ocean Beach after all!). Parking is a bit challenging if you have more than 2 vehicles... 2 spots for the unit (head to toe) and parking on the street is hit or miss depending on the time of day. A very quick drive (5 min.) to Pacific Beach if you want to walk or bike the boardwalk.

Very good location but it stops there. The pictures are very deceiving and I venture to guess several years old. The place is worn out and needs a big upgrade. Do not bring toddlers or infants. There is no way to block off the stars and let them roam around without fear of them falling down the stars. And there are a lot of very steep stars. Our 10-month-old was in our arms more than she was able to crawl around the floor. In reality, there is really only one bed. The 2 sofa beds are cheap, lumpy and you can feel the springs. The one in the living room is resting on one of the lets and it falls off when you move the sofe. The first loft bed is just a hunk of foam. There is only a place for 2 people to sit in the living room and that's the lumpy, springy sofa. The only staples in the kitchen are salt, olive oil, SW chipotle seasoning, whole bay leaves & bbq rub. No food storage items, no foil, no cling film, no baggies. If you are planning to stay more than a couple of nights, be prepared for a big grocery bill stocking up on staples/basics. The washing machine is moldy. There is a sign on it that says to leave the door open to avoid mold. Even the cleaning staff didn't pay attention to that because the door was closed when we checked in. The bathroom vanities and faucets are falling apart. With some attention to detail, basic maintenance, and new furniture (especially real beds), it could be a great place for families with older kids.

The parking inside the gate is very tight, but there is parking on the road.
Kitchen is well equipped.
The bathrooms are small and could have been cleaner.
Lots of extra towels, not enough clean comforters.
Overall the experience is just fine.

We really loved this place. It was perfect for us and in an amazing location. Very close to the beach and all the fun things to do in mission bay. Only a 15 minute Uber to downtown! Highly recommend

Does not look as good as pictures show. Furniture and fixtures worn down. Neighborhood very noisy and congested and not quite what I think of when I think of beach town. We did not spend much time at the house or Ocean Beach. Living room does not have enough seating for family and the current couch is so uncomfortable - springs are very prominent. The rooftop terrace was very nice. Beds were comfortable - everyone had their own space. As the week went on, the place grew on me but it still was somewhat disappointing after reading all of the stellar reviews.

This was a great stay for a weekend in San Diego. It's very conveniently located for both beach access and local restaurants, and the house itself was cute and clean. There was one less bed than we originally anticipated, but that may have just been a misinterpretation of the amenities on our end. Would definitely stay here again!

This property looked super cool online, we especially like the roof top which unfortunately didn't get utilized on our trip because of weather. It was definitely cool getting to see how a container home was really configured though. Although the property was cool, I do think it would be more for a younger crowd since you do have to use ladders to access the loft rooms but even then that is still a little inconvenient no matter age as far as trying to get suitcases up and down since there is not too many options for storage otherwise. Bathrooms are VERY tiny and hard to maneuver in. All in all it was a very cool space and SUPER conveniently located, amazing location! But for a family of 6 (2adults, 1 child, 3 teenagers) it wasn't ideal for space and we personally wouldn't be interested in something like this in the future. We were supposed to have 2-3 more people join and im actually glad they didn't because of spacing and no other great option for another older person to sleep.

Perfect Beach Rental!!
Stayed here with a big group of friends for a weekend at the beach and had the best time! It’s located by anything you need- food, beaches, convenience stores, etc. such a cute spot, a little small but perfect for a beach stay! The roof is also an amazing perk to relax and see the beach from there. Over all an amazing stay!

Photos looked great, property was fine
We stayed in the middle townhouse and were a bit surprised by the parking situation, cleanliness, and verticalness of the property when we arrived. To start, the tandem parking requires coordinating with other tenants -- when we arrived, there was a large van occupying the entire driveway and we were unsure whose vehicle it was. We searched for street parking, which was limited. Upon entering the home, we noticed it was much more vertical than anticipated. The common space sleeping loft has a 12 foot ladder and is not for the feint of heart. We were a group of adults and struggled with the ladder there and ladders on the ground floor for the twin loft beds. On cleanliness, most of the spaces were very clean with the exception of one bathroom, which was sandy when we arrived and had streaks on the toilet seat. We were disappointed by both the outdoor shower at the townhome, as it was in full view of the adjacent townhome, and by the rooftop, which once again required use of a steep ladder through a hatch that felt like a trap door. Overall we had a pleasant stay, we wish we'd fully appreciated the verticality before booking.

Great location, beautiful views
Crammed some friends in here for an annual trip, quarters were tight, but we all had space. The deck was gorgeous and great walkability to OB bars/restaurants, but far enough away so you're not getting the noise. Would totally rent again.

Wonderful house right in the heart of OB. Clean, spacious and plenty of space for all ages.
Perfectly located in the heart of OB. Clean, spacious and easy to walk to down town or the beach. Off street parking let’s you removes the worry or need for driving. Everything was easily accessible from early morning coffee and açaí bowls to dinner and drinks in the evening. Pedro is an incredibly gracious host and I highly recommend staying at his perfect house.

Amazing location and communication!
The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive! We were able to check in early, had quick text message responses with any questions or concerns, and plenty of space for the 9 of us! The location was perfect. Walking distance to the bars and breweries and super easy access for the freeway which isn’t the case for most OB properties. Absolutely would recommend and stay again! Thanks!

simply amazing
everything went better than i planned. we didn’t come very prepared since my group and i were all rushed from working late but we were given everything we needed. everyone loved that it was super cozy and different from other air bnbs we’ve stayed at, they were so glad no one had to share beds since there were more than enough! overall, great experience.

Ideally located spot close to everything in San Diego
Our family, consisting of adults and two teenagers, loved the open floor plan where we enjoyed breakfast together in the kitchen every morning and has ample space to move around. The location was fantastic and close to everything we enjoy in San Diego. We will definitely stay here again. Ownership was easy to work with and accommodated all of our needs. The washer/dryer were a plus and adjacent to the master bedroom. For privacy purposes, you could have two family’s stay here as there are multiple levels. Our teenagers enjoyed the loft-style architecture giving them their own privacy as well. So many cool shops and restaurants are within walking distance as well as scooters which were used and we all felt safe moving around the streets.

This home was perfect for our group of 9. Everything was clean and organized, lots of beds so everyone slept comfortably.
The tv also has just about every streaming service available which was really cool.
We most definitely loved our stay and would rent again and again when staying in ocean beach. Thank you!

Must Stay!!
For a bigger group this house was perfect! Me and all of my friends fit comfortably and loved how gorgeous the house was. We also could not get enough of the rooftop, you can’t beat a great view of the ocean. We were walking distance to downtown OB, a 5 minute walk to the ocean, and next to a bunch of great little shops and restaurants that we could walk to as well. It was super easy to communicate with our host, we could not locate a broom in the house so we sent a message and within 15 minutes we had a broom at the doorstep. Great place to stay!! We loved it

This was a great find!! The location was perfect and all my friends commented on how cool the overall decor and layout were. The terrace was great for catching sunsets and star gazing.There might be a bit more ladders than expected but that actually gives it an amusing touch, as if you were on an adventure.

Beach Trip
This is a really great property. The owner is super. Communication was awesome. The unit was really clean. It sits just a block or so from the beach. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space. It is really cute and clean and will not disappoint! I will absolutely be recommending this property to my family and friends.
