Three adult couples celebrating a milestone birthday. The 3 bedrooms with own bath was the perfect set-up for us. Peggy and Chuck were great hosts, even bringing a dessert for us to share. The home was spotless and everything we needed for an amazing stay!

Not only was this house amazingly beautiful and clean, but you could tell there is pride of ownership. It was stocked with everything you could think of - toiletries, incidentals, food accoutrements, etc. We've stayed in a LOT of Vrbos in Paso Robles, but this was by far the best! I loved that the owners met us upon check in to fill us in on what was there and how things worked. They were very thoughtful and gracious. We will be back!

This house is perfect for three couples. We liked the place so much that we stayed for a second trip to Paso. The place is roomy, clean, comfortable, and we felt very much at home. The place is walkable to downtown, if necessary.

Truly superior place to stay. Clean, Organized, Great Floorplan, Quiet Neigborhood. Peg & Chuck thought of everything you could need. The home is organized, which is so relaxing while on vacation. Many special touches like a birthday cake for my birthday to Half & Half in the refrigerator. The family neighborhood is peaceful and has sidewalks for your morning stroll. We will be back for sure!!

We rented this residence to celebrate a birthday with family. The house is located in a upscale neighborhood on a quiet, dead end court, 1 mile from downtown Paso Robles. The owners ( Chuck & Peg) met us at the residence at check in, showing us where everything was and how things operated. There is also a binder at the house they have put together, with house instructions, points of interest, winery brochures and the locations of all local grocery and retail stores. Nice touch and very helpful. A plate of delicious Cannoli’s were provided for us in the refrigerator. The kitchen is beautiful, well stocked with everything needed to prepare, cook and even deal with any leftovers. Just bring your wine as plenty of wine glasses, wine openers and a decanter are provided. All three bedrooms are spacious, even though having King beds. The mattresses are very comfortable and there are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms. The backyard has a large metal table with very comfortable chairs, perfect for outdoor dining or evening games. A beautiful home with everything you’ll need for your stay.

Chuck and Peggy met us when we arrived, such nice people. They showed us the house, explained how everything works and provided information/events going on in the town. Their phone number was provided and told us to call with any questions/issues we may have, there weren’t any. The house was very clean with beautiful views. We will definitely stay here again. Perfect!

This was a perfect house for three couples. Very clean, modern, well stocked and nice neighborhood. Margaret and Charles met us at house and walked us through everything! They even left us a plum cobbler! Can’t say enough good things about their property!

This wonderful home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood worked perfectly for our stay in Paso! It was immaculately clean, plenty of space and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the excellent quality mattresses, and even inquired with the owners for the brand so we could purchase for our own home! The owners generously allowed an early check in and provided a personal touch by meeting us at the house to be sure we could find things and to answer any questions. They thoughtfully surprised us with a beautiful cake after learning we were celebrating a birthday and our 40th anniversary! The kitchen had everything you could need to cook and entertain, including consumable items like napkins, zip lock bags, etc. Baths were stocked with plenty of great towels and supplies including extra toothbrushes, razors, shampoo, etc., in case you forgot anything. There was even a mint on each nightstand! These owners really care that your stay is amazing and worry free! Communication was quick and courteous. Check out instructions were easy and stress free. All combined to help make a wonderful trip! We would definitely book here again and highly recommend!

This was our 3rd stay at Chuck and Peggy’s house and our stay is always delightful. The house is beautiful and kept well clean. The beds are large and comfortable. The kitchen has all the supplies needs for dinner in or out on the patio. The back yards beauty is perfect for morning coffee and to watch birds. We enjoyed baby doves over the weekend. Parking in the garage was delightful in the heat. The home is very welcoming and relaxing. It truly is a 5 star visit. See you again in the Fall!

This was by far and away the cleanest, most well appointed vacation rental we have had the pleasure to rent. The owners greeted us and showed us around. They provided us with a delicious charcuterie tray to snack on upon our arrival. The accommodations are wonderful. Absolutely terrific for three couples. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our time in Paso Robles. We'll definitely be back!

This home is stunning! Everything is perfect and beautiful. The layout of the house provides a central area (kitchen, dinning room living room) for gathering and then privacy with the rooms being on the outskirts of the central area. The Master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and bathroom with oversized bathtub (with a picturesque view of a little garden). We really enjoyed the fireplace and the kitchen. We had 2 couples and we all appreciated the privacy of the bedrooms being on the outskirts of the kitchen/living room. This photos of the home were accurate. It is quite a luxurious home (high ceilings, crown molding, central heating, large open design, exceptionally clean, everything brand new) . We were able to walk to downtown (about 1 mile) and uber back (the walk to downtown is mostly down hill). The hosts were very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond with offering suggestions and assistance. They have a beautiful home and take pride in hosting. They were very accesible and responsive in communications. This was one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed. We want to return as soon as possible - specifically to this property.

Three couples stayed here during our wine tasting vacation. The house suited us perfectly. Plenty of room indoors and out (lovely back patio). The neighborhood was great for a refreshing morning walk before hitting the wineries. It is also very close to the downtown restaurants.

Our stay was perfect. The home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Paso and 15 minutes away from many wineries . We were in town for the Mid State Fair and the home was just 5 minutes from there as well. The owners personally walked us through the home and showed us where we could find everything we needed for our stay. They were generous enough to put together a binder of great places to visits along with coupons. The cutest part was they made us chocolate covered strawberries as a welcoming gift (so thoughtful). They communicated promptly and the home was beautiful. I plan on returning and I highly recommend this home if you are planning on visit the area. Brandy

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. The house was spacious, well appointed and very clean. We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown. The hosts thought of everything in outfitting the house, were incredibly responsive and helped with suggestions for restaurants/outings. They even surprised us with a cake for our 30th anniversary. We will definitely return!

We could not have been happier with our choice to rent this home. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Spacious, exceptionally clean, great location! All bedrooms have king beds which is awesome for a adult couples trip! We would definitely rent this home again in the future!!

This is the third time in about a year that we have stayed at this property. That should say it all!!! It is a beautiful, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, and stocked with everything you could possible need. The location is great and the owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. I'm sure there will be a fourth stay in the near future.

Peg and Chuck are excellent hosts, and their property is terrific! The property is immaculate, and fully stocked. It has everything you could possibly need. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and quite private. They showed us around upon our arrival, and Peg even baked and decorated a birthday cake for my friend! We highly recommend staying there!

With 3 couples it was so nice to have your own bathrooms for each room, beds were great, nice towels, every kind of coffee maker even a French press! It was so wonderful and cozy

Past reviews are totally on target. House and amenities are exactly as described and house was in perfect order when we arrived. Owners met us to go through everything and the house provided plenty of room for the 4 of us. Fully equipped kitchen, etc., and there was nothing lacking. Hate to write this review since this will be our go to next time we are in Paso. Just a great experince and wonderful owners.

If there's a VRBO award for best-equipped property, this house should definitely receive it! Everything you could possibly need in a comfortable and spacious home with three King bedrooms & three baths - perfect for our group of three couples on a Central Coast wine-tasting trip.

This was a trip for 6 adults, all older. We rented this as each bedroom had a bath, so no sharing! The common space was great and the fireplace set a theme. The kitchen had more supplies than we usually get at rentals, so that was nice. Also, came with two types of coffee machine, drip and Keurig.
