Lovely property stocked as good as if it were home. Excellent location close to all amenities and close to several ski resorts. I would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhouse so much last year, that we booked it again this past February. We skied at 4 Summit County resorts and this townhouse is centrally located with easy I70 access. It’s also close to restaurants, the grocery store, and Christy Sports. The townhouse is very comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the attached, heated garage on cold mornings. Definitely will stay here again!

My son and I traveled to the townhome for a long ski weekend. Karen's property was perfect for our trip. The townhome itself was very clean and had plenty of room. The garage was a nice amenity as it snowed a few times during our stay. The location was ideal for us to have access several close resort skiing options.
Karen was very helpful and a super communicator both before and during our stay. Overall this property was a great experience and we home to return again soon!

This is our third year coming up to ski at Keystone. Every year we've stayed in this property or one owned by the same host. I can't imagine staying anyplace else in Keystone at this point. Simply wonderful!!!

Property was as described. Comfortable and extremely clean and well maintained. Beds were nice, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Glad to have a humidifier available because the air in Winter is quite dry in Denver. Wonderful to have attached garage to park, especially with skis and gear. Heater in basement to dry boots was key! Only feedback was that there was no dishwasher soap or dish soap and tv remote batteries were dead. But we managed on those small issues.

Karen was an amazing host. - very responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo was perfect for us! There are some spices which made cooking easy. The kitchen was well equipped with very nice pots/pans and plenty of dishes. I would recommend the condo!

Great townhouse for our family. Centralized location for the Summit County ski resorts. Close to I-70, restaurants, grocery store, and Cristy Sports. Main level has 2 comfy couches and a recliner to enjoy after a long day skiing. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, pots, utensils, etc. Two nice bedrooms with plenty of closet space, extra pillows, and blankets. Garage was great, no scraping icy car windshield on zero degree mornings. Quiet and well kept neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again!

The townhouse has the perfect location for all activities in the Breckenridge/Keystone area and beyond! Very clean, plenty of space, and excellent communication with the owner. Our midsize SUV fit in the garage with room to spare, and it was nice to not scrape ice off the windshield every morning. We will definitely stay here the next time we return to the area.

Karen’s property was great. Loved the semi heated garage with plenty of space for our full sized SUV! Dillon has an REI which made ski rental very convenient & saved 50% off mountain rentals. Karen’s place is very close by and convenient to all slopes within 15 minutes or so. Place was spacious, clean, 3 showers, and more! Would stay again.

The Perfect Ski House
The townhouse itself was perfectly located, and even more spacious than the pictures showed. It was nicely appointed with plenty of pots, pans, and spices in the kitchen, shampoo, and soaps in the bathrooms, and tons of extra bedding and towels if we needed it. I was staying in Dillon for a long ski weekend at Copper, and it was an easy drive to the mountain. This was the ideal location--close to Christy's, the grocery store, as well as restaurants. Karen was the best hostess I've had when renting a home. She was incredibly responsive and thorough, and genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I can't thank her enough for having us, and hope to return one day!

A gem of a unit
This condo unit was a wonderful place to stay for an entire week. Perfectly located with all the amenities we appreciate when away from home. Super easy check in and check out process and we loved each bedroom having its own bath and all appreciated the size of the master bedroom and bath. Beautiful views too! Would definitely stay here again!
