We loved the location. The house had everything we needed. Everything was thoughtfully labeled so we knew where everything went. The house was very clean and we loved all the amenities. This house has everything you need! Games, AC, Sharc passes, bikes, ping pong, air hockey, jacuzzi, kitchen appliances, and comfy beds. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids.
The only possible feedback would be that the air conditioning had a hard time reaching upstairs, so it got pretty hot up there, but it was manageable. If we go back to SunRiver we would rent this house again for sure. Thanks for the awesome stay!

We've stayed in sunriver quite a lot & this house has been one of the best. It was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to feel right at home. We stayed for one week and enjoyed the Sharc passes and hot tub. My kids enjoyed riding their bikes around the loop out front. Very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to village. We would definetly stay here again.

This is our second visit to this property and we absolutely love it. The property is well-cared for, clean and has all of the amenities you need. The location is the best! The home is in walking distance to everything we needed during the stay.

This home was perfect for my family (including our 4-legged family). A very quick walk to the Village and SHARC and, of course, located near all of the bike trails. The house itself was very roomy, the beds very comfortable, and plenty of space for a family or 2. The home owners have thought of and provide for everything that a vacationing family would need, including bikes, Air Hockey table, Ping Pong table, and a hot tub. We hope to stay again.

It was a welcome respite from working outdoors all day and our team enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness. It was a perfect home away from home.
Side note, one of our tech's enjoyed his stay so much that he is now exploring a family vacation in Sunriver based on his stay at your home.

When we booked this property for our first ever trip to Sunriver we were primarily excited that they allowed dogs and had enough space for our four young kids, but our expectations were set high by the nearly perfect 4.9 star rating. It turns out 4.9 stars is actually too low of a ranking for this absolutely stellar cabin! The space is cozy and expansive at the same time, with plenty of room for the party to spread out and a properly set-up central room for everyone to come together. Throughout our 5 day stay we took advantage of numerous accomodations (the game room in the garage, the generous allotment of bikes, the pool passes, the impressive amount of board games, and the hot tub just to name a few) and never got tired of coming back to the cabin after our day's adventures. Honestly the hardest part of our trip was managing our kids' emotions when it was time to say goodbye and go back home; they all would have happily stayed indefinitely! I had need to reach out to the host on two occasions with questions during our stay and received prompt and helpful responses within 15 minutes each time which only amplified our feeling of comfort and security. Even though the space is richly furnished, it is also not so lavish that we couldn't relax and feel comfortable letting our kids be kids. Also it must be said that we found the location of the property rather ideal, about as close to the village as you can get but tucked away in a culdesac providing adequate solitude. 5 stars!

My wife and I stayed 4 days in this wonderful house. We were joined by our oldest son, daughter-in law and granddaughter. We all agreed that this was one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in. First, the location is fantastic. It is within easy walking distance to the Village. It is also close to the main road up to Mt Bachelor. Second, all of the furnishings are extremely comfortable including the beds and the kitchen possesses everything you would ever need including an abundance of cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, cups, and silverware. Finally, the owner was easy to work with,very gracious and responsive. We all enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely look to stay here again when we next visit Sunriver.

Being able to walk to SUNRIVER Village was the highlight of our stay. Great places to eat and shop at the village, When the weather was warm, we enjoyed the deck and hot tub.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. It’s within easy walking distance of the village and it’s nicely updated. The only reason I gave it four out of five stars for cleanliness is that the upstairs rugs need to be shampooed. Otherwise it is a great spot. Highly recommend.

The owners of this cabin obviously take great pride in their property. It is very nicely updated, organized, well equipped, and immaculate. And the location is great, just a short walk to the village. We’ve stayed in many cabins here and this was a really nice surprise. Great effort in the details. We will be back! Thank you!

This home proved to be perfect for 2 couples to enjoy a long weekend of snow activities. The home was exactly as pictured was clean & generously stocked with all that we could need. It was only a short walk to the shops & restaurants in the Village (a big plus). We had a question for the host & he responded immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot to base our President’s Day Weekend Ski Trip. Only 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor & we all looked forward to the hot tub after a day of skiing. We’ll be back!!

The most important comment is that this house is much nicer than the impression one gets from the online description and pictures. The owners put a lot of attention to details into every room. The kitchen has every high quality device any cook could want. If some cooking item was forgotten, the house probably has it for you. If you know anything about wood, you'll find the wood kitchen cabinets are beautiful. The rest of the house has everything you could ever need: large dining room table, comfy couches with large screen TV and all the amenities, gas fireplace, outdoor hot tub with lights, 2 bedrooms with comfortable king size beds, 4 bunk beds, one large bathroom very nicely done with large walk in shower, and one smaller bathroom also with a shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. When we called the manager when we had a question, he answered immediately. The house is very quiet. We were concerned it might not be due to the location of the train, but it is very quiet. Don't worry about any train noise. The house is also very close to the Village of Sunriver so you can just walk to all of the stores and restaurants. By driving, it's also just minutes away from Mt. Bachelor. We had everything we could have wanted in this house during our 4 day stay.

We loved our stay - our 2nd time at this house. It’s very close to the Village which is great for older children to just walk over and back on their own to enjoy ice skating, Goody’s ice cream, etc. Appreciate the fenced in yard for our dog so we don’t have to worry about him escaping. Great communication from property owner and just a really enjoyable long weekend. Thank you!

We love this house, and plan our visits to Sunriver around its availability. It’s perfect for two couples as it has two master bedrooms (one upstairs), and is dog friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the home is extremely comfortable (including the beds!) Location is fantastic, just a block from the town. We needed to reschedule our family trip due to covid, and our host was extremely accommodating. We really appreciate it, and will come again!

This is a beautiful home in a lovely location. Everything about it says "relaxation". It is furnished with anything one could possibly need--and everything is neatly labelled, so it's easy to find what you need. The kitchen is supplied with every tool one would require to prepare a gourmet meal--though I took a vacation from cooking while there.

Stayed an extended weekend for our honeymoon; hadn't been to Sunriver in a few years. We usually stay through Sunriver directly but the selection was limited if you needed to bring your dog. We didn't have a sitter this time so we needed to take our dog; We found this lovely place on VRBO; its dog friendly with a nice fenced yard. The pros for me were the quiet street and the location could not be beat. I liked how close it was to everything instead of being so far in Sunriver that you have to drive forever to get to the lodge or store. The place needs some updating but with that said; it has all you need for comforts and the host was solid with communciation; would recommend.

Perfect location to walk to the village or bike. Never were able to use Sharc passes since it opened at 0630 & closed at 1800….due to staffing issue in the middle of summer. Close to river rafting and tubing in Bend. Chippy the chipmunk likes to sit on the front porch rock and stare through the window! Very comfortable home to stay at!!! Thanx A Bunch!

We loved the well-stocked and equipped house, the spa, the bikes, the SHARC passes, the ping-pong table, the AC, the close proximity to the Village and bike path, and the owner's quick responsiveness. 2 king bed suites and a loft with bunkbeds should work for most families. Highly recommend.

This home is amazing! Great location, very roomy, great layout, and the beds are very comfortable. Upstairs are bunk beds and a separate room with a bathroom, perfect for the kids. Kitchen is updated. Great backyard with walking distance to the village, less than 5 min walk. Would definitely return, what a great property! Thank you.
