Das Ocean Boulevard Condominium befindet sich in der Innenstadt von Isle of Palms, nur wenige Gehminuten von Geschäften, Restaurants und Pubs entfernt. Die Wohnung wurde professionell eingerichtet und ist geräumig - 1600 Quadratmeter! (Im Vergleich zu 1100-1300 für die meisten zwei Schlafzimmer.) Das Gebäude verfügt über 24 Einheiten und einen Aufzug.

Our family has stayed in may condos over the last 20 years and this was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed in. They had every kitchen tool one can imagine and beach/pool toys as well. We very much enjoyed not having to pack as many items for our stay.

This property was so perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean. The view from the condo is beautiful and the location is great. We were there for Spring Break and will definitely stay there again.

The location & view at this property are superb. The host thought of everything & added nice touches to make the stay more enjoyable (ie; hot chocolate, cookies, post card additional toiletries etc.) The only downfall was the elevator was not working. (Although we were warned ahead of time.)

The owner left a very thoughtful gift basket and contact information which was greatly appreciated. The condo is in a great location with a million dollar view of the ocean and an awesome balcony. The condo is very spacious. The condo can accommodate six people but the dining table only seats four with two people having to sit at the kitchen island. Mattresses were comfortable but the condo in general needs updating. The refrigerator does not have filtered water or ice cubes, the grout in the tile throughout the condo needs to be professionally cleaned, the shower caddy in the master bath is rusted. The ceiling is peeling around every vent, not sure if it is water damage. The headboard does not fit the master bed and knocks up against the wall every time you move. There is tape on one of the bathroom cabinets in the master bath. Minor repairs that will make this property shine brighter.

Perfect- Perfect- Hubby and I we’re looking for a place to unwind, relax, but enjoy the beauty of the beach. We came down spent a few days just the two of us then couple friends joined us the weekend.
Absolutely beautiful view from kitchen, living area and master bedroom. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on balcony looking over pool and ocean. All beds were very comfy, condo was stocked very well especially for a family with games, puzzles, movies and even down to dishes. I have to say this condo was the absolute best experience as far as location cleanliness and equipped for the stay. Most definitely would visit again.
Several restaurants, little shops within walking distance.
We were definitely able to accomplish the purpose of our trip and that was to relax escape the corporate world for a few days and then celebrate with the newlyweds.

From day one...everything was perfect for us. The owners asked the ages of children and provided a pack-and-play, highchair and TOYS of childrens toys. Additionally, there was a closet full of useful beach items! The owners provided soaps and left coffee, filters and a few snacks to get us started. The mattresses are new and very comfortable.
Owners family remained responsive to help with restaurants and other vacation suggestions.
Cannot do any better for location and view!!
Don't think twice....just book this place. Entire experience was way ABOVE the norm.

This is the second time I have stayed at this condo. It is beautiful and centrally located in the center of Isle of Palms. The owners are extremely customer service oriented and communicate well. This condo lacks nothing and is guaranteed to provide a wonderful vacation. Highly recommended.

The property was very well kept with beautiful landscaping and views of the ocean. My favorite thing was the large balcony. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen functioned well. Thank you for providing all of the little extras like soaps and plenty of towels. We had a wonderful week!

We could not get the air conditioner to change temperature. It was so cold at times we had to turn it off for awhile. We were glad that it was too cold rather than too hot. Other than that, the condo was GREAT. Very comfortable and well stocked, can’t think of a thing that was missing. Would definitely stay in that unit again.

This unit was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. From the safe beach access to a beautifully furnished condo, our group of retired ladies had a wonderful time! I would love to rent it again next year. It was the first time for all of us on Isle of Palms and we all highly recommend it as a vacation area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful IOP condo. The location is perfect and centrally located, making shops and restaurants an easy walk from the condo. It's a paradise for people-watchers, as public access and parking is right across the street, making the beach a busy place on the weekend. Luckily there's parking under the building, with elevators and luggage carts making unloading easier. The door code is convenient and prevents the hassle of keeping up with a couple of keys between several people. The condo itself is clean, lovely, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything we needed for cooking in, with high end cookware and plenty of dishes, utensils, and drinkware. It was a little unfortunate to not have an icemaker, but it wasn't the end of the world. The living room was comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. The beds were made up with quality linens and were very comfortable. It was great for each bedroom to have its own bath, and the luggage racks were a nice touch. We really enjoyed the balcony and watching the birds, rabbits, and the occasional dolphins. The gates to the pool and beach boardwalk required a code, which I appreciated for security.
I would definitely stay in this condo again. The communication from the owners was excellent. Any questions I had were answered quickly and nicely, via email, phone and text. We had a wonderful experience as we celebrated our daughter's graduation from College of Charleston and Mother's Day--hoping to make this an annual trip! Thank you for a great vacation!

It was an annual girls beach weekend and our first time at this condo. We were very pleased with the accommodations. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is very convenient. The beach did get extremely crowded on the weekend, but we were fine because we had purchased beach chair set up. We definitely would stay here again!

It was a wonderful week! The condo is spacious, and it was wonderful, having bedrooms for everyone, and each bedroom having its own bath. The beds were all comfortable, and the sofas in the den were as well.
The deck is amazing. Very comfortable furniture with a table and four chairs plus the rocking chairs and cocktail table between.
The kitchen is super stocked. Every pan you could need plus any other kitchen item/utensil you would ever want.
Parking under the condo with the elevator is so convenient. The luggage carts and shopping carts available for loading and unloading (plus grocery trips) makes it so easy!
The only slight negative would be a musty/mildew smell in the closets, and sometimes the bathrooms. But that is totally understandable given the beach location. We left doors open to allow better circulation and were fine with it.
With the luggage carts, great location within VERY close walking distance to several restaurants, incredible ocean view, covered deck with good furniture, as well as the comfortable beds/sofa, it was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in a long time!

It was clean. There were a few dust bunnies indicating that it probably was cleaned well before our arrival but overall it was quite clean. The vents could have used a proper cleaning.
We would go back to this unit on another trip if it were available.

We've stayed at this property twice and been delighted both times! Location is amazing - beachfront, overlooking the pool, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Live music from The Windjammer can be enjoyed from the balcony, but the condo is very quiet and we didn't hear any outside noise inside it. The condo itself is comfortably and attractively furnished, each bedroom has it's own bath, and the kitchen is truly fully stocked with a great selection of dishes, glasses, pots/pans, storage containers, and utensils for cooking/eating. The elevator and luggage trolleys made getting all our gear up and down really easy. Excellent place to spend a great week!

The view from the condo is amazing. Easy walk to beach and to restaurants. Condo was clean but looking worn out…stains on sofas, ceilings. Loved the Isle of Palms and Charleston areas.
