Buena ubicación, fácil check in. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Tenía almohadas gruesas y finas, a gusto de todos. Con persianas y cortina gruesa, perfecto para los que no les gusta la luz por la mañana. Tenían disponible sombrilla y esterillas para cada habitacion, un punto a agradecer.

El colchón demasiado blando para mi gusto, y el desayuno solo bollería, demasiado dulce, nada salado. Y se escuchaba mucho cuando lo preparaban, lo que te despertaba.

Posizione in pieno centro con comodo parcheggio pubblico a due passi dalla struttura (si consiglia lo scooter!). La struttura ha tutto il necessario: ottima e abbondante colazione continentale, camera spaziosa, ombrelloni e stuoie a disposizione molto utili. Efficace la comunicazione con Stefano che, insieme ai genitori, si sono rilevati molto disponibili ed accoglienti. Apprezzata la possibilità di effettuare il deposito bagagli.

L’unico modo per stendere gli asciugamani e costumi, oltre che appenderli alla doccia o alla finestra, è un piccolo stendino a muro sopra il wc di cui ci siamo accorti purtroppo solo l’ultimo giorno. Utile anche se piccolino, ad ogni modo più che sufficiente!

We had a fantastic time at Dimora Conte. It’s a small little B&B (only 3 rooms) tucked away in a side alley in the centre of the town, a two minute walk from the port. The room and bathroom are very clean and spacious, the bed is large and comfortable. The owners are lovely and gave us lots of great tips to make the most of our stay.

It can be a bit difficult to find parking nearby as it is so central.

Modern, clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable room. Stefano, the owner has put really thoughtful ideas into the design and layout in the room.

Typical italian breakfast was a bit simple and baked items were not enough for 2 people. It's located in town center, must be convenient for city life lovers. As for us, parking is a bit challenging. we need a 10 min. walk to find a parking space for the night.

The host was nice and gave us some information about the island and organized some numbers for daily cruises. Great location right in the city center. You step outside the front door and are already in the middle of restaurants, bars, shops and my personal favorite, a gelateria :) Eventhough the room is in the town center, you cannot hear disturbing noises from the streets. Parking is possible on the main road or free parking areas within 1-2min walk to the apartment. Breakfast was what I would call typically Italian with sweet pastries (croissants, cookies, krapfen) and a selection of jams and Nutella. Plus, tea or coffee, yoghurt and different juices. The breakfast room and the room itself feel nice and comfortable.

Eventhough the rooms are well isolated against noises from the outside, they are not against noises from inside the building. Our bedroom (room 3) was next to the other room's (room 2) bathroom and we could hear almost everything in there: using and flushing the toilet, showering, talking, electrical toothbrush or shaver, etc To us it felt like sharing the apartment with someone else. Everything else in the apartment was really nice, but we found the noises from the other room to be annoying. I could imagine that room 1, which is on a separate floor, does not have this issue. Probably, being in room 2 is also already better since you might hear your neighbors only when you are already awake, making noises yourself and are not just lying in bed.

breakfast is a nice offer but we feel like it’s unnecessary to have so many miniature plastic packaged goods.

Incredible location and super friendly staff. A proper luxury hideaway in the heart of La Maddalena. Would definitely recommend and stay again
