This property was ideal for our family’s needs. It slept 26 very comfortably. We ranged in age from 8 months to 4 great grandparents. The owner was very prompt in handling any our concerns. The location is convenient to the highway system which made it easy to get anywhere in Las Vegas We were very happy with our stay.

Our group had a great time. The pictures don’t do the bedroom areas justice. The outdoor space is perfect. A few things could use a few updates but didn’t affect our stay at all.

This was a perfect place to be close together, but enough room for privacy. We enjoyed the houses and the amenities they had to offer!

Property manager was courteous and professional, and fixed a minor issue immediately. The property was within a few minutes of the Las Vegas Strip and within driving distance of several parks/sights. The property could use some maintaining - light bulbs out, tv didn't work, pool/spa dirty, kitchen faucet loose, downstairs shower did not get hot, wall outlet in bathroom is behind a mirror, a bedroom didn't have curtains/blinds - and the pillows were thin and there were no extras. There was a game room with games and a small putting green outside that kept the kids entertained. There were extra towels and linen if needed. There was ample room for 15 family members (mostly adults).

Great place with tones of room!

The owner was super nice and easy to get ahold of. As for the property itself, the air filters weren't changed for awhile and you could see all the dirt on the outside of the panels, the door handles to the main house were super hard to use and would get stuck so we couldn't get in, the owner randomly showed up to put a couch inside without letting us know, he also had allowed a car to park on site and leave it there without telling us, and in a couple rooms they didnt have AC so they were very hot and muggy. The pool started to smell funny after a couple days of us being there.

Overall it was a great experience. This house allowed us to enjoy all of what Vegas had to offer plus more. From card games and the game room it made our stay pretty enjoyable. We rented both houses witch less us all have our own space and still be together. I would def book this house again for another trip

This is a huge property. The owner is very kind and easily accessible. He was also very accommodating. We were a party of 14 and everyone had their own rooms. As the other guests have said, the furniture could use updating. But that would be my only recommended improvement. Overall, great jewel.

Our vacation started with reservations supposedly not being found, to house that I reserved for my family unavailable was brought to different location where daily there was a different issue going wrong with home. Home owner needs to take time and update property, not worth what we paid for since our whole party was unable to take showers 5 day, due to leak in garage from hot water heaters. Ac half way working. Shower head in game room out of order day 2 of 6 day stay. Ceiling leaking in garage due to previous flooding of upstairs bathroom. Not worth the price we paid.

Great for any occasion. Needs a little update.

When we arrived at the property there was another group also at the property claiming they had rented the property also and this was after I spoke directly to the owner when booking the property. After getting ahold of the property manager she said they have another property close by and took us there. The house was not rental ready. We did not have WiFi for two days and when we did have WiFi it was spotty at best. The air conditioner went out for 24 hours but they had someone out to fix it within hours. The hot tub was empty we had to fill up the hot tub. We had to buy garbage sacks and no hand soap in the bathrooms because all the cleaning products were locked up in a closet. We did appreciate that we had somewhere else to go and made the best out of our family vacation.

We booked this property for a 5 day family reunion. At the time that we booked the property we did not realize that it is actually two houses, not one. But, that was fine it actually worked out well for us. On the first day we checked in the houses were really hot as no one had turned on the AC prior to us getting there. It was the middle of the day in LV and the houses were not really able to cool down until late in the evening so the first night was not very comfortable. We actually went to a nearby Walmart and had to purchase several fans to make it bearable. A couple of the rooms do not have very good AC so they were warm the whole time. The beds were all comfy and there were no bugs anywhere so that was a plus. The pool table and ping pong table and basketballs were unusable. The propane grill was okay.. it was really dirty so it kept catching fire from all of the grease built up in it. The propane tanks for the grill, fire pit, and heaters were all empty so we had to go get refills. Could not understand why there is only hot water (SUPER hot water!) in the kitchen of the main house. There is plenty of parking, the security gate is a nice feature. The house is very close to the Vegas strip and shopping.

Was a great place to house a lot of people.

Annual golf trip for 20. The 2 houses and cul de sac createsd lots of space inside and out. Hospitality provided by the owner is world class. I highly recommend and will use the property for future events.
