Zweistöckiges Gebäude mit großer Garage für 2 Autos. Vier Schlafzimmer mit dem Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit eigenem Bad und 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit gemeinsamen Vollbad mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Eine große Terrasse im Erdgeschoss mit überdachter Veranda und Grillplatz. Offener Grundriss mit Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer mit großem TV und Kamin im ersten Stock. Waschküche und Gästetoilette befindet sich ebenfalls im ersten Stock. Außendusche auf der Rückseite des Hauses unter dem Deck. Beautiful and well appointed home; everything you need to enjoy your vacation and more...easy stroll to the beach, quiet neighborhood, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to gather! Owner was great communicator and super responsive to questions!

The house is beautiful, clean and walking distance to food./stores. Driveway has a lot of space for parking.The owner was quick to answer any questions I had.

Wish the backyard was not gravel because we all have young children but great for adults. The house was perfect. I would bring gates for young kids because there are stairs and maybe extra paper goods like toilet paper. See you next year!

From the time we enter to the time we left my family felt like this was our home it had all the luxury of your own home but in a shore setting. We are pet owners and travel with our pets which are like my children they opened there home to my family and made us feel welcome. My wife has cancer and John And his wife were so understanding about her needs which made our stay so much better to know that there are people in the world who do care when others are in need. The kindness that the both of them showed to me and my family made it a very special vacation. So if you are looking for a great place to stay this is the place you wil find owners who care about there renters and who will treat you like family. The house was clearly designed to be convenient, easy to keep clean and accommodate a variety of people and activities. The owner was extremely helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and open concept was great for socializing and food prep. The covered deck was the perfect meal spot. The house was perfect for fun family vacation. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful beach home in Ship Bottom
This was our 1st trip to LBI and we had a great week in Ship Bottom. John, our host, was responsive from the 1st time I inquired about renting his newly built home. The house is beautiful and he and his wife were very thoughtful in the amenities and layout of their home. The master bedroom is on the first floor with ample closet space and a beautiful shower in the private bath. There are 3 other large bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom. The kitchen and family room are really large and provided a great space for everyone to spend time together. There is an outdoor shower in the backyard which is nice and private and a convenient clothes line for bathing suits/towels. They provided a beach cart which made it much easier to bring everything to the beach as you have a 2 block walk to get there. They kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, etc and the gas grill on the patio was great. They also had a closet full of games for some family fun. About 1/2 block from the house, you will find The Local Market, which opens daily at 7AM and has the best coffe bar, homemade pastries and other prepared foods. We were there every day! I would definitely return to this home and recommend it for other families looking for a nice trip to LBI!

Beautiful house a short walk from the beach.
We stayed at this house the third week of June, 2018. The house was new construction or recently renovated. Everything was new and clean with all the amenities. The house is a short walk from the beach, a mini-mart, restaurants and miniature golf. We would rent this house again without hesitation.

Great place to stay for all! Close to beach- ample space - a true home away from home! We stayed with our two young children and will definitely try to book again!

Pristine vacation rental just steps to beach!
This was the perfect house for us. It had ample space for our family and plenty more left. It was close to the beach, central to much of what LBI has to offer (which is great with small children). Highly recommend and can't wait to book again.

The house was fantastic. It had an open floor concept and everything was new and beautiful. Rooms were nice and roomy. Great back deck and awesome location. Right next to the Ron Jon store and real close to Wawa
