My friend and I really needed a short getaway and this cabin was the perfect place. 1- the location was gorgeous with beautiful trees and mountain views. 2- the cabin was the most kid-friendly place that either of us had ever stayed at. Every possible game that my kids and friend’s kids could ever want was in the cabin. Costumes, animal toys, drums, board games, foosball table, ping pong, netflix and the list goes on. 3- We made all of our meals ourselves and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/utensils/serving wear/toaster oven etc. I needed a potato masher and a fine mesh sieve and we found both! 4- Andrea is great and easy to get a hold of. Only recommendation we have is to declutter the space by removing some of the figurines and decorative items. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was BEAUTIFUL! This was our first experience on Vrbo and we are blown away by how amazing the host was. Andrea was beyond helpful with anything that we needed before, during, and even after our stay. Luckily, we stayed on a weekend where it snowed and it was our first time experiencing snowfall. The house was very spacious and outside we had the best time walking on the snow and using the sleds. The game room was the best touch! A huge thank you to Andrea for being so helpful when we were afraid of getting stuck in the snow. 10/10 would stay here again!

Andrea's house has everything you could need for a really fun family trip. The home itself has a great layout for families and so many places/spaces for people to be together or scurry off to find their own quiet cozy spot to read. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with extra towels. The loft is adorable and comfortable. We appreciated that Andrea was so communicative and kind throughout our visit. Highly recommend.

Andrea was great with keeping us informed if there was a possibility of snow and what to do in that case. She has ping pong table that was great for us to play with as a family. Bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Had plenty of plates, pots and pans ...very well stocked. Chimney was great and cozy. Thank you for the surprises and treats that were left for us. Very thoughtful.

Andrea made everything so easy and her home is everything she said it was and more. Beautiful.

We had the perfect place for our Christmas getaway. Plenty of privacy with bedrooms on either side of the main room, and the kids sleeping upstairs in the loft. The kids had a blast with tons of activities and hideouts to relax and chill. The garage/game room was a hit, we hooked up the Nintendo switch on the big screen and had a ping pong tournament. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner and the decorations set the festive mood. Everyone said it was the best Christmas ever. Great views from around the house, hiking trails a short way away and a quick drive in to town for shopping and lunch. We will definitely look at staying there again, hopefully with snow next time.

Our family of five loved staying here. My daughters stayed in the upstairs loft that is adorned with a hanging birchbark canoe. So fun! The house was really creatively decorated and full of campy animal surprises. We were impressed just how clean and comfy everything was even with so many old paintings, textiles, and artifacts. Most bnbs ascribe to the “plain, simple, and safe” decorating style that you move into. This house was like staying at a creative favorite aunt and uncles house, you really felt like a guest in another world. We made dinner and baked in the well stocked kitchen and went into town for dining and shopping. Great location! At night we turned off all of the lights and watched the Perseid meteor shower from the deck. Really a beautiful spot. Thank you!

We stayed one night in preparation for our hike up to the top of San Jacinto. The cabin was just what we needed. Clean, spacious, large deck/patio, fun garage game room. Owner is super nice and has tons of recommendations for things to do and places to eat in town. Great stay, thanks again!

If you are thinking about booking this cabin, do it. It is a great option for the family, we had an 8 year old with us that said she was sad to leave, the loft is great for kids and makes them feel extra special. The view is beautiful, the outdoor decks are awesome. The cabin has everything you can think of and need, so pack light. The Indian decorators are so interesting and beautifully done. The host is awesome and so helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The communication with the host, Andrea, was fantastic! So many great suggestions, lots of information about the area, and thorough instructions so that we didn't have any issues. We loved the home and how much there was to do both inside and outside. Would love to stay here again sometime in the future to do more of the activities we didn't get to during our short stay (1 week).

The cabin was very large and beautiful, the outside spaces were relaxing. Beautiful hikes near by. The host was great at communicating, sent us plenty of suggestions based on our interests and left us lots of goodies, she was very attentive. We will definitely be returning here.

The Indian Heaven Treehouse is remarkable! The cabin’s host, Andrea demonstrated strong attention to detail, from the Native American motif right down to the amenities and sundry items. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils to support the preparation of happy hour snacks and three meals a day. There were plenty of games for both adults and children to keep us entertained for days. The cabin accommodated four adults and two toddlers without effort and we were free of any stress to find linen. Also, it was well stocked with blankets and pillows. Andrea was available to answer any questions we had, and any other support items we needed she addressed immediately. She had numerous suggestions for hiking, restaurants, and other entertainment in the area. Andrea truly had every base covered. She even gave us a nice gift to take home with us so we could remember our stay at the cabin. It snowed over three feet during our stay and Andrea keep in touch with us to see if we needed any groceries or other items delivered to the cabin. We though that we had every item covered to take us through our stay, but needing snow chines was not on our list. So Andrea connected us with the cabins caretaker who promptly went into town, picked up the chines and delivered them to the cabin along with firewood! My wife and I have rented numerous cabins and houses and this one is by far superior. Andrea thank you so much for being a great host!!

The house is wonderful and gorgeous. The surrounding views were breath taking. Andrea was very informative on what to expect driving to the house as well as what to expect at the house and it all exceeded our expectations. The kids loved sleeping and playing in the loft area. Everything was very clean. Plenty of board games, foosball, and theres table tennis set up in the garage which was great to play on. Close to hiking trails, and town, but far enough that it was peaceful and quiet.

I went with three friends to Andrea’s cabin in Fern Valley. It everything we hoped for and more! We love the location in Fern Valley with majestic views of Humber Park mountains, and fantastic trails for hiking. The cabin is spacious with majestic pine trees all around. The beds are comfortable, and the cabin is well equipped for lots of cooking if you don’t like to go out all the time, which we don’t. We enjoyed the 30 minute walk into town, but recommend a ride back up the mountain! Andrea was available for questions throughout her stay and has a wonderful keeper of her cabin that is almost like being in a Native American museum! Highly recommend.

This was the most magical Christmas ever!! The house is absolutely gorgeous and so very comfortable. Andrea made sure we had games, Christmas decorations, even gifts! We will definitely be back!

The Indian Heaven Treehouse cabin is a spectacular cabin in Fern Valley, in Idyllwild, CA. The hostess, Andrea, was by far the best hostess I have ever experienced renting a vacation dwelling through any rental company anywhere, and I’ve used many of them. Andrea was extremely responsive, kind-hearted, and very proactive. She has decorated & supplied this cabin with so much TLC & consideration for the small details that make ones’ stay comfortable. This host anticipates the small details & provides them in such a generous & considerate way. The decorations around the house were very interesting & quite beautiful. Andrea has a wonderful collection of Indian artwork & knickknacks. She also provided some thoughtful games & small gifts. It’s a rare thing when a host seems to receive joy in the pleasure her home brings to her guests. This definitely appears to be the case with Andrea. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a fully decked out Christmas tree and lights on the front porch. Beautiful Christmas decorations throughout. We were even greeted with cheerful music coming from a carousel the moment we opened up the front door. What a beautiful touch! The great room has high vaulted ceilings, a very dramatic fireplace mantle, & plenty of seating throughout. The kitchen had lovely new marble & was well supplied with pots pans & eating dishes and utensils. Dishwasher looks brand new. Everything in the kitchen worked well & were clean. Bathrooms were very clean. Could use an add’l hot water heater, however, as only two evening showers can occur at a time. In contrast, the cabin heater worked amazingly well & we were toasty during our entire stay. 😊 The location is prime being very close to both the Ernie Maxwell Scenic hiking trail & the Humber Park Trailhead. The driving to the center of Idyllwild took only about 10 minutes. It it located in a very quiet neighborhood, so peaceful and picturesque. The garage was converted into a game room & we spent many hours playing ping-pong. There was a TV & two nice adult bicycles provided in the game room as well. It is a really fun game room! Be aware of the fact that this cabin has steep stairs leading from the driveway to the front door. So don’t over-pack because Andrea provides everything. We will definitely stay here again & plan to. You will love it! We highly recommend this cabin to anyone!!! 😊😊❤️❤️

Nature surrounds this property. My family and I felt cozy and adventurous during our stay. Board games, ping pong table, porch areas, and location was everything we wanted. Our fall visit was extraordinary with the fall colors and the fireplace made it even more amazing. We definitely want to come back in spring or summer to continue making memories.
