Julie was an exceptional host and made our stay perfect. The apartment was spotless and modern inside with all the amenities needed to cook in a full kitchen. Very thoughtful for eggs, milk, bread and treats/snacks awaiting out arrival. Very dog friendly and only 1 minute walk to a stunning spectacular 7 mile long sandy beach- amazing for dog runs-and at one end is a cafe and Brean Down National Trust for further hiking and spectacular views. Local Chinese take-away and grocery store only a 2 min walk away. Down the road in Burnham, some nice cafes including DusiCakes for the best desserts. We used a day away to visit Somerset with a circular route through Glastonbury, Wells (Cathedral and Bishop's Palace) and Fleet Air Museum and another up the coast to Weston Super Mare and Brunello Lounge for tapas with the dogs eating under the table. We would return anytime to such comfortable surroundings with kind hosts and amazing value for money.

Nothing was too much trouble for Julie the host. She was always happy to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property was suberb and exactly as described. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again as the location was also lovely and quiet with a short walk to the beach

Nothing we didn’t like

Our host was very attentive, making sure to check everyday that everything was in order. The complimentary "welcome treats" which included a bottle of wine were a brilliant idea and the scones, jam and clotted cream on our last evening were another lovely treat.

Had a lovely relaxing 4 nights here. Julie is a very welcoming & thoughtful host. Lovely seaside themed decor, facilities well thought out, not to mention the Welcome Tray. Recommended 😀

Julie was an excellent host, gently checking in via text throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. She also left an incredible basket of snacks! Apartment was mere steps from the beach, which was a total joy.

The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. Very close to the beach - 30 seconds walk to get there. Shower was wonderful. Lovely food selection left for us to enjoy through the stay. Julie (the host) was very welcoming and helpful. If you are staying in Brean, I would recommend staying here. It is near the north end of Brean, slightly away from the busy tourist area, which we liked.

The weather!!! The only minor detail was there was no shave/power socket in the bathroom to charge our electric toothbrush(!) - which was only a minor inconvenience.

The property offered everything you could need plus heartfelt extras. Spotlessly clean with a very chic eye to detail. The apartment gives you the home from home feel as soon as you walk in. The host ( Julie ) was there to meet us with a warm welcome and is on hand at anytime throughout your stay. The location was a stones throw from the beach with a shop a 2 minutes walk away. What more do you need.
