The kitchen and the apartment are very well equipped. You watch the sunrise from bed in the morning. Transportation is easy, there is a tram directly to the airport and the city, there is also a bus, and a supermarket nearby. Large wardrobe. Bathroom functions well, although old.

Long hairs everywhere in the bedding, inadequate cleanliness. Bad, polluted air, because the 6-lane road is very busy, smelly and very noisy even with the windows closed. No comfortable furniture, just a bed. The TV is unusable, the cable connection is not good, it cannot be repaired, it is not a smart TV, it is old like everything else. The water is dangerously hot, I don't know why such scalding hot water is needed. You have to go elsewhere, into the city, to get the key. The whole wall is ugly. The air conditioner looks like we didn't even dare to turn it on, it's ancient. It would be time to modernize and improve a few things. The awning on the balcony is ugly, dirty, half functioning. There is no regular pillow, only very thick, hard, or with a small falling sponge. I asked for two separate blankets, but one was big and two were ugly plaids with hairs. There is a constant bad smell around the entrance to the apartment.

The appartment was ok. The kitchen and the bathroom could have been better. Nice vue too the beach/sea. A lot of noice from the traffic and the planes. But all in all, an ok place for one or two persons.

The view really does look like the picture! The bed is very comfortable. The studio was equipped with coffee and filters for the coffee maker. I was visiting a friend and the location was very close to her apartment as it is the Lenval L2 tram stop. The building is very well maintained and kept clean by the charming guardian of the building. The agency that manages the studio reached out to share key pickup information and shared a helpful video on accessing the building and the studio.

The studio, while impeccably clean, is quite dated, especially the bathroom. It all works, but don't expect a stylish bathroom! The "cost" of the view is street noise. I kept the sliding doors closed and the AC on when I was in the studio because it was very hot weather. It didn't prevent me from sleeping, but something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper. If not, it's lovely to look out at the sea and people watch!

The location was spectacular. the size of the place was perfect for the two of us.

The bathroom was outdated. But, everything was there and worked very well.

Excellent location, wonderful view on promenade, sea, aircrafts. Nice balcony. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Tram and bus stations next door with very good connection and price. Shop, bakery, restaurants are nearby.

The balcony door does not seal very well - so it is little bit noisy there, especially when it is windy.
