We liked everything at casa laura, there was a slight issue with a blocked pipe and this was resolved very quickly after speaking to Andy and Frank next door, both guys were fantastic. the house was a real home from home we have never been in a rented property with so much bed linen and towels available. You have a choice of sunbathing areas at front and rear terraces with the bonus of roof terrace giving you all day sunshine. a very relaxing holiday in November, we will be back next year. thanks Andy and also Frank

Second time at this villa and yet again 100 percent perfect. Liked everything about it. Communication with owner Andy is great and its just perfect to have everything you need.we will be back.

Only tiny gripe is if your knoking on a bit with a moody teenager it's a bit of a trek to the supermarket and theres a busy road to negotiate. There are two underpasses but with heavy bags its still a bit of a walk.

Well, where do we start! WOW WOW WOW! Excellent place from start to finish, everything you could ever want in a home away from home, this place has everything from a fully functioning kitchen to a spare beach towel! Andy the owner is fantastic, we weren't fortunate enough to meet him but he was only a message away should we have wanted or needed anything! The neighbours are friendly and help if needed. The terrace on the 2nd floor was a sun trap and ideal for peace and quiet from the kids lol. Even to enjoy your bacon and eggs on the lower terrace looking at the sea view is another bonus, we really cant fault this place and 100% we will be back again.

That we had to come home!

Love the location in a quiet area but short walk to beach or town, loved the outside space and roof terrace with superb views. Kitchen is lovely and excellent frost free fridge freezer. All equipment you ask for.

just a tip for future guests. Window shutters rattle if left half up like ours were when we arrived. Just put fully up or down if windy to stop rattle. Shame previous guest had changed tv language to Polish as it made a little harder to use.( not anoying enough to worry me though)

Apartment with a good location (especially for people looking for peace - outside the center of the town). About 500 meters from the ocean. The apartment is well equipped. Large outdoor seating area (terrace and roof terrace). Caleta de Fuste is a good place for people who are focused on exploring the island and travelling around it (central location).

On our arrival we were unable to get into the apartment - it turned out that the owner had mistaken the dates of our stay and the apartment was not at all prepared for our arrival - it was not cleaned, sheets and towels were not changed etc. The host's neighbors tried to save the situation, but it doesn't change the fact that such things shouldn't happen. In turn, on the day of departure, we had to leave the apartment earlier than it was originally agreed with the host and we were also asked to at least partially clean the apartment after ourselves. We also did not like such a change of earlier arrangements.

We did not get password to wi-fi. Although we have sent few mails to owner with kind requests to do it. We were really disappointed.

The apartment was quite modern and in a very good and quiet neighborhood which was great for my family. The apartment is a lot more roomier and newer then the pictures show. The beach and a host of shops were within 5 minutes' walking distance. There's also a bus stop about 10 minutes walk away that can transport you comfortably around the island.

The amount of dog owners who don't clean their dogs' mess from the neighbouring streets!

Everything was great!

The house was very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. There are 2 patios, one on the ground floor and one on the roof, which was a real treat. The beds are great. There’s even a washing machine, with detergent. So it feels very homely.

The house is very nice, comfortable and homely. We had a great stay and I would happily stay there again, if it wasn’t for the location. It’s right on the flight path and next to a busy road. So there is constant noise from planes and cars. Caleta de Fuste is nice and central to the island so it’s good if you want to explore. As it was our first time there, that’s exactly what we did. So we didn’t spend that much time there. But when we did, the noise was a slight spoiler. And if we were to come back, we would probably stay somewhere else. But for a first trip, it was very good.

The accomodation was perfect and the area was handy for the town and the beach. Andy the owner was the perfect host-very helpful and so were the people who look after the property.
