Hotel is cosy , clean, comfortable & peaceful. All staff are friendly and helpful. We love it

Size of the room was quite large but still very comfortable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.

The general staying experience is okay. The bathroom is not very clean, the room is not really spacious. The door closes with very hard noise. The breakfast place is not very cozy to sit down.

Breakfast: 1. Eggs are over-cook, with greens covered all-over those egg yolks, just like contaminated! 2. Double-sided fried eggs are stocked in an appearance resemble those street-vendors doing. 3. Only few selections of western foods. Courtesy attitude; 1. USING INSULTING WORDS BY THEIR STAFF, intentionally or un-intentionally performance?

The room is spacious and it is very quiet and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is close to subway station. It is my second time staying here and I am still very impressed.

The staff can be more helpful if they could provide useful information more proactively. They are polite but not very energetic or welcoming.

The room was big enough for 2 and the beds were very comfortable

No room service and although there is a mall nearby if you check in late and are tired room service would have helped.

There was a problem with my booking when I arrived but the front desk was super helpful. The room was cool and quiet with a calm garden view.

For a HYATT and with so many guests during my stay I was surprised the breakfast buffet lacked in options. I suggest they allow guests to order eggs how they like them done, rather than pick from a pile of cold fried eggs. Also, the coffee machine made terrible tasting coffee. The simple coffee bags in the room were better. Guests would be smart to opt out of the hotel breakfast, save the money and eat elsewhere.

I don't like the deposit system for payment. It seems something like double-charged and the hotel is using your money for weeks without any interest! I think it's not this hotel's issue but Hyatt group itself but should be reconsidered! I can't use debit card because of this double-charge... Very unpleasant!

The staff members were kind and helpful, the room is clean, and the location is fantastic too!

I booked for one night, and checked out the next day before 12:00, but a staff member charged me for two nights. I discussed with the staff member, finally the property returned me the extra charge, but they still charged me a bit more, comparing with the price which is shown on my booking.com app.

Staff at check-in / check-out spoke excellent English and the process was handled quickly and efficiently. Location is OK for shopping / restuarant options.

Very few guests in the hotel, so it was very quite and lacked atmosphere. The lobby bar area was not very inviting and breakfast choice limited, but this could be due to the lack of guests. Location was perfect for our needs, but is not close to main tourist areas of shanghai.
