La proximité de l'aéroport, les avions qui atterrissent font vraiment beaucoup de bruit en survolant très bas l'établissement.

Loved the rooms. The staff were great, friendly and accommodating. The beach was awesome. The food variety was excellent.

The room (239) was great. Absolutely loved the view from the balcony. We woke up at 6 AM and enjoyed the sunrise right from our balcony room. Room was spacious, well-lit and was being maintained and serviced daily by the hotel.
Multiple pools on premise so you can basically relax next to any of them. The close vicinity to the main street (multiple restaurant options) and to the sea.
The hotel is also close to the airport (7-8 mins by taxi). Enjoyed watching flights go past every 10-15 mins. If you close the windows, you wont hear the noise from the flights as much. But it was interesting. We loved it. Many people may not.
The buffet options were decent. The staff was courteous and did their best to help whenever called upon.
Beautiful plants (Bougainvillea) on premise made the place more beautiful.

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are big and beautiful. There are 7 swimming pool, amazing view to the sea. The team in the hotel are very service oriented and friendly, especially Emily in the reception
There are lots of plains flying over the resort and it’s pretty noisy during the day

Lovely resort, friendly staff. Rooms clean and tidy. Fresh towels & room cleaned daily. Pool right outside our room. Beautiful sea view from our balcony
Didn’t put us off but not a fan off the continuous aircraft flying over top of us, got pretty loud at times.

The staff were exceptional - particularly Georgia, Emily and Thanos at reception, but everyone. Breakfasts were superb. Cleanliness was total. Bed and room were very comfortable.
The black sand beach, with pebbles going into the sea, was unappealing, and the many pools in the hotel precincts were all unheated and therefore, while we were there during a cold spell, almost completely unused. A games room would have been a bonus. More signs to the hotel would have been appreciated.

The only negative was that the pools weren’t heated, however, if staying in the hot summer then this would not be an issue 😊

WOW. this hotel was exceptional. beginning with check-in and ending at check out. EVERYTHING was top tier. The staff was super helpful and friendly, anything we needed they delivered. The room was very spacious and beautifully kept, the hotel is VERY clean, cleaning people can be seen cleaning at all hours of the day. the property itself is exquisite, located right on the beach with a PRIVATE BEACH WHICH WAS GORGEOUS. We stayed in mid September and it was fantastic. It is definitely a luxury resort and im so glad I chose them for our first time in Santorini. Going forward this is the only place we will stay! Its a cab or bus ride away from Oia and Fira, which is totally fine as I want to relax in a peaceful environment which this resort provided. All amenities were Luxe. The real selling point of this hotel is the restaurant on the beach, it is SO BEAUTIFUL. eating breakfast everyday facing the ocean was perfect for us. the restaurant staff is so friendly and helpful they are truly happy to serve. I can't say enough about the hotel!!! The breakfast was phenomenal! 5 STAR experience!!!!!! The bougainvillea throughout this hotel was GORGEOUS and made for beautiful photos! Thank you for making our stay wonderful.
