Villa With L Shaped Pool, Beautiful Sea View And The Best Location In Ibiza
Das Hotel liegt einen Kilometer südlich des km4 Markierung auf der Ibiza nach San Jose Straße, ist diese Villa nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, und Ibiza-Stadt und den Stränden von Sa Caleta und Cala Jondal. Playa d'en Bossa ist sogar noch näher und ist nur 5-7 Minuten Fahrt.
Die Villa wurde vor etwa 25 Jahren erbaut und hat eine vollständige Renovierung für 2014. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und es gibt einen starken WLAN-Router im Wohnzimmer.
Außerhalb der vor dem Haus gibt es einen privaten Parkplatz für ca. vier Autos. Es gibt große Tore, die zu einer Einfahrt / Innenhof führen
Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohn- / Essbereich mit Türen zum Pool und Garten und eine semi-separate Küche mit modernen Geräten führt.
Aus der Lounge ist ein Doppelzimmer mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad mit Jacuzzi-Badewanne und ein zweites kleines Doppelzimmer, das dieses Bad teilt. Es gibt auch ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche. Es gibt zwei weitere Doppelzimmer im Erdgeschoss und en-suite Badezimmer mit Dusche mit Zugang von außen.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei weitere Schlafzimmer alle Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Von einem dieser Schlafzimmer gibt es Zugang zu einer Dachterrasse, die zum Hauptschlafzimmer führt, dieses erstaunliche Zimmer muss die Master-Suite sein, da es einen separaten Zugang vom Garten über Treppen zum Schlafzimmer hat, das ein großes Doppelbett hat und schön ist privatem Badezimmer.
Es gibt einen zusätzlichen Anhang / Suite unter dem Pool mit einem Doppelbett, komplett mit kleiner Küche und Bad. Einige der Zimmer können als Zwillinge gemacht werden, wenn auf Wunsch bevorzugt.

This is a fantastic villa. The photos really don't do it justice. All of us who stayed at the property said that we would definitely rent it again
The pool is large and is surrounded by 12 loungers, a large day bed and a hot tub. There are also lots of smaller outdoor seating areas too which includes two dining tables each for 18 people. There is also a great speaker for playing music.
All bedrooms have brilliant AC and are very quiet. We never heard any of the neighbours.
The check-in process was so easy and we had WhatsApp access to the property manager who was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues.
The location of the villa is superb; only 10mins drive from the airport. But it's not under the flight path so you never see or hear the planes.
The kitchen is a little small and could do with adding some more cooking utensils. However, there are three fridge/freezers and two dishwashers which is really convenient.
We had a great time and highly recommend.

I stayed here in June with friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The villa is way better than the photos portray. The Villa manager is one of the most helpful and welcoming I’ve experienced. The location is great for everything we wanted to do and despite being close to the airport it was really quiet. Loved it!

Stayed as a group of 16. Villa was much larger in person than in photos. Plenty of space for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of fridges to store food and drinks. Villa is a bit out of the way from main roads (and supermarkets) but we had pre-organised a chef to come to the villa daily so wasn’t a problem. I would highly recommend organising a chef or do a big food shop upon arrival. Alfredo provided the details for a very reliable driver with 8 seater van and also offered to do the shopping for us!
Standard taxi services were not too bad picking us up from here, average wait time was about 15-30mins.
Alfredo has been amazing to deal with in the lead up and during our stay. He has gone above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need and we’re comfortable. We can’t thank him enough for his attention, accommodation and responsiveness.
We had no issues with security or neighbouring noise and felt very safe the whole time.
We would definitely stay again.

I was fortunate that this villa was available for my daughter’s 21st birthday party. We had 16 girls at the Villa & it easily accommodated all of us. It’s absolutely enormous and the facilities couldn’t be better. The villa’s outdoor entertaining areas and pool are all fabulous. The living room is quite small and not very comfortable but to be honest we rarely spent time there and were always outside. The villa is beautifully presented, but not too precious so I was at ease the whole time. Alfredo was beyond incredible!! If it wasn’t for him our holiday would NOT have been the success it was, especially my daughter’s birthday party. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Alfredo suggested his friend Mike do our catering. What a delight he was to deal with! The house was spotless, and well stocked. The bedrooms were quite unique and different and the girls thought the beds were very comfortable. We had ample towels which can often be a struggle with holiday rentals. Everyone raved about the power of the showers, but most importantly, the air conditioning worked really well, critical for summers in Europe. The only negative really is that it’s not in a particularly pretty part of Ibiza, and you couldn’t walk to shops and get a coffee or go to a cafe. Renting a car would make logistics much easier. It is close to the airport and to the best clubs if that’s your vibe! The girls loved that!

We organised a 30th birthday celebration with 16 guests. The villa was amazing, extremely spacious with amazing aerial views around the property and an unobstructed stunning sunset views. Its also way bigger than the images and videos suggest which was a delightful surprise!
Alfredo was amazing with us and extremely professional, punctual and attentive to our needs. This made our stay as seamless as possible. We made use of the private bus hire service around Ibiza and private chef for dinner. Alfredo provided appropriate contact details to make these arrangements. One thing to note is hiring a car might be useful for getting around but other than that I would recommend this villa highly.

The villa is superb, highly recommend for big groups or multiple families 3-4 with lots of privacy. Alfredo by far the best host!!

Great place for a group
We had such a great time staying at Villa Ahlvar. There is so much space to relax and enjoy, and all the rooms were spacious and clean. Alfredo, the villa manager, was so helpful and welcoming as well. Would highly recommend! Hope we can come back again soon.

Truly memorable
We had a lovely stay here with friends for my wife’s 40th birthday.
Took in all Ibiza had to offer given the restrictions and enjoyed spending at the villa in and out of the pool.
Villa owners were very generous and villa manager Alfredo was on call to help with anything.

We celebrated our wedding over here, with approx. 50 people. It was the most amazing day.
The villa is very nice and tidy. the pool also. Alfredo is very helpfull. The way to get there is a bit bumpy. I would recommend it to everybody.

Awesome Villa for 50th Birthday!
Stayed here in July for my wife’s birthday. The villa is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. Alfredo, the manager, arranged for a chef to cook for the 16 of us one night. Mike (chef) was extremely friendly and accommodating and the food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Ahlvar.

Excellent property, top location
We had a couple amazing days at Villa Ahlvar. Great service and support from time of booking to check-out. Its a really great house, very spacious, great social areas outside around the big pool. Best possible location close to airport and main activities. Would warmly recommend it to any grop or larger family. Kids friendly as well. Hope to come back soon.

Excellent place for groups of friends
We stayed here in June with 6 couples and 2 singles. We all had our own bedrooms spread about the property which gave us our own space. Some had shared bathrooms (jack and Jill) but worked perfectly.
The outdoor space was huge! Outdoor kitchen and dining seating for all of us, both inside and out. Alfredo the villa manager was fab. Nothing was too much trouble, helped with good shopping, organising mini bus, taking us to airport, suggesting chef to come to villa. Nothing was too much trouble!
The villa is remote, we had a minibus taxi so you would need that or car as you can’t walk anywhere. 10 mins from airport but couldn’t hear it see planes from villa. 15 mins from old town.
Clean, tidy and beautiful. Highly recommend.

Incredible villa will definitely be back!
Just came back from an amazing weekend in ibiza staying at Villa Alvhar for a friends hen party. I honestly cannot recommend this villa enough it is absolutelt beautiful in a fantastic location right next to the airport. Alfredo was fantastic, happy to help whenever we needed anything and booked all our taxis which was a huge help. The villa is the perfect place for a big group as there is loads of different places to relax in the day. I would recommend hiring a car if you stay here as there aren't any shops or restaurants within walking distance. We got taxis everywhere which worked well it just took a bit more planning. We would definitely recommend Villa Alvhar and will be back for a group holiday in the future!

Lovely villa and a perfect weekend
The villa is very beautiful with good facilities, and was perfect for our girls weekend away. Close to the airport. Alfredo was extremely helpful with food shopping trips, helping with organising taxis, (especially as we didn’t have a car) & airport pick ups. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa!

Amazing villa
What an fabulous time we have had at Villa Ahlvar. The villa is amazing, it couldn’t be more perfect. The outside areas are stunning, we were overwhelmed by the size.
Alfredo, the villa manager, helped to make our holiday so perfect, he was so helpful and arranged all of our transport and collected anything we needed from the shop. The weather was also perfect, not a cloud in sky.

Amazing villa in an amazing setting
Villa Alhvar was a perfect get away to recover from everything Ibiza had to throw at us during the night!
The villa is huge, with beautiful surrounding areas... that, even in a group of 18, we could all find our place to relax in peace and quiet if needs be! The pool is also huge, bigger than what I'd thought, and with lilo's included, we found most would float away their hangovers in just a couple of hours.
Each bedroom is generous in its proportions, air-con in all (still missing it!), with most bedrooms having direct access outside, meaning their is a key for each room. Allowing most of the group to arrive back at the villa when they wanted too. This is an advantage we thought you'd only get with a hotel!
The kitchen was more than adequate for us, especially when you consider you have another just outside. It was great to find extra fridges located around the villa (outside) so we could stock up on the essentials (drinks!) - certainly an added bonus!
As for the hosts, Frida (Owner) & Alfredo (Manager), they literally couldn't do enough for us... If you're not impressed enough with what the villa has to offer, then book it because of the effort they put in! Frida went above and beyond through to our arrival, and Alfredo, organised all of our travels (18 people) around the island in advance so we had nothing to worry about - he was always a message away if we needed anything!
All of us already want to come back, not just because it's Ibiza (who doesn't)... but we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on the island now - it's perfect!!!

Brilliant villa highly recommend
A group of 14 of us stayed here for the my wife’s 30th birthday, we all had a brilliant time. Quite location but a short distance in a taxi to Ibiza town and San Antonio.
Apart from the villa been amazing, fridha was very helpful when booking it.
Alfredo the villa manager was fantastic met us on our arrival and sorted everything and any thing we wanted, shopped for us and organised taxis and mini buses made the stay so easy. He’s always just at the end of the phone if needed, really happy chap and made our stay even better 👌🏻👍🏻.

Beautiful Villa but lots of faults- Not worth the money
I booked this villa for a group of 16 people. When we arrived we were blown away, the villa is stunning and has lots of great features. Also, Alfredo the villa manager is amazing and super helpful.
However, through the day we realised not all is what it seems. We had no hot water, a fault which could not be fixed during our stay. The villa manager had to be there every 4 hours to do a temporary fix
The electric tripped constantly. One circuit would go every 20 minutes meaning 2 rooms had no air con and there were no lights outside.
The dishwasher in the kitchen was broken and leaking a very smelly water. Not great if you want to cook. O and the fridge in the kitchen gave me such a large electrical shock that I got an electric burn and it blew all the electrics in the villa. Not how I wanted to spend my time!
So some pluses and some negatives. But I think for the price we paid it did not match the experience.
However, if these things hadn't happened, we had hot water, all electrics worked and no one got electrocuted I can imagine it would be very nice.

A hidden gem
A gem not far from Ibiza city but still in a very calm area. Frida’s descriptions is accurate and Adolfo the ”chief of staff” is most helpful. A bit ”Greek style” house and lovely pool area. Loved it!

Amazing, stylish and close to everything, at the same time secluded in hills overlooking the sea
Alfredo, the property manager offers 5 (6) star service in this wonderful 9 bed room "designer finca" and can help you with anything. The house is beautiful and has a smart design so that all guests have their own chill out spaces and terraces. Nice out door gym and stylish heated jacuzzi for star gazing. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen close to the pool

Paradise.
Life after our trip to Villa Ahlvar has been one serious dose of the Ibiza Blues. A group of 18 girls, wanting a long luxurious weekend away, we really did pick perfectly and had the most incredible stay in Ibiza - in one of the most beautiful houses possible.
There is so much space for all guests, with beautiful decor and many extra outside seating areas which aren't captured on the images or video.
From the beginning of planning our stay - Frida was wonderful in helping us to make the booking, with recommendations about the island - and then we also experienced the most incredible service from manager Alfredo... which really just made the trip for us so seamless. From our welcome at the airport, to stocking the fridge and cupboards full of our shopping, and also coordinating all taxi journeys throughout our stay with us - all with a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We loved our time spent in the villa, cooking together or sitting outside with drinks - the sonos system and so many chill out spaces mean there's so much space for everyone - whatever you'd prefer to do with your day - laze by the pool, drink in the shade, relax on a hammock and read, or hit the gym!
Hoping one day we will return! :)

Fantastic week in Ibiza - beginning of November 2017
We booked the property for the German Autumn school holidays, really expecting quiet time as virtually all the big clubs were closed for a couple of weeks. And since we were not sure about the weather, we just took it easy. Turned out that we ended up on a beach every day and swam almsot every day. Also, most beaches host several restaurants and clubs and while some of them might be closed, one tends to be open. Reference came through the owner, who is a friend. In total, the week has beaten all expectations.
* The property is located very conveniently with extremely short distances to almost all important locations, Bars and Clubs - as well as the best beaches on the island. Also, it's really close to the airport, which makes it very convenient for short trips - or people just coming for a weekend.
* Car is highly recommended in Ibiza, but that probably is true for the whole lsland
* Extensive information was distributed ahead of the trip with almost any conceiveable information possible
* Welcome and support by property manager Alfredo was incredible. Perfect English, always available on whatsapp and super nice and responsive - even helped us to rent a car
* The property is really large - and can easily host 3 families - you won't step on each others toes. With small kids - you have to keep an eye on them, as the layout is open and spacey - so no fence around the pool etc.
* The design is really beautiful and functional, we particularly liked the Sonos speakers that you could just move around and play your favorite music
* We cooked at least once or twice per day and enjoyed the outdoor cooking facilities directly next to the big table

Highly recommend
I would highly recommend my stay here with 10 of my friends. From the moment we booked we were contacted by Alfredo and looked after until the moment we left. The villa is beautiful and so close to the airport. Alfredo sorted and unpacked our food shopping so it was all there on arrival, he also had arranged all of our taxi's for the wkd in advance. The trip was a fun and relaxing one and I'd highly recommend staying here. There is lots of space around the villa, spacious bedrooms and most are en suite. Thank you for our stay we will be coming back!
