The main space in this house is spacious and great for family! Kitchen is also full size and we enjoyed a home cooked holiday meal over Thanksgiving, with no issues on counter space - plenty of seating at the large dining table too! The outside pool and spa are awesome. Peaceful neighborhood and great hiking just down the street at the mountain. Overall a great house for gathering.

Great location within the Palm Springs area. The property was clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Would definetly stay at this property again. cabinet door needs to be replaced and the bathroom tp holder is missing.

We stayed at the property to attend Power Trip. Location was great not to far but not to close. House is very spacious for our group of six. Everything was clean, pool was nice. Would definitely recommend or stay again if we vacation here again. Thanks for everything.

Location was ideal, as were the layout of the house, parking for four Porsches, small lounging pool, outdoor grille, top quality appliances and comfortable, clean furnishings. The house is not actually “brand new”, but only a few years old and still in good shape.

Clean, spacious, adequately stocked for cooking and grilling. David was really great in responding to my messages right away. A couple of maintenance issues were not done prior to checking in, but they were minor and didn’t detract from our stay. 5 stars!

Had a great stay at this property. It was in a great location with easy access to downtown and the golf courses. The rooms were large and the property is well kept. The reservation process was a breeze too. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at this well designed home. There were nine of us and we were all comfortable with the many bedrooms and bathrooms. The location allowed us to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had a gourmet chef in our party and she was pleasantly surprised at the well equipped kitchen. David, our host was immediately available for a question upon our arrival. We all agreed we would stay at this property again in the future.

This house is by far the best rental we’ve ever had the pleasure to book. The host communication exceeded our expectations and was prompt at all correspondence. Not only is this newly built house modern and exquisite, the luxurious furniture was super comfy too. This house has ample amounts of space with regard to bedrooms and bathrooms. The open concept for the living room, kitchen and dining room is so beautiful and the house came well stocked with every kitchen gadget necessary to make all meals. We are totally planning to make this home our number one choice for any future dessert trips. The pool was lovely and the neighborhood was great. our time was amazing, the property was less than perfect. Most of the bathrooms had no toilet paper holder. Not a problem unless your 94 and it's a struggle to bend all the way over to the floor without falling. The curtain rod in the master was falling down. The screen door in the master didn't move open or close easily. .The washing machine leaked and there was a consistent sewer smell at aproximently 4:00 pm every day. All that said, the house worked great for our family and our time in the sun was amazing!

We had a great vacation! The house was well stocked & everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay here again. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had & was very thorough with information about the property.

Myself and two friends had a really enjoyable experience renting in La Quinta. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and was ideal for us three old golfers. The property is well provisioned and we found everything to be pretty much as advertised. Dealing with David the property owner wax a real pleasure. A couple of small issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently and you can’t ask for more than that. We will definitely rent here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at a property with this owner. I won’t even look at other properties if one of his places are available. It is the perfect place for four golfers. The way the home is set up allows a great deal of privacy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back 1 or 2 times a year.

This place was awesome! Sometimes when you look at pictures of a vacation rental, and then you see the actual place, you are disappointed, that is not the case with this home! It was even better than what we expected! Super clean, large living space, had everything that we needed and more! Everything worked, and the iPad system to control the house was amazing! There were plenty of beds and restrooms for all, huge kitchen island And everything you need to cook a proper meal! We were very impressed, and we will definitely be back!

Our group of 4 golfers chose this place largely for its features including the hot tub - which did not work. The host may opt to blame the guests (boo) but we all have experience with various hot tub equipment, and in this case, a) the host's directions in the house were incomplete, b) the host's follow-up directions via mobile app were incomplete (omitted reference to the heater and heater power settings) and c) when even we the guests ID'ed the actual problem - it was clear that the heater wasn't getting to temp- still we were never able to use the hot tub as it never reached a hot temp. This impacted our stay negatively, and honestly we'd not have chosen the place if the hot-tub was listed as a cool tub. I'd recommend the host to ensure it is actually working as advertised and ready for guests upon arrival, and I'd advise guests to get assurance of it's working condition from the host before reserving.

Had a fun time hanging out at the house and the pool. Nice and quiet neighborhood that is easy to get to. Make sure to bring towels because the house only comes with a few and a lighter if you want to use the grill. Great way to spend the weekend away with some family.

Very nice property!!! A little surprised when I saw the pool area was in front of the house. Property was comfortable and accommodating. A little disappointed we were not allowed to play music in the pool area but extreme heat kept us in most of the time. Overall the home worked out great!!!

This was a great home in La Quinta and I would strongly recommend it. The home was as described. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The owner was timely and responsive to my questions. My one suggestion to the owner is to consider adding additional blankets to the linen closet as a nice-to-have as the cover sheet and comforter are not warm enough for some people. Again, my overall experience was great and I would have no reservations about returning.

Overall this place was beautifully kept and modernized. The owner is very respectful and communicative. The check out time could be a little later due to the size occupancy with that many people it accommodates, but I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for opening your house to us. First of all, completely agree with Kim’s review above . . .had I seen it prior to spending Thanksgiving week jacked up rent and absurd deposits, I would have passed. Spent DOUBLE the average per night charge advertised and was dismayed to walk into property with cheap, rickety furnishings, indoors and out, bare minimum kitchen / bath essentials. Hot tub never heated & Spectrum TV was difficult to navigate - no NFL football on Thanksgiving? And we even had techy folks in our group! BYO soap, can opener, kitchen dish towels , and coffee mugs if you plan to stay here (and like more than a thimble full in the morning). We will not be back. I echo Kim’s sentiments especially at the exorbitant price we paid - Owner David, we deserved better.

The house is updated and modern. This review goes downhill from there. I would never recommend this property. *Check in is at 3:30pm and checkout at 10am. That’s half a day of my 2 day vacation! Exorbitant rental fees, such as what we paid, should allow guests to sleep in on Sunday. Not even close. *The cleanliness of a vacation home is always an important aspect, and much more so during a pandemic. We were told that the house, the patio and pool/hot tub were pristine, but what we were met with was a subpar cleaning job and an owner who couldn’t have cared less about it. He said he walked the property himself and deemed it immaculate. That is a far cry from what my videos and pictures depict. The cleaning fee we paid was through the roof; almost equal to what we paid per night. Owner took advantage of us in the name of Covid. * Upon arrival, we were met with a patio lined with huge ants parading in a stripe around the pool and patio. I sent video to the owner. He told me his handyman was sick and to hose off the area myself. * Beds do not have blankets. Wait,…Huh? Only have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a comforter which we then had to use as a blanket. Nothing between the sheet and the comforter?! Disgusting. * The cobwebs in the den window are so thick, they’re flocked with ants and other insects which have gotten trapped in the sticky web. * Throw pillows and main couch are terribly stained and pin feathers sticking out. I had to remove the pillows and take one of the comforters off the bed to cover the couch because it was so dirty. * The outdoor furniture is a pile of weathered wicker shambles. Completely unusable. It’s a good thing it rained and we didn’t have a chance to sit out on the patio as we had wanted to when we chose this home to rent. * No welcome basket, not even a note. * No amenities. Not so much as a roll of foil or Saran Wrap. Owner David, we deserved better. It’s worth it to mention right now that a happy customer tells five people about the experience while an unhappy customer tells at least 10.

This property is stunning! All brand new and decorated incredibly. It’s very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Has all the kitchenware needed to cook and bbq. Amazing location right by town and walking distance to great hiking trailheads. Managers were great and responsive. Beds were very comfortable- nice king beds in all the rooms with one bed. Pool and jacuzzi heated up well and were well maintained. Lots of natural light inside. Great curtains for sleeping in, if needed in the bedrooms. Netflix etc for all the TVs. Obvious there was a lot of thought that went into this home, so guests would be comfortable and have everything they needed. We loved this place! So glad we came! Absolutely will be back!

Overall, a lovely vacation rental for our family of 8. The house is well-stocked with all of the needed essentials and amenities along with very nice furnishings. It was nice to use the spa and enjoyed the large open kitchen and living areas. We were able to spread out and relax in all areas of the house. David was very responsive and immediately resolved an issue we had upon arrival with housecleaning. One note, there is a new house under construction next door but, fortunately, workers only came on one of our days due to the New Year's holiday. Otherwise, the house is in a quiet neighborhood nestled against the canyons. We would definitely stay again!
