De rustige kamer was erg prettig. Eenmaal aangekomen werd ik verrast door een welkomstdrankje en kleine attentie. Erg schone kamer met zeer fijne en verzorgde badkamer. Ook het regelen van de shuttle naar Schiphol ging heel makkelijk. Top!

Well, the attitude of the reception staff: my flight was cancelled, I booked a room and got to the hotel around 11pm where there was a huge queue for checkin. Queued for about 1.5 hrs and maybe around half past midnight me and others were told that they actually did not have any more rooms and they would not honor the reservation, it was not their responsibility to give us a room and pretty much said they did not care what we did as long as we left them alone. I do not understand is why while I was queueing, they took walk-ins while they must have known already that they were overbooked. If I would have known since 11pm that the did NOT actually have my room, I could have had much less stress and gotten to bed at a more reasonable hour. Instead, at almost 2am, I had to call all the hotels I could find in the Amsterdam area in order to find one with available rooms. I will certainly not book NH again neither for leisure or business travel.

The set up, cleanliness and temperature of the room. The lobby is pretty good and comfortable.

There was dark mould in the walls of the shower room. It was very disappointment to found that in this kind of hotel.

Great value for money. I had to book at the last minute due to a flight delay. Booking was quick and easy and was confirmed before I made it out of the airport to the taxi. There is a free shuttle but I wanted to get to the hotel without any further delay. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and very quick to process my payment. Late check-out arranged for a small supplemental cost. Hotel was very stylish and the room was well laid out with all the facilities needed for an overnight stay. Dinner was great. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel in this price bracket.

I little further from the airport than I was expecting, but still one of the closest that was not actually on the airport site. To be honest, the exterior of the building could do with a freshen up, and lets the property down as it is so nice inside.

Zimmer war groß und geräumig, sehr gute Matratzen im Bett, Hotel allgemein sehr ansprechend, sehr gute Lage und Nähe zum Flughafen (6-10 Min Fahrzeit) Frühstücksrestaurant machte einen tollen Eindruck, leider konnte ich dieses nicht wahrnehmen, da ich zur Öffnungszeit (05:30 Uhr) schon auf dem Weg zum Flughafen wahr.

Hotel ist sehr verwinkelt= lange Wege zum Zimmer und etwas unübersichtlich. Je nach Anreisezeit mit dem PKW gestaltet sich die Parkplatzsuche auf dem Hoteleigenen Parkplatz schwierig, da dieser schon gut gefüllt war.

O hotel oferece um serviço de Transfer ao aeroporto. Ocorre que ele não funciona nada bem! Estávamos pontualmente na plataforma de desembarque e além do Transfer chegar atrasado, obviamente não cabia todo mundo em 1 van (transportam apenas 8/9 pessoas), o motorista fez 2 viagens a pedidos e não quis retornar na terceira, com isso as pessoas tiveram que aguardar o próximo horário, esperando mais de 1 hora para conseguir pegar o Transfer. Pior ainda é no Transfer hotel-aeroporto que as pessoas não podem se atrasar para o voo e o motorista não quis levar todos que estavam aguardando. Um absurdo, visto que eles pedem que os hóspedes agendem com antecedência o retorno, sabendo com isso quantas pessoas precisariam do transporte naquele horário. Ademais existem várias vans paradas no estacionamento do hotel, mas apenas 1 fica fazendo o trajeto. Serviço muito ruim para um hotel naquele porte! Precisa melhorar muito!

meals are expensive- €12.95 for a very small portion of cheesecake is ridiculous. bottled water is expensive . they do not tell you at reception that you need to book the shuttle bus . kettle in room not working. bathroom door broken.

I was very surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price. It’s an absolute bargain and lovely if you need a hotel by the airport. Our room was large and roomy, bed was comfy and the facilities were great.

There isn’t much around the hotel as it’s in an industrial type park. You’ll need to get a shuttle bus or taxi to the airport.

The location was excellent for our purpose. The beds were great. Reception staff was friendly.

The room service experience was horrendous. After a mix up in our order, the room service staff solved this in just about the worst, customer unfriendly way possible. We ended up with cold dishes in the end. Very disappointing! Without any apologies so far… The reception did their best to make up for it, and by all means they did a good job, but unfortunately such an experience is hard to erase once it has happened.

Lovely clean and new

Many of the rooms have been recently refurbished and were so clean and fresh. The older one was a little dated but spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazing. The food in the green room was lovely. Especially the breakfasts. And kids go free. So after a last minute booking after a flight cancellation this was an oasis of calm after some stressful hours.

The outside doesn’t look up to much but it’s like walking into a hidden gem.

Room was spacious, good rain shower, great breakfast. Compliment to Sulafa, the lady working at The Greenhouse. She was very friendly and gave an excellent service. Got a free welcome drink to be redeemed at the restaurant or bar and a free bottle of water in the room. It was nice to have.

Check-in reception can be a bit more friendlier.

Nothing to be liked at this hotel. Unfortunately very very bad experience

After getting a shower we realized that the bathroom sink was clogged, very old and dirty room, smells bad and uncomfortable bed. We have stayed with NH hotel in Vienna and the hotel was 100% better then this one.

Really nice, modern hotel with good facilities and excellent shuttle service. There's also a McDonalds across the road if you need to feed a family.

Everything was good.

Frequency of shuttle bus was perfect. Staff were very helpful, especially Kristen, who helped me to re-arrange my booking during check in. Also Luca was very supportive for the arrangement of another booking. Very clean, cleaning staff were also very helpful when we needed some help. They have small shop for snacks, drinks etc, which was very convenient.

Internet was a little unstable. Breakfast could be less expensive...

Bath tub was not properly cleaned. It was still full of the previous people's hair.
