Very clean and good comfortable bed

Wi-Fi spotty. Shower randomly changes temperature to extremely hot for several seconds. Gym was not available.

Hotel is in a great location, the staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean. The room we had was huge, the bed was nice, the bedroom in general was very nicely laid out and the storage space was good. Place was great value for money.

We couldn't get Netflix or any streaming service to work on the TV. The bathroom was reasonable, but not as nicely done out as the bedroom.

Good location, easy parking (for a SMALL car) in the basement. Cost 20 Euros per night.

The people kept telling us that they had put on the A/C (25C in the room) but it never changed. Never even felt a fan in action. Very uncomfortable. They did change our room to a huge suite but it was just as warm. The hotel also accepts huge groups - they flooded the whole hotel.

Fallos en wi-fi

The location is fantastic - near the main city walkway where you can easily find lots of shops and restaurants. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a large family room that was fantastic. The bed is comfortable. The A/C works well. The showers have hot water with plenty of pressure. The WiFi works well. And the price is excellent as long as you avoid the busy seasons (in August and around the winter holidays).

Parking is expensive with tight places, but that is normal given the location. On a weekday outside the busy season, there is no issue finding a parking spot.

Lo escogimos por estar ubicado de paso para ver la Cabalgata de los Reyes Magos, que ya hace unos años que viajamos a Andorra porque nos gusta. Habitualmente íbamos a otro hotel pero casi duplicó su precio, así que escogimos este por su ubicación y precio pero a la aventura. Nos hemos llevado una muy buena sorpresa, porque la habitación era muy grande, con una buena litera y todo fenomenal. El personal muy atento y simpático. El año que viene volveremos a este mismo hotel y por supuesto que no volveremos al que habitualmente visitábamos.

En una noche no dio tiempo a observar nada negativo. Por mencionar algo, llegamos por la tarde y nos fuimos a primera hora de la mañana y tuvimos que pagar 20 euros de parquing, quizás excesivo para tan poco tiempo.

Genial. L'habitació familiar és una passada, amb les habitacions separades amb el seu propi lavabo. Estava tot molt net i amb la calefacció a tope.

No els culpo, però el parquing és una mica estret i s'ha de fer unes quantes maniobres per entrar amb places petites.

Very good hotel in very central location of the town. Excelent breakfast.

Everything was perfect becide a limitations of parking arrangement for guests.

Great breakfast and spacious rooms (two bath rooms in the family room!).

The parking garage is exceptionally small, it takes some serious skills to get in and out with a larger car (but we managed to do so 3 times without damage).

Size, location, comfort, facilities, double bathroom. Everything about the room is perfect

Breakfast was underwhelming

Good location, Reception staff was very helpful. Nice breakfast - donuts and honey were a fine addition for the kids, although vegetables are missing (but that was to be expected - a regional problem) Parking is very difficult for large vehicles (it is recommended to park in a public parking lot close to the hotel).

Very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The family room was big, comfortable, and clean, location central. Really good restaurant. The only negative thing was that the parking was full and we had a bit of difficulty finding parking in the town.
