Péssimo atendimento, me roubaram literalmente o valor da diária, e acabei não hospedando. Não devolveram o meu valor da diária. Não tiveram
Nenhuma consideração pelo cliente em servir, nenhum setor nesse hotel apresentou bom atendimento. Todos os setores desde a recepção até a administração pessimos no atendimento. Vi muita maldade em servir o cliente.
Eles não me devolveram minha diária, não mostraram bom atendimento em ajudar o cliente. Foi horrível e passei por um constrangimento, tendo que reservar em outro local em
Cima da hora. Não indico esse hotel. E precisei contratar advogado para entrar com ação judicial pelo péssimo atendimento.

the location of the hotel was the only enjoyable part of this hotel
the hotel is poorly maintained; some areas (especially the bathroom) smell bad, water seeped from the shower to the entire bathroom floor (except for the last day after we complained several times and they replaced the silicone seal). At breakfast they served expired butter packets several days in a row even after I called their attention to that fact (nasty tasting old butter!) , which only gives you a glimpse of everything else :-(

the location was good and having a 24 hour desk was good
I didn’t like the fact it took so long to check in, the desk staff looked all rushed and flustered, but worst of all was when I turned on my tap in the room and brown water came out for about 20 seconds (see photo) and also I didn’t like the TV the picture quality was grainy (see photo) and also no Netflix or any streaming service

location and breakfast was okay
staff treatment was not kind or friendly, it took us 40 minutes to enter our room because there was a problem with the keycard and they only solved after we insisted a lot, parking place wasn’t organized, bed wasn’t comfortable, toilet wasn’t well cleaned and there were no towels so we needed to call and order

I have been upgraded I guess to a very large room with salon.

We had problems with the AC in the room. It was very noisy, we couldn’t let it working during the night. We had to sleep with windows opens, but it was absolutely hot. Had a bad night and couldn’t sleep properly.

Staff at reception and cleaning was nice.
Very slow at addressing our issues.
On our first night it appeared that the room was not cleaned, as if a handyman came in to fix something, used the bathroom, laid on the bed, etc...
We had issues with the shower on the second night as the water was not draining and bathroom got flushed.
We had issues with the sink on the second night as the water was also not draining... the Handyman was not clean every time he came in: left wet ciment on je floor, used our towels, through wet towels on the floor for the leak and left them there, left garbage on the floor after attempting to fix our sink (not fixed).
We changed room after 3 nights with 3 different issues and everything went fairly smoothly after that
