Hotel wart swojej ceny. Bardzo przyjemna strefa spa - po całodniowej wędrówce po górach czy jeździe na nartach można naprawdę się zrelaksować. Sauna, jacuzzi, basen z przepięknym widokiem na Eiger. Pyszne śniadania, nie za duży wybór ale można się nasycić. Lokalne produkty, szampan w ofercie ;) Bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa. Z karta hotelową otrzymaliśmy zniżkę na atrakcje w Grindelwald oraz darmowe przejazdy komunikacją miejską.

Le restaurant italien à été très bon.

La piscine, l'eau très très froide, et en plus nous avons du libéré la chambre à 11h.. La piscine ouvrait à 12h.. .

Vue magnifique de la chambre, propre, spacieuse.

Au petit déjeuner, la qualité du pain "industriel" et le jambon reconstitué, vraiment low coast. Sinon tout était parfait.

The location is very good, close to all important things. Small but nice infinity pool with mountain view. Comfortable bed.

Some of the staff at breakfast seemed annoyed by tourists and seemed not to want to be there. Breakfast was quite loud and crowded.

Our room was right over the hotel bar which stayed open till after midnight one night. That particular a street fight broke out the epi center of which seemed to be the hotel bar. Very poor sleep during our stay.

We loved everything about this hotel- from the spacious, comfortable, well designed rooms to the picturesque outdoor swimming pool. They even have an area for hot bath, jacuzzi, sauna etc. It is located in a convenient location near the train station. Breakfast was also good.

Amazing hotel with all the facilities you will need while staying in Grindelwald. Best location. Amazing hotel Italian restaurant and service for dinner. The breakfast buffet is the best I have had when using hotels, a huge range of food and drink for breakfast! Amazing views of the alps! The pool is so amazing and exactly as pictured and relaxing after busy days exploring!

Room interior is a little dated though I think it is showing the true Swiss traditional style! The bed pillows and mattress were lumpy but still soft enough to sleep well. The room was very stuffy and hotel when windows closed.

Central town location, beautiful balcony view, friendly staff, fabulous dining room views with inside, and outside tables, lovely breakfast. Pool,spa, and lounge with robes slippers and towels.

The two bedroom suite was absolutely incredible with an amazing balcony and view of the Alps. The hotel was clean and perfectly situated on the Main Street in Grindelwald. The spa was amazing, clean, and the infinity pool was warm and had the most unforgettable view.

beautiful!! We spent our stay in awe at the views, the location is so beautiful and very easy to get around from.

The hotel is in the perfect location in the centre of town and close to the station. The breakfast is an absolute stand out! As an Australian, Switzerland is incredibly expensive and the breakfast was a great way to save money. It has fresh fruit, pastries, Bircher muesli, bacon, eggs, waffles, pancakes AND a chef making omelettes on request. Brilliant. We had to check out early (5am) and the team prepared a brekky box to go the night before - so lovely! Fresh towels were provided daily. Very nice team. The pool was awesome, especially because it was pretty hot when we were staying!

The room we got was very basic for what we paid, however this is all we could afford because Switzerland is expensive in general. We were in the ‘budget’ room, which over looked the pub downstairs, so if you left the windows open it was loud and smoke would often come in. It would be good to have a fan or air con in the room. Our mini-fridge didn’t work for the first few days, however the team replaced it after a few days which was good.

Good location, has a room view directly at the mountains, a nice open swimming pool and sauna, a nice continental breakfast, and very helpful staff - for sure will try to return in the future.

We asked for the double bed and we got two singles and the mattresses were old which gives us back pain in the morning :(

the spa, the robes and slippers provided even for my baby! included breakfast (with many selections and egg station) the location was right smack in the middle of town

the rooms looked way bigger on the pictures, the restaurant mercato was closed while we were there…
