sala colazione e tutto l’albergo con forte puzza di cucina. Specchio scuro e scarsa illuminazione nella stanza specchio di cortesia nel bagno incollato ad altezza di giocatore di basket. Stanze molto rumorose su strada piena di traffico. Niente pantofole e frigo in camera. La sostenibilità è solo una scusa per ridurre i servizi

Pyszna kawa, pieczywo, świeże soki i smoothie na śniadaniu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w cenie pobytu wine hour oraz drink hour. Hotel bardzo czysty, świetna obsługa, zwłaszcza podczas śniadań.

Good location. For the most part liked the design.

A bit narrow and small room…but sure..some charm in that. We missed a mirror in the room. Small bathroom mirror is not enough. Also when taking a shower, the whole bathroom floor get wet.

Super schnell an der Rezeption, alle hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein aber clever eingerichtet mit viel Stauraum und die Ablage im Bad war super. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Räumlichkeiten gemütlich. Man bekommt frisch gemachten Kaffee vom Barista, was will man mehr. Außergewöhnlich 🙏

Hotel had a great location as you could walk to most places in the center and it was also close to the railway station. Hotel rooms had a nice design. The breakfast was nice and late available which is appreciated during the weekend trip. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast arrangement felt a bit crowded and chaotic during the weekend. However, the overall feeling remained positive.

Accueil froid . Nous étions 3 adultes et un enfant de 10 ans et avons réservé 2 chambres que nous avons réglées à l'arrivée . Nous avons demandé pourquoi le petit déjeuner de l'enfant n'était pas compté à moitié prix comme indiqué , on nous a répondu que ça ne faisait pas une grande différence pour nous ....... 60€ quand même .... Ayant visité la ville tous les jours nous n'étions pas rentrés assez tôt pour la dégustation de vin sauf le dernier soir où nous sommes arrivés à 18h10 , on nous a répondu " too late " sans autre forme de politesse ni un sourire ..... bizarre . Ils ne font aucun effort pour être agréable alors qu'il y avait de nombreuses personnes au bar . 2ème point négatif : nous avions demandé des chambres au calme et donnions sur une rue très bruyante , les chambres au dessus d'un bar où des gens hurlaient jusqu'à 2 ou 3 heures du matin , puis livraisons et camion poubelles sous nos fenêtres dès 6 h ........ nous ne recommanderons pas ce très bel hôtel en raison de leur accueil et du bruit . Dommage

The location was really great and the lobby area was a wonderful welcoming space. That being said the winehour was such a lovely perk and brought such a good vibe to the hotel.

The room itself was fine and bathroom was lovely but particularly the build in bed was grimy which isn’t very pleasant to experience.

Was given an upgrade which was very nice. However, the room didn’t feel very clean- lots of dust under the bed and in the corner of the room. The decor was all quite tired. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The staff were fine, but not super helpful- didn’t know where I was going to get to my room. The minibar required you going downstairs to the bar to collect, as it seemed the fridge in the room was broken.

Frühstück und Lage sind absolut perfekt.Die Winehour schafft immer eine tolle Atmosphäre in der Lobby. Insgesamt ein wirklich besonderer Platz. Sauberkeit in den Bädern sehr gut.Betten sehr bequem.

Mittlerweile merkt man an einigen Ecken, dass das Hotel in die Jahre kommt… die Farbe in den Fluren plättert teilweise etwas ab und der Teppichboden ist fleckig. Hier müsste für diesen Preis durchaus mal wieder ausgebessert werden. Manchmal sind die Dinge im Zimmer nicht richtig gesäubert(Wasserkocher, Staub auf Dingen)

The aesthetic and design of the room was exceptional. I really enjoyed the court yard view and how spacious the room was.

I’d say the only complaint was the payment not going through at purchasing. Additional clarity could be provided on whether you’d be charged immediately or upon arrival.

De locatie was zeer fijn. Daarnaast is het ontbijt ook erg lekker. Het personeel kon wat vriendelijker.

De hygiëne was slecht. De kamers waren kleine en de bedden waren zeer klein. Als je met twee personen komt dit geen partner zijn, zou ik het niet doen. Het hotel is wel duur dus kwaliteit prijs verhouding vind ik slecht.

The location was perfect for exploring Copenhagen, with the option of the hotel bar and restaurants attached to the venue or lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Wine hour was brilliant and there was a great atmosphere in the hotel lobby. The room was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The bathroom was very small and wet room style, which got very wet! There was no bright lighting by the big room mirror, leaving the only option for getting ready/applying make up in the wet bathroom.
