The location, easy access and when we where late the tried to contact us and they provide the keys and instructions by mail since the reception closes early. They also helped us with big parking since our car was big and their parking was small.

Loved the first offering in the mini bar was free and included with the room. Loved the ease of getting to the Caracalla Spa and that the hotel provided robes, towels, slippers and a carrying bag. Breakfast was nice and had a variety to choose from. Love the cooked to order eggs and pancakes and that they offered Prosecco! The servers were extremely nice and very accommodating especially the young man, but we did not get his name.
Everything was fine. But could have had a heater in the bathroom.

I love the location and service! The room was big, comfortable and well decorated. the breakfast was also really nice! I highly recommend this place! :)

The hotel is located next to the Caricalla Therme. The hotel offers the wrist bands at the front desk which allows you to bypass the entrance line. There were probably 50 people in line and we bypassed them all.
The room was super comfortable, clean, great views, the bed was perfect.
The staff was awesome, super helpful, you can tell they have pride in their work and represent the hotel with the utmost professionalism.
If you stay in Baden-Baden, this is the hotel, it’s the only place I’ll ever stay because it offers so much.
The restaurant staff were amazing, super hard working waiter who does everything, cooks, cleans, waits tables. The food quality could be better, especially such a classy hotel. There so many great restaurants walking distance that this isn’t such an issue.

The hotel location is a bit away from the alley, so if you need an easy access to it please take it into account.
The room was pretty warm (and the air conditioning was not able to deal with it).

everything was wonderful from check in to check out! we loved that we could walk under the hotel to the spa’s. comfortable bed, beautiful room, and very attentive and friendly staff!

Very good hotel. Very nice and kind staff. Very close to the center and to both thermal baths.
Our bathroom had a small window so it affected our privacy (toilet and showers) + when opening the light in the bathroom at night others (wife, kids) may wake up due to the light. Not all rooms have this small window.

Everything is just plain fabulous. This is the second time we have stayed at the Aqua Aurelia and it certainly did not disappoint, from the friendly, helpful staff and the welcome glass of fizz, to the very comfortable room and the exceptionally generous and varied breakfast offering; we just loved it. It was very helpful to be able to park on site as well.Especially noteworthy is the pack of towels and dressing gowns for use at the nearby Caracalla baths which are connected to the hotel underground and which provide a really memorable spa experience. I cannot recommend the hotel strongly enough.
