Beatiful villa, so big, we had our own private amazing pool just outside our door, all staff were exceptional, full of knowledge, beautiful food, we loved everything and everyone at the resort, we will definitely be back. Our driver was fantastic to. Most polite helpful staff, booked our tours, had massages that were amazing. Love love love

I had the best massage of my life here from Nyoman Arini! (Aromatherapy Massage) Unfortunately, I only had time to have 2 massages from her, but if we stayed longer I definitely would have had gone every day (maybe twice lol). We were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger pool villa (Maja) which had a beautiful pool. The food was exceptional and our favourites were the ribs and prawn dishes. We were too slow to book a hire bike, otherwise we would have ventured to the cafes and restaurants along the beach more often - as its about a 10-15 minute walk. We didn't mind as we just relaxed by our pool anyway.

A little walk from the main boulevard of Sanur.

Beautiful place, so gorgeous! the staff super friendly and polite. Great facilities: spa, full restaurant available, free shuttle to 'town center', fantastic breakfast options. The gardens grounds are so beautiful, the pool fantastic. I loved this place and I wish I stayed there longer!

Nothing! only one small thing: some odd locations of where the light switches are in the room.

We loved how quiet and secluded the property was. The villas for families were just delightful. The pool was a highlight, surround by blooming frangipani trees, and remarkably we had it to ourselves during our stay (none of the other guests were to be seen, apart from at breakfast!).

Nothing really but it was a bit of a walk to Sanur but that was also an opportunity to get to know the area better. After visiting the beach at Sanur, which was very busy, it was so nice to come back to our quiet sanctuary 😊

Main shower in room didnt work, but the hand held shower in the bath was fine so did without the other.

Lovely garden area with pool and restaurant. The room had its own private garden and pool. Quiet peaceful area near the canal walk and only 10 mins walk from metasari beach which is the start of the Sanur beach walk and restaurant strip. Friendly,discrete staff. Good breakfast options.

We liked how the property was cleaned, filled with beautiful garden with a good size private pool and bathroom.

Pool wasn’t clean. There were weird insects near our room which made so much sound all night that we got scared. Water pressure is too less in shower. No toiletries. We enquired twice about spa but it wasn’t operational.

Food quality could be better, especially given the prices. Some maintenance is needed in parts of the villa, especially the bathroom.

Everything! The villa was clean, comfortable and generously spacious. The staff were so friendly and kind. The meals, particularly, the breakfast was delicious. The area was quiet and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The welcoming gesture and overall behaviour of the staff as well as detailing of room decor was really nice and appreciating. The front desk lady was extremely helpful and very polite. Manager Jay was also a very good caring person.

The extra service offered by the hotel was very high in comparison to online prices for the same, as an example airport drop was offered for 3,00,000 IDR where the same was availed by online cab service Gojek was 90,000 IDR. The same experience, for Nusa Penida tour package was offered 10,00,000 IDR per person and we got for 5,00,000 for 2 from Klook. The location is very isolated from Sanur market or any other happening thing like Spa, Restaurant, bike rental service, Money exchange. Without renting a personal vehicle it's very difficult to access any service but to be at the mercy of the hotel staff.

great little stop over for a night to get the ferry to gili t. villa was full of character, breakfast was decent and staff were very helpful

The only thing that was good was the assistant to the manager. She (think her name was Yati) was so nice and helpful. The general manager was too pushy and was sucking up too much.

The roof was leaking, the bathtub was not working, and there was long hair in the drain, the toilet stopped working and the water also stopped working. 2 times the electricity shut off and the electricity installation looked old and badly maintained. I will not recommend the place before they really give it a makeover.

I loved my stay here. I had originally booked a villa in the main complex but then moving into a private villa with own pool for a further two nights. My flight was delayed and I arrived at the villa at 3am in the morning. There were fresh sandwiches made for me and a welcome drink. Jay checked me into the private villa for this initial night too as they wanted me to rest and not have to move villas. The staff were caring and attentive. A free shuttle service is offered several times a day as this villa is a little further from the main part of Sanur. Close enough to walk to the beach and nice restaurants as well

I loved everything

I had a very early morning flight into Bali and arrived at the Villa at 3 am. Jay had arranged for sandwiches and a welcome drink to be in my room for me. Private and peaceful. Staff are so friendly
