Can't fault anything during our stay.

Breakfast was good, just like all the other comments we read. The bed was also comfy, we slept well. Cleanliness, which is something important to us when we travel, also met our expectations.

Would've been a nice touch if parking was free for guests. You could add that into the price of the room, and most folks wouldn't bother with the 6 pound daily charge.

Room was clean. Reception staff were friendly

Bar staff were unhelpful. No coffee when we got back in the evening (machine was broken????) At breakfast there was a sign to ask for vegetarian sausages only to be told there weren't any!

Checking in was a bit negative, were told we only had 1 room booked and not 2. Then the girl started to book one of us in. I expected her to sort the no 2nd booking problem first. In case we had to go elsewhere for 2 rooms. But we were ok, maybe me just having a panic!

Ruhiges, modernes Zimmer. Gute Sauberkeit. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Grosser Partplatz vorhanden. Gute Busverbindung durch den P+R Parkplatz in der Nähe vorhanden.

Gutes Hotel, allerdings nicht ganz billig.

The bus ride out of Oxford (But we chose that to get a better price and would do it again as we were very pleased with the hotel)

コネクティング・ルームを用意してくれた、朝のうち（朝食に行っているうち）に清掃を済ませてくれた、 多くの荷物を見て、スタッフが運搬を手伝ってくれた、朝食が良かった、夕食も取ったが、量も質も満足のいくものだった。

ホテルの近く、周辺道路が工事中で、敷地内へのアプローチがわかりにくかった。実際には関係なかったが、何か矢印等の道標があれば、ストレスなく到着できたように思う。

Had hoped for an easier pedestrian route between peartree park and ride (bus stop) and hotel complex. Ended up having to walk the road route (in the dark, without pavement,)

an excellent property overall from the beautiful room (extra large TV) to the lobby and convenience of a very nice bar / restaurant.

free parking (cost was 6 pounds) would have been the only thing I would recommend for any improvement...its not like the property is in the middle of the city where charged parking mostly occurs

Good location near park and ride.

Building work. Inconsistent room service. Bed not made one day but room serviced and bathroom cleaned. Another day bed made but bathroom not cleaned and tea coffee not replaced.

Kept awake all night by a corridor of noisy teenage guests room hopping, and shouting etc. Staff not interested and no compensation offered to date.

Smart and welcoming hotel with excellent facilities. Room was bright, warm, clean and airy. Tasteful Christmas decorations gave entrance and foyer area a seasonal feel.

A few biscuits to go with the in-room complimentary coffee/tea would have been nice.

Staff were amazingly friendly & helpful from check-in, to cleaners, restaurant & conference all staff were amazing! Although location is not ideal aesthetically, the hotel makes up for that inside with modern, attractive decor, range of seating options around restaurant/bar, and fab Xmas decorations. Room good size and having a drinks chiller was nice. Special diets catered for. And the range of style and size of conference rooms was great.

A convenient location for travellers by car, not so much if walking or public transport. For the price, little extras were lacking (eg: body lotion, water in room) and water pressure in shower wasn’t great. Car parking - could make signs clearer about whether you need to pay or not - I paid £12 to park then found out I didn’t have to. However, it was very comfortable, had relaxing evening, comfortable day working, ate well, slept well so def recommend.
